3-Star Hotels in Beihai

This time I came to Weizhou Island alone to see the sea. I lived in the north of the island on the first day. The location was a bit remote and not very convenient for doing anything. On the second day, I moved to Dishui Danping and chose Yunsu. It's only a few dozen meters away from the beach, and you can see the sea from the yard. I didn't choose a sea view room, but the room was clean, tidy and comfortable, with high-end supplies. Although it has been decorated for a few years, it still looks new and not shabby at all. There are supermarkets, car rentals and restaurants nearby, which are very convenient. On the third day, I decided to continue staying at Yunsu. I still wanted to experience the sea view room. When I walked into the room, a faint fragrance came to my nose. I could see the sea while sitting on the bed. It was so comfortable. If you stay at Yunsu, you still have to experience the sea view room. It is really a first-line sea view. You can see the sunset without leaving the room. It is so beautiful. Next time I come, I will choose Yunsu again. It is clean, convenient, has a great location and is cost-effective.

The sun room is particularly comfortable. The important reason for the choice was that there was a 1.8m double bed and a 1.2m single bed, which is great! Everyone has a good rest! The children in the small yard like it the most. The swimming pool is playing, the yard is running crazy, and the surrounding area is particularly convenient. There is a convenience store on foot. You can rent an electric car when you go out. The electric car can go to the Silver Beach beach in less than 10 minutes. There is a washing machine in the room, which is very convenient for drying clothes. By the way, there are night market stalls at night after the traffic lights. In short, I will stay here next time I come to Beihai!

Get this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave. Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play. The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way. The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned. The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture) If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe. I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China. However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too. These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host! I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

Brought the kids on vacation, overall very satisfied, recommended! Hygiene: Very clean, you can live here with your children safely. Environment: The hotel is exquisitely decorated and has its own swimming pool. It has a first-class location and is very close to Silver Beach, just a few minutes' walk away, making it very convenient for traveling with children. The homestay is close to the north roundabout bookstore and shell beach. It takes six or seven minutes to walk to the beach to pick up shells, not far from the Catholic Church. It is also very good to go to other attractions in the south. The homestay can help rent an electric car. The decoration of the homestay is very stylish, the proprietress is warm and thoughtful, and will respond enthusiastically if there is any need. The room is clean and hygienic, there are children's toiletries and children's slippers, and it is very convenient to wash and dry clothes. The pool in the yard is the favorite of children. Children on the island have to soak in the pool every day for three days. The child swims in the pool, and the old mother blows the air conditioner and drinks coffee. This is the correct way to open the holiday. By the way, I like the boss's coffee, which is much better than Ruixing. In short, it is a very comfortable homestay, the quality of the hotel, the enthusiasm of the homestay, and the casualness of the small courtyard. I will stay here next time I go to the island.

Before the start of the trip to Silver Beach, I did a lot of strategies, but it was inevitable that I fell into a trap. On the first night of staying in Silver Beach, I stayed at another homestay. The restaurant I recommended to a family of four spent 1,300 yuan on seafood meals. Fortunately, I + my wish before. I was amazed at once. The free upgrade to the superior double room is great, very warm, and even the quilt is full of sunshine Taste, I also took us to the seafood market and had two super delicious seafood meals. The two meals added up to less than the price of the first night. Come to Beihai Silver Beach and live in Wuyuan B&B. Brother Zhou will take you to fly ! Very satisfactory hotel, I also like the breakfast. I especially like the bed. The bathroom is also very clean and the disposable toothbrushes are very useful. Following the route the boss told us, we reached Silver Beach in less than 10 minutes. I sincerely recommend it. There is also a swimming pool in the hotel where you can swim in the afternoon. It's very close to the hotel after getting off the high-speed train, just a few minutes' walk. There's also a fruit market across the street, making transportation very convenient. Xiao Jing Si Yuan provided excellent service, warmly recommending many Beihai specialties. The room was satisfactory, spacious, and had a private balcony with great city views. The price was very reasonable; I recommend it.

It was a very satisfying trip. Because it was the off-season, there were not many people on Weizhou Island. We could quietly feel the sea breeze caressing the island, the waves washing the beach, and the sound of boats in the distance slowed down time. The owners of the B&B were also very enthusiastic. Not only did they upgrade our room at a low price, but they also provided us with sea-catching props for free. The young lady and grandmother were also very enthusiastic and often came to help. They also gave us homemade refrigerator magnets. The food made by the chef was also very delicious. I enjoyed the food accompanied by the sunset, and there was a big rhubarb guarding my mouth next to me. I really hope to stay in that moment forever.

The room is very new, the air conditioning is very powerful, everyone from the front desk to the room aunt to the breakfast aunt are very warm and polite, they greet each other actively when they meet, which is great. The hotel is in a good location, the old street is across the alley in front of the hotel, and the sea is behind the hotel. It has its own parking lot, which is very convenient for driving in and out. It is still a little far from Silver Beach, but Didi is very convenient to go back and forth, and orders are also accepted in seconds during the May Day holiday.
