老闆是東北大哥，很熱情，民宿設施完備，什麼都很齊全。整體衞生很棒，大姐收拾的都很乾凈，還有一次性床品套使用。民宿在位置偏一些的村子，夜晚很安靜，狗狗花花和貓貓還有鸚鵡也很可愛。

一趟旅行漲知識了！首先，所謂的三房五床房1間的是兩個標間和一個大床房，預訂之前打給店家詢問是否是一套房（因為寫的是1間，以為是家庭套房）店家回答是，到店後發現就是個組合房，哈哈頭一次見這樣的1間房。其次，我們想要在他家租電動車，且不説價格高低，我們晚上19:30左右到店（晚上不準備騎）想要租到第二天下午17:00，老闆説今晚租明天還算兩天，説這邊都是這麼租的（準備吃完飯回來租）上班一天也不是24小時都在上對吧（洗腦中）直到！出門後隨口一問別的店家，人家價格便宜不説，還按一天給算😅最後，真開心辦理入住！！床上有歡快的木屑和不進水的馬桶，這家店果然生意太好了，老闆都忙不贏換用品和修繕設施。最後三張圖，床頭實拍

首先很感謝民宿老闆接送我們，入住很方便。民宿老闆很熱情，在民宿就有吃的，很方便，味道還很不錯。民宿有電瓶車可以租，去每個景點都方便，但是車有點老舊。另外房間的衞生條件差了一點，不提供飲用水，在老闆那裡買2元一瓶，但是最安逸的是附近幾百米就有沙灘，衹需要步行幾分鐘，我們11點的船票當天上午還可以帶孩子去沙灘游泳，撿貝殼，然後回民宿收拾，很棒，沙灘人少水清澈，很推薦，離開民宿的時候小朋友還對老闆説，我們明年還會回來的，哈哈哈

這家真的不建議去住，我説一下我的真實感受:首先我們是一家過來玩的，有大人和孩子，我是東北人，聽説老闆也是東北人，於是就定了這家店，進屋以後，地上都是灰，還是我自己收拾的，床上沒有被子，衹有毛毯，那個毛毯都有味了，不知道多久沒洗，這些我都忍了，反正就住幾天，忍一下就過去了，但是最讓我受不了的是，由於天氣很熱，開空調是正常的，我們偶爾在房間抽煙，怕味道太大，所以開一點點窗户，但是老闆就在那罵，説開着空調，還開窗户，太費電了，住酒店，哪個不是空調一開一整天的，我們就開一點窗户，就被罵了好幾次，都是出來玩，圖的是開心，於是就想換個酒店，因為這個酒店太差了，整個酒店就我們一家住，再也沒其他住客了，就問老闆，我們定了三天，住了一天，剩下兩天能不能退了，老闆説可以，你在去哪網定的，就在後台操作吧，於是我們就申請部分退款，然後定了其他酒店，但是這邊退款老闆居然拒絕了，理由是不能退，當時溝通時候説的好好的，然後反悔，真服了，我們還給老闆面子，寫的是自己原因改變計劃，當時真應該實事求是，最後打電話給去哪網客服經理，客服經理都説沒法和這個老闆溝通，最後去哪網自己掏的腰包，給我退了，老闆那邊死活就是不退，意思就是能薅一個是一個，哎，説實話，都是東北人，我真看不起這種，反正這是我的真實經歷，前車之鑒，希望入住酒店的人考慮清楚，別重蹈覆轍，我在此説聲對不起，東北人給全國人民丟臉了！

位置優越：到海邊步行五分鐘以內，人少水清貝殼多可看夏季日出。看正東和正西的日出騎上小摩託也近。
應該是吸水墊的問題，導致房間有點味，離店時跟老闆建議過無人時晾曬，應該會改善。
我們住的一樓，確實有窗，不過窗户對着一間衞生間和雜物，不論該衞生間是否棄用，心裏有膈應。這點的處理建議忘了麪提：建議把雜物歸置，將大門處的開可移動綠植搬去遮擋一下衞生間。

真的非常Low，老闆態度特別差，定的5.3號的房間，沒有船票去潿洲島，我們是4月28就申請了，店家居然以影響後面售賣為理由，拒不退款，一半都不願意，所以我們沒有去住，店家一分錢沒退，沒見過這麼噁心的，家人們勸退
