It's very close to the old street, just go downstairs and cross the road. Although it is a B&B, the facilities are very new, especially hot water. The temperature has dropped across the country in the past week. The water was not too hot for three days on Weizhou Island, and I did not dare to take a bath. When I returned to Beihai, I thought I could stay for one night so that I could visit the old streets and eat seafood. When you move in, you can turn on the faucet and there will be hot water, which will wash away your fatigue. The front desk was very welcoming. Feel at home.

This time I stayed at the All Seasons Hotel and chose a superior twin room with standard configuration style. The surrounding transportation and dining are very convenient, and it is not far from Beihai Old Street. The only drawback is that there are many people dancing in the Beibu Gulf Square near the hotel at night, and the loud speakers have strong penetration. Living on a high floor, with the windows closed, it still feels very noisy.

I am very satisfied with the room. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen (you can buy seafood and cook it yourself), a living room (floor-to-ceiling windows, view the scenery, and watch TV), and two balconies. One is for afternoon tea with a sea view, and the other can be used to dry clothes (you can also watch the sea). I like the lighting and ventilation. Now it is off-season, it is only more than 100 yuan, which is very cheap, beating all the hotels I stayed in a few days ago. I can't imagine that I can live so well. It's really worth it!!! I have to mention that the lady is also very considerate. She will send travel tips and temperature reminders. If I come again next time, it will be my first choice~

The reception staff is very helpful, although more English-speaking staff would be advisable as most of the staff does not speak English and it is a 5star hotel. I would like to mention Lisa who speaks English and was very helpful, providing useful information regarding hotel facilities, Covid test places and places of interest. Big up to Lisa!
The breakfast buffet is okay, but the pastry choice is a bit limited and, generally, it feels that the hotel does not really cater for western guests (mainly Chinese dishes). The buffet lounge is full of light; it is very spacious and facing the seaside, which is great. However, the cleanliness can be improved as the tables and the floor were not cleaned quickly enough, and my table and the floor under it were greasy/dirty.
The facilities are quite varied. The pools, gym, tennis court, steam room were used during my stay and they were in good condition. The steam room takes a long time to heat up though. The staff in the gym/swimming pool does not speak English at all. The table tennis room and some other facilities were under maintanace during our stay, so we did not use them. Overall, the hotel has more recreational facilities than most hotels. Well done!
Regarding the location, the hotel is on the coast, but the sea is not swimmable there, so you can only enjoy the view. The hotels near the main Silver beach (for example, Crowne Plaza) are considerably more expensive (about 500rmb difference), so a 30-min taxi ride there (costs around 30 rmb one way) still makes the Furama hotel a much more economical option. The sea view from the rooms is very nice!
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and a late checkout was highly appreciated! My rating of the hotel is 4.5.

I would really recommend this hotel just for the private beach! The public beaches are full of people, but this hotels beach was very calm and pleasant. In the evening we had a meal on the beach.
The view from the room (on the sea side) was stunning.
The buffet breakfast is amazing. Huge variety of choices.
My only complaint would be the bathroom that felt a bit run down. Would need to be refreshed.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Our room was very comfortable and immaculate. The hotel is convenient to the central area as well as to the train station. The breakfast is quite a spread. The hotel provides free laundry service. The staff is amazing. They are friendly n attentive. They recommended us the restaurant and massage where their locals patronize. We love the food and the massage services. Big Thank to 小谷,小元,李李 and 小王 to give us such a memorable and enjoyable stay in your hotel. 谢谢你们🥰.

