This is my first time staying at City Convenience Hotel. I chose this hotel because it is very close to the train station. Needless to say, the service of the lady at the front desk is really good and she enthusiastically introduces delicious food and attractions nearby. This is the service a hotel should have. Hope it stays that way.

I came here at nine o'clock in the evening and wanted to check out the room. I hadn't made a reservation yet and the lady at the front desk didn't want to take me to see the room, so she directly asked me if I had a membership. If not, I would check out at 12 o'clock... After hearing this, I didn't dare to go offline. When booking on the platform, the system automatically registers as a member and redeems the late checkout rights on your own. After giving the room card, the front desk once again emphasized check-out at 12 o'clock... I reminded that I had purchased a late check-out... and then the front desk said: Oh! Check out at 2 o'clock! …….Did you read the customer messages carelessly? There are many customers who are anxious to check out... After waiting to go up, I found that the front desk had given me the innermost room, which was difficult to find. As soon as I entered, the room was still filled with a strong smell of cigarette smoke... The phone in the room was still broken. I had to take my luggage downstairs and ask the front desk to adjust the room change. The front desk didn't even say an apology, so... I handed over a new room card. It’s done…cow…. Of course, the room type was not upgraded but I was given a room with a window facing the main road. I didn't feel it at first. It became quiet a little at night. The sound of the high-speed train passing by and the traffic next to the road plus the sound of running water in the laundry room next door were absolutely...clear. It's clear... I hear people talking outside doing laundry from time to time, because the laundry room is next door to room 310... The sound insulation is so poor that light still shines through. In addition, the bedding is very hard and has a musty smell, and there are black pen marks on the sheets... The towels and bath towels are also the worst quality I have ever encountered in a hotel... It is the first time that the bath towels are as thin as hand towels... .In this day and age, the only TVs that don’t have the screen mirroring function are old TVs...Thanks to the front desk for a sleepless night...0 points for service The young lady I met at noon the next day was very nice. She was happiest when she said goodbye to you...

房間乾淨還算寬敞，但是行李箱打開之後。就不太寬敞。樓層結構有點複雜。方向感不好，經常會繞暈。旁邊沒有什麼商店，飯店離火車站很近。走大概十五分鐘左右，有一家吃玩一體的商場寧春城。旁邊有肯德基。有零食好忙。這家商場樓下的回轉壽司。超難吃。
