Hygiene: The hotel keeps both the public areas and the rooms clean. The cleaners will clear the garbage, make the beds, and replenish consumables after you go out every day. Environment: The infinity pool on the top floor of the hotel and the seats in the courtyard are great, and it is very comfortable whether you are swimming or reading a book; the hotel is very close to Silver Beach, and you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. The musical fountain in the tide sculpture area at night is super beautiful and shocking (you need to check the time before going to avoid missing it). "I stayed here with my girlfriend during the Chinese new year, and we loved it. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the boy who helped with our luggage and the restaurant staff, such as Wang Xiaomei who welcomed us each morning. The hotel is very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The only problem I had, as with all HI hotels I’ve stayed in recently, is that the pillows are uncomfortable and need replacing, and the duvet is far too thick for the warm weather in Beihai. Also, they advertised on Ctrip that they have air conditioning, but it doesn’t work. Overall, a good stay though thanks to the staff."

"Location: The location of the homestay is very easy to find, there are multiple lined parking spaces at the door, which is convenient for parking. It is about 3 minutes walk from Yintan. There is a garden restaurant, a battery car rental store, and a convenience store next to the homestay. It is also very close to Qiaogang Style Street and a 5-minute drive. It is also very convenient to order takeaway, and you can send it directly by writing the room number. Environment: The environment of the homestay is particularly good, clean and comfortable, with a public swimming pool and an elevator. Room: quite big, the bathroom is also big, the water in the private pool room is changed for each guest, and the bathtub also has a disposable bathtub cover. Toiletries are disposable independent bottles, which are very safe to use.  Service: The boss is really good, recommend food and guides to us. Before arriving at the store, we have already turned on the air conditioner. There will be daily cleaning service for the room. Breakfast is healthy. "I accidentally booked the wrong date online (the 29th), but thankfully, both Ctrip and the hotel's customer service teams helped me switch to the correct date at 1 AM. I'm incredibly grateful! I've always vacationed in Sanya before. A long time ago, I visited Fangchenggang and had a terrible experience with its dark, dirty sea. This time, with only a three-day break, I decided to try Beihai, and to my absolute surprise, the hotel's service was fantastic! The staff greeted everyone with a smile, and the hotel was clearly well-staffed. Free bottled mineral water was always available for guests. In Sanya, you usually only get water in your room and have to pay extra for juices or coconut water elsewhere, so this hotel truly offers incredible value for money! The only minor drawback was the absence of a private beach, unlike Sanya, but everything else was superb. The 378 yuan double package included a generous amount of seafood, which would be absolutely impossible to find at that price in Sanya. They even surprised my child with a birthday cake on the 28th, which thrilled them! The hotel truly embodied a 'home away from home' and customer-centric service philosophy, making our stay unforgettable and thoroughly satisfying. I'll definitely be returning for this amazing service!"

"Next to the beach walk and away from the fireworks. Crowne had all the things needed. But, stock the bar to fit the menu advertised ;-) Make sure to trek to the art gallery and IOMA. Big Whale bar is on the walkway behind the hotel. Snacks and full bar. About 25-30 minutes from Old Street and 15-29 minutes from the Weizhou Ferry Port (has mall). Fireworks beach maybe 10 minutes away with food stalls."

The front desk is very nice and welcoming, offered us free breakfasts where you can find a really good variety of food. and added our wechat in case needed any help. If you go there Mr Yuan yuan shan at the front desk will surely make you feel like home. He is so freindly and helpful."

"I always stayed in this B&B during my four days and three nights in Beihai~ The ladies at the front desk are all very enthusiastic and thoughtfully send out travel guides to Beihai. The rooms are clean and tidy, and they ask if they need cleaning after going out every day. They are responsive to our requests. Next time I have a chance to come to Beihai, I will also choose the B&B you have chosen. It’s really great. will enhance the happiness of the journey Another little suggestion: the table in the room can be replaced with a relatively larger one, which is more suitable for traveling to put on makeup or write."
