Perfect
This is simply the best room I've booked on Trip.com for a few reasons: location, service, cleanliness. The location is absolutely perfect. Located almost directly across the street from Beihai Railroad Station, there are a myriad of eating places, convenience stores, a pharmacy, and a popular drink and ice cream shop nearby. 宁春城 shopping mall is very close and offers nine stories of entertainment and more food choices. There are two bus routes nearby that zip along the city for only two-three RMB. The service can't be beat. The boss lady is extremely kind and accommodating. She has always replied rapidly to any questions, and she helped me when I needed cooking utensils. The 保安们 are always so kind, and they really make coming and going a friendly adventure. Also, a washing machine and refrigerator really up the service of the room. Not many places seem to have both items, but for any longer stays, those appliances feel like a must. This is the place for you if you're looking for both. Lastly, the cleanliness is top notch. This is the southern part of China, which sometimes gets damp in the spring and has insects in the summer, yet very little mold and insects plague this room, which is amazing. For me, this place is a perfect fit, and I'm glad I found it.

I was very curious how a property with such an affordable price has a such a high rating. I was immediately convinced by myself. The property is perfectly located in the Southern part of the Island near Crocodile Mountain and its beautiful beach as well as South Bay with countless options of tasty seafood. The room is big, bright, clean and smells great. There is everything a traveller needs. The highlight is clearly the boss, she is very warm, welcoming and very kind. There was a book in my room which I took out of curiosity to read on the beach, and I realized it contained great messages. I asked the boss if she is willing to sell it to me but she gave it for free. She told me that she deliberately puts books with great messages for young people in the room since many students stay in her property. Wow...I wish more people in this world would be like the boss. Don't hesitate and book a room here. If I ever happen to be again on this island, I know where to stay!!

This homestay hotel is an excellent choice for me and other travellers who like to explore Weizhou island. Mr Lin is the owner who ensures the guests feel welcomed and comfortable staying. He is a kind and generous guy who takes effort and time to send me to the scenic areas because he cares for his guest's safety as I don't really know the places and traffic conditions in the island. The location of this homestay is about 1.5 km away from the island passenger jetty and hawker stalls. He also provides scenic areas of island exploration tips. He even waited for me to pick up from and drop off at the passenger jetty when I arrived and departed the island. The hygiene or cleanliness of the room and toilet is top level. I highly recommend to all travellers to stay at this homestay which offers the best value for money.

I came to Weizhou Island for a day trip alone. This hotel is great. The owner personally went to the pier to pick me up. Thumbs up to the owner! The hotel also offers electric bike rentals at affordable prices. The bikes can be ridden very fast and it’s so cool to take a ride on the beach! The boss is a local of Weizhou Island. He can also give you a guide to check in around the island. You can check in the scenic spots according to the guide. If you don’t understand, you can ask the boss I bought a double room, but the boss changed it to a king-size room when he saw I was alone. The bed was really big, and the space was also large. It felt like it was almost 30 square meters. Surrounded by fields, it was quiet at night. Weizhou Island is so beautiful!

The hotel room was clean, although both the bedroom and bathroom were smaller than they appeared in the pictures. However, the owner was extremely kind and helpful—she assisted with everything, from recommending beautiful spots to visit to suggesting restaurants with delicious food. While the beach was relatively close, it was crowded and not very clean, so we explored and found another beach nearby that was much quieter and well-maintained.

20260205-06 Shankou Hotel on G228 ¥153+- Hepu River Yun Business Hotel Shankou Town Zhenbei Avenue, Hepu, Guangxi, Room 5007 19:22 Arrival as missed exit on highway and had to drive to next one ... Quickly booked in. 1st room Chinese toilet, one with sitting toilet smelled like smoke, then 5007. Then kettle's plug's 1 point was broken off. Give other kettle. Still very nice ... Cheapest on my trip from Dongxing on Vietnam border along coast to Zhuhai, but most comfortable! Very long duvet for me as I am 1.83m tall. Plenty of nice hot water! Clean bedding. Spacious room with large place to make tea etc, to charge devices and put luggage on... Bathroom also has place next to basin to put your vanity case or bag.... (I travel with my own toiletries as I am allergic to many stuff). Everything is clean. There is a lift - convenient for 5aking luggage to room. Parking in backyard very convenient. Only draw back: Glasses didn't look clean. Carpet could be vacuum cleaned. One bed light didn't work. @