RRyan1985I didn’t hate this hotel by any means but there were quite a few things that kept me from loving it. First, before we even get to the hotel we should start with beihai itself. I would say there’s no real reason for anyone to visit this place. There’s some good food for sure but it’s a boring, hot, and generally tourist-packed place. IF you do decide you need to visit beihai for whatever reason though I suppose this hotel is fine but there are some things to be aware of. First is that said tourists will be there. They’re super loud, inconsiderate, gawk at foreigners as if you’re from another planet, and just generally unpleasant (even lounging around and smoking in the non-smoking lobby). Next is the pool- photos make it look gorgeous but it’s very shallow, maybe 3 feet, and the view from the pool is a concrete parking lot (doesn’t show that in any of the photos). So basically not a place most people would hang out or swim. My room also felt dusty/musty. Positives- the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
GGuest UserGet this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave.
Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play.
The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way.
The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned.
The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture)
If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe.
I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China.
However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too.
These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host!
I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.
IIsland Girl AngeleneOh my goodness!!!!!! We had an amazing time here! We went to celebrate out 9th wedding anniversary and I'm glad we chose this place. Upon arrival to the island, our host sent a driver to collect us at the port, and take us to our destination (free of charge). When we got to the villa, I was pleased with the warm greeting we received and the overall surroundings. The place was clean, tranquil and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised when we were gifted a cake and drinks from our host. However, I was totally blown away wjen I saw our room! The view was everything! When we stepped out onto our private balcony, we had the best view of the beach and surrounding areas. Additionally, I must say that it was a priceless experience to witness the sunrise and high tide from that angle.
The chef was unable to be there because of personal reasons, but our host made sure that we were well taken care of, regarding other dining options on the island and he even recommended a driver to take us to good food joints. The driver turned out to be our chaperone for the entirety of our stay.😂 Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the company of the resident dog (which looks fierce, but is actually very friendly).❤️
Thanks to the caring nature of our hosts, our trip to the island was excellent and my only regret it that we didn't book to stay longer! 😭 Now that I have had this experience, I look forward to coming back to Weizhou Island, and staying at this villa. It was well worth the price!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
GGuest UserI was very curious how a property with such an affordable price has a such a high rating. I was immediately convinced by myself.
The property is perfectly located in the Southern part of the Island near Crocodile Mountain and its beautiful beach as well as South Bay with countless options of tasty seafood. The room is big, bright, clean and smells great. There is everything a traveller needs. The highlight is clearly the boss, she is very warm, welcoming and very kind. There was a book in my room which I took out of curiosity to read on the beach, and I realized it contained great messages. I asked the boss if she is willing to sell it to me but she gave it for free. She told me that she deliberately puts books with great messages for young people in the room since many students stay in her property. Wow...I wish more people in this world would be like the boss. Don't hesitate and book a room here. If I ever happen to be again on this island, I know where to stay!!
GGuest UserThe room can be given full marks, it is spacious and comfortable, the materials used for decoration and design are very particular and stylish. There is a JBL speaker at the head of the bed. It feels so comfortable to listen to music while looking at the sea view in the morning. The breakfast is very rich, especially the fruits, there are about 10 kinds, and the quality is also good. However, on weekends, when there are many people, the supplementary meals cannot keep up. When you go to eat later, there are only two or three kinds of fruits left, and there is no replenishment. The biggest regret is that the hotel has too little leisure and entertainment space, there is no garden, the lobby is too small, the 1.2m swimming pool is just a decoration, there is no indoor swimming pool, and there are no entertainment facilities such as table tennis and billiards. As a resort hotel, it fails.

Very Good
SSanchezIsle Beach Home was a pleasant surprise. The view and closeness to the ocean is the best part of the stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are of western hotel standards. The staff is attentive and friendly. They provide information about the island and also scooters for easy transportation. There is a restaurant on site with delicious food. It's also close to local seafood markets on the island. Another great part about the hotel is the infinity pool and deck. But there are a few things that detract from the overall greatness of the experience. The pool deck, although beautifully overlooking the ocean, is not set up for relaxing. The deck chairs are old and without cushions and there are no pool umbrellas to protect from the summer sun. And secondly, (this is not their fault or responsibility) the surrounding environment is the opposite of what the hotel promotes. The buildings and structures surrounding the hotel are unsafe and hazardous looking. But even with that, I would definitely stay her again.
GGuest UserThe guesthouse is at a great location, right on the beach and a great spot to enjoy the sunset. It is also on the border of the village, so there are many restaurants and small shops nearby. Right next to the guesthouse it is possible to rent an e-scooter, which makes it easier to discover the island. The staff is super-friendly and helpful, and they arranged free transportation to and from the harbor.
The guesthouse has a great atmosphere and a bit of an outdoor feeling; partly because the room has an outdoor “living room” and partly because inside the room the floor is made of small white pebbles (stones). Although the room has everything you need and was nice and clean, it still has a glamping feeling to it. Breakfast was not included, but I could order some noodles from them, which were very tasty.
All in all it was a great stay (especially for some days to unwind and relax) and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.
GGuest UserThe apartment room is facing the sea, a standard sea view room. On the balcony, smell the sea breeze, listen to the waves, taste the small, relax, feel good! The house is clean and tidy, mineral water paper towels are available, you can watch the beach bath, dirty clothes throw the washing machine. Rent a car opposite the apartment to take a taxi, eating is more convenient, there are a bunch of small merchants selling snacks and fruits at the door. You must eat local sand candy oranges and coconuts here, although the price is similar to the home, even expensive 😂. Tuyi customer service brother is very enthusiastic, help recommend tourist attractions, the whole process of communication is smooth, thank you!
GGuest UserA very design hotel, there is an elevator, the location is relatively remote, the nearest shell beach and the holy hall scenic area to ride an electric bike for about 10 minutes, the main one is a hidden wind, and the big countryside on the dripping Danping Shiluokou is different, like quiet can choose here, It’s too important to ride a small eDonkey. The breakfast variety is quite rich and the food is very comfortable. I specially tasted the hotel’s Thai food at lunch. I recommend fried hollow cabbage. It is better than curry. The disadvantage is that many rooms have small windows and the lighting is a bit dark. I prefer the sun to shine in or through the sight. The front desk also helped buy seafood on behalf of it, which is not expensive.
GGuest UserRoom is just awesome.. nice beach view is there..i booked for 2 persons.. but our friends was also there..we stayed around 6 person...there is big 3 beds.
Clean room.having wifi but TV remote was not working and tape of bath tub tape was also not working 😕
