MM13511****Facilities: The hotel has a very stylish design with various room types. We chose the 'Wave Seaview' room, which features floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony, offering an instant view of the ocean. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive and modern, including a constant-temperature hot tub, a dryer, and smart home features (the large smart TV was a lifesaver for putting the kids to sleep – they’d just watch it and drift off 🤣). Service: The butler service was superb! With a team of 10 butlers, all our requests and issues were addressed promptly. It's perfectly suited for families with both elderly members and young children. Every day, there was afternoon tea and a 'goodnight stew,' along with airport/station pick-up and drop-off services. They also arranged activities like clam digging and sea fishing, and even provided a farewell gift upon departure! Location: It’s located in the Golden Beach area, not far from the old town and very close to the Oceanarium. A night market is right downstairs, and if you walk a bit further, you'll find various local food stalls. It's a bit further from Silver Beach, but a taxi ride takes about half an hour, so transportation is convenient! Especially noteworthy is the complimentary travel photography service. They collaborate with Yuexiang Travel Photography. The photographer was excellent at capturing moments and kept us in a great mood throughout, leaving us with beautiful memories of our family of five. After the first day's shoot, we immediately booked another session for Silver Beach the next day. The photographer arrived on time and even waited a bit for us. Since we had seniors and kids and didn't want to overexert ourselves, she encouraged us to play naturally while she took photos. We were extremely happy with the pictures!

Environment: The hotel is exquisitely decorated and has its own swimming pool. It has a first-class location and is very close to Silver Beach, just a few minutes' walk away, making it very convenient for traveling with children. Service: Provide breakfast and free high-speed rail station pick-up and drop-off service. The boss has a very good service attitude and will take the initiative to greet and ask about needs.

GGuest User設施：應有盡有！院子裏有泳池，水質也非常乾淨，換水也特別勤，選擇房間裏有浴缸出去玩了，晚上回來泡一個澡特別舒服！最喜歡的是餐廳！裝修特別好看，沙發也很舒服！平時買點吃的就可以在餐廳裡邊吃邊看電視！衞生：非常整潔！完全大大滴放心！環境：一進院子裏真的感覺像到摩洛哥了！我感覺老闆裝修得特別用心，包括到每一塊瓷磚！完全不是那種隨便一個房子改造成的民宿！真的滿滿摩洛哥風格！太喜歡了！包括房間裏的每一個陳設擺件都可以看得出老闆的用心，特別特別好看！島上住在這樣一個小院子裏，真的太舒服了！服務：老闆和老闆娘都超級熱情！！要是滿分10分我給11分！首先從碼頭接送服務開始，老闆會提前問好你上下船的時間（我自己都忘了去問，老闆自己來問我，太感動了！）然後還會專門租車過來接送，感覺比那種觀光車好一百倍，因為島上很熱在車裡可以吹空調！行李也是老闆一直主動幫忙提！下船後有點暈船，老闆還很貼心的主動給我們弄了檸檬水，喝完之後整個人都舒服多了！我們一共住了三天，我感覺老闆對我們完全就是有應必回！需要的東西衹要有的話都會給我們提供，還會很貼心給我們介紹推薦景點和餐廳！真的特別特別好！第一天晚上特別餓，在餐廳點了一碗麪特別好吃，還是雙蛋！最後一天的時候請老闆幫忙加工了海鮮，我感覺做得比外面的餐廳還要用心，感覺還有精緻擺盤呦！而且味道絕對不輸外面餐廳，太好吃了！我們就是一整個光盤行動！！總之！在這個小院住的每一刻都特別幸福，特別開心，希望下次來到還可以住到這裏！！（有一種回家的歸屬感）

Honestly, you could probably look at guesthouses on arrival and then check in, especially if it's the off-season. There are so many guesthouses on Weizhou Island, and it's not that big. Even though they upgraded us to a family suite, I still felt it was pretty average.

【【xiaoduoyuer】As for the B&B, it is better than I thought. There are almost no hotels on the island. I chose this one among many B&Bs and was not disappointed. The service is very warm. Although there is no elevator, if you live in a room with a terrace on the top floor, someone will help you carry your luggage up. Although the room is not big, an extra bed was added under strong request. The stir-fry in the restaurant tastes very good. I ate several meals there. Due to special reasons, I asked to be picked up from the pier to the B&B after checking out. The young man arranged it immediately without saying a word. His attitude is really good and you can't find any fault with it. There is a small courtyard where children can run around without worry. The swimming pool looks good, but the weather is bad, so I didn't take the children into the water. In general, it is worth the full score.

Before arriving at the check-in, a brother will ask about the arrival time of the itinerary, and make an appointment in advance with the driver to wait at the station and pick up the hotel. Because this time I took the children to experience the sea, the location is very, very convenient. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the entrance of Silver Beach. Even if the children don’t bring clothes, they don’t have to worry about catching a cold. The room is consistent with the picture, fully intelligent, and the swimming pool is also very clean. The B&B can also rent a car, and also provides toys such as sand shovels for children to play. There are small gifts at check-out, which is really great. The location of the house is close to the sea, the price is moderate, more cost-effective than other net red sea view rooms, the latest decoration, clean and tidy, their own restaurant, the food is delicious. The hotel provides sewing kits for convenience for tourists. What was particularly touched was Xiao Sun, Xiao Peng two young people carried our luggage to the return shuttle bus, and saw us far away ... far away ... very reluctant and very homey. I hope to stay again next time.

