設施：酒店的設施很新，有自助洗衣房，還有游泳池
衞生：酒店的衞生做得非常不錯，因為酒店比較新，所以衞生也做得非常的乾淨徹底
環境：酒店的環境非常不錯，酒店的位置的話就在碼頭附近提供來回接駁車也非常方便
服務：從入住開始就提供了管家服務，包括潿洲島的一些遊玩設施的距離攻略的非常不錯
精美雙人下午茶:酒店送的下午茶感覺比較精緻，非常好
歡迎水果:歡迎水果的話也送了一盤水果果也比較新鮮
迷你吧:迷你班裡面有飲料可以免費吃，大廳裏面也有免費的什麼冰凍水之類的。

訂的雙床房，去後給升級了家庭房，獨立涼台還能看到一點海景。服務真的沒話説，第二天晚上十點我眼睛突然長了麥粒腫疼的厲害，問了前台哪裡有葯店，二話不説立刻搖人開電動車拉我去葯店。Rachel的服務太好了！
房間設施很新，衞生間很寬敞，乾淨。大堂的果茶味道絕了！
早餐很好，島上消費不低且好吃的不怎麼多，我感覺我們一天吃的最舒服的就是早餐了。
酒店後面就是海灘，很美。可以看日落。
洗衣服務也很好。下次上島還會選擇這裏。

連住了幾天，服務很貼心，很周到，酒店很乾凈，早餐品類略少，如果能再多點熱食會更棒！退房離島那天遇到北海暴雨，所有船都延誤了，還是服務大使瑞秋提醒我們才發現，瑞秋貼心的給我們找了臨時休息等待的地方，沒有讓我們早早的在碼頭煎熬等待，此次入住非常滿意，值得推薦。

來到北海當然首要是上潿洲島，沒想到潿洲島船票一票難求，好不容易等來回票，都是第一天晚上去第二天晚上回。搞定票子預訂房間，看了攜程介紹的麗芮不錯就預訂了，上船前接到賓館電話詢問船時間並安排好潿洲島接船。一下船就看到兩位小夥子前來接船，服務態度非常好，值得表揚。入住期間雖然有一些些小問題但在麗芮前廳經理luky的專業認真細心的熱情服務得到圓滿解決，非常感謝。兩天裏無時無刻都得到服務大使Rachel 瑞秋的熱情服務。非常感謝。

升級親子房，颱風天續訂也有很好的溝通，服務大使Rachel 一直很熱情，發訊息提要求都有迴應，前台的小帥哥和眼鏡妹妹也很有耐心，多晚都有迴應。房間也很好，可以查看洗衣烘衣時間，很方便。

設施：去年新開業的連鎖酒店，設施很新，裝修也很好，智能化程度很高。
衞生：整體衞生不錯，除了因周邊酒店裝修，馬路有些雜亂以外，其他都還好。
環境：離碼頭和海邊都很近，步行5分鐘就可以走到海邊
服務：前台和接送小哥都很熱情，Rachel瑞秋服務貼心。另外，酒店的洗衣服務也太方便了！
