The front desk lady was incredibly attentive and proactively provided us with a detailed guide to the local area, explaining everything from sightseeing routes to lesser-known activities. This made planning our trip much clearer and made our stay incredibly enjoyable, without any sense of being lost in a new city. Our stay here during the National Day holiday truly exceeded our expectations. It wasn't just about being ”high-end,” but every aspect of the hotel felt comfortable and attentive, like visiting a friend's home. Full marks!"