MM306222****We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the hotel! The location was impeccable, with stunning views right outside the door and no detours. Situated in the heart of the North Shore area next to the Blue Bridge, this villa district boasts a clean and quiet environment. A mere 3-minute walk brings you to the fine white sand beach, perfect for beachcombing at low tide. There are even foot-washing taps on the side of the hotel, so you don't have to worry about getting your feet covered in sand while playing on the beach. It's incredibly close to the West Point Pier, offering a shuttle service. Hotel staff contacted us in advance to inquire about ferry times, which was very thoughtful and saved us from the hassle of lugging our luggage around. Bike rentals are available right outside the hotel, making it very convenient to cycle around the island to places like Nanwan Street, Crocodile Mountain, Dripstone Screen, Shell Beach, and the Catholic Church – all within a short 10-15 minute ride. The hotel offered unparalleled freedom of movement. The room was fully equipped, with incredibly soft bedding that ensured a wonderful night's sleep. The room was spotless and odor-free, and even had a mini-fridge stocked with water and drinks. And since the hotel is right next to the Grand Hyatt Taipei, we upgraded to a larger ocean-view room for just over 300 RMB – an amazing deal! The room had a great view; the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a direct view of the sea. It was very pleasant to relax in the room and watch the ships sail by. Unfortunately, I only stayed one day due to my itinerary. If I have the chance to visit Weizhou Island again, I will definitely stay here again.

TTuomaxixingAsaka is a newly popular hotel and community in Beihai, bearing a striking resemblance to Aranya in Qinhuangdao. The hotel's prices are very budget-friendly, offering great value for money in Beihai. We visited during the National Day holiday, when prices at popular hotels typically soar 2-3 times. While Asaka Hotel also had a significant premium, it remained quite competitive compared to the beachfront hotels at Silver Beach. We initially stayed two nights at Silver Beach, then explored the Asaka community, found it impressive, and decided to move to the Ferris Wheel Seaview Resort. **⛲️Environment:** Asaka Hotel currently primarily consists of the Ferris Wheel, Summit, and other sub-brand resorts. These are essentially hotel-style apartments designed and decorated within the community's high-rise residential buildings. They feature IKEA furniture and appliances, with a Nordic design aesthetic. The main differences lie in location, orientation, and floor level. This time, we stayed in a Deluxe Seaview Room in the annex building of the Ferris Wheel Resort. It offered expansive views of the southeast-facing beach and the adorable Ferris Wheel 🎡 nearby. The room was a one-bedroom, one-living room, one-bathroom setup, similar to a small suite. There was also a private small courtyard at the room entrance with a washing machine and exhaust fan, perfect for storing odds and ends or drying clothes. A sizable balcony allowed for enjoying the view, relaxing, and catching the sunrise if you woke up early. Both the hotel and the room were relatively new and very clean. The living room had a small refrigerator and a stove (though not used). Breakfast was served as a set meal in the staff canteen; it was simple but decent. Alternatively, you could dine at one of the restaurants within the park. The service was quite good, with quick responses to inquiries. Overall, it felt like a well-serviced hotel-style apartment, suitable for an extended staycation. **🎡Facilities:** Asaka Park boasts a large outdoor water park, a children's pool, an indoor children's playground, and a children's library, making it ideal for families with kids—this is its biggest selling point compared to other hotels! Unfortunately, we encountered Typhoon 🌀 Muifa, which led to the closure of both indoor and outdoor children's facilities for several days. There are also adult pools, a cinema, a bookstore, an art gallery, several specialty restaurants and bars, and charming plazas with art sculptures and installations perfect for relaxing and taking photos. Around the park, you'll find numerous art installations and landscaped gardens with a similar theme. To the south are the landmark Ferris Wheel and a larger water park, though they were not open during my visit. Overall, Asaka is a community with a strong sense of design and plenty of recreational opportunities, well worth exploring, photographing, or even staying for a short visit. **🌀Typhoon Days:** We happened to be there during a direct hit from a typhoon, which significantly impacted our experience. The water park and children's playground were closed, and park restaurants were overcrowded. Waking up in the middle of the night, I could hear the howling wind outside and the slight swaying of the ceiling lamp inside 🫨 After the typhoon passed, the outdoor areas were a mess… However, I was impressed to see many service staff standing firm at their posts, ensuring the normal operation of the hotel community. **🪏Finally, let's talk about the downsides:** The hotel rooms are all located in high-rise buildings, but each building only has 2-4 elevators. When you factor in delivery personnel, you can imagine how busy it gets during peak hours. Our luck was pretty good, but we still had to wait a long time for elevators a few times. I suggest strictly enforcing the rule that delivery personnel are not allowed into the hotel. Surprisingly, the in-room phone in the annex building couldn't dial the front desk. We had to use our mobile phones to call the hotel's main line, and some front desk staff weren't even aware of this issue. I recommend fixing the direct-dial phone problem or at least informing guests upon check-in and providing alternative contact methods.

SShanxisuisuipinganIt was a very satisfying trip. Because it was the off-season, there were not many people on Weizhou Island. We could quietly feel the sea breeze caressing the island, the waves washing the beach, and the sound of boats in the distance slowed down time. The owners of the B&B were also very enthusiastic. Not only did they upgrade our room at a low price, but they also provided us with sea-catching props for free. The young lady and grandmother were also very enthusiastic and often came to help. They also gave us homemade refrigerator magnets. The food made by the chef was also very delicious. I enjoyed the food accompanied by the sunset, and there was a big rhubarb guarding my mouth next to me. I really hope to stay in that moment forever.
