The second hotel I stayed in in Beijing was Feifan, which was much better than the one near the Third Ring Road. At least there was a restaurant, so I could have a hot breakfast. I could eat at the hotel and go to Universal Studios, which saved me a lot of effort. The hotel also had its own courtyard and parking space. There was also a shuttle bus to Universal Studios. It was very cost-effective and highly recommended.

The room was spotless, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-notch hospitality. 5 stars!

Facilities: The room is large and new. Toothpaste and toothbrush are provided. However, the room is not soundproof. The children were woken up by the cleaning noise outside in the morning. Hygiene: The cleaning is good and clean. Service: The lady at the front desk is very good. She even upgraded the room for free with the children and delivered the takeaway to the room.

The hotel is very comfortable, with a self-service laundry room and convenient parking. The lobby is well designed, with one side facing the residential area and the other side facing high-rise buildings. It is said that the toilet in the room costs more than 3,000 yuan, and the washbasin is imported. The store really invested a lot of money [burst into laughter]. The whole house is smart and it is really convenient. The coffee buffet in the lobby is perfect for me! Great value! It's very convenient to shop at Jingkelong next to it. The room was too dry at night and a humidifier was provided! Good service, highly recommended!

The bedding in the hotel room is comfortable, the service is very good, the reception staff is smiling, and the surrounding restaurants are very convenient. However, there is sometimes a little noise from passing cars at night on the street. A few dozen meters to the right of the hotel is the Grand Canal, and the scenery is great.

Came for work so it was pretty convenient, but there were no late night convenience stores nearby, the hotel did have a few drinks and food for sale in the entrance hall, but the closest 7 eleven was next to the metro station, which was about 30 minutes away by walk. The zone was quite good and the price was good, as always for foreigners the no window on the room is difficult to get used to, as well as the fact that the walls are thin and some people are really loud during the night. The breakfast was Chinese style, it had a lot of option but sadly no coffee. It's forbidden to smoke inside but clearly some people ignored that since there was a smell of cigarettes that came from the vents. Lastly on the bathroom you could find towels, soap, shampoo, gel, toothpaste and toothbrush and a comb. In the room there was some water too and a kettle, quite convenient.

Great hotel in the heart of tongzhou. The front desk was very welcoming and offered tea during the quick check in process. They provided a safe place for us to keep our bicycles overnight and then they showed us to the room to make sure that everything was satisfactory. The mattress was pretty good - it was a coil mattress but had a nice topper on it. Breakfast was really great!

Very good hotel. Although its far away from the city center, it's close to a subway station, which was convenient. Amenities were good, there was a bidet toilet and the AC worked without any issues. Buffet breakfast had various types of food available. There were a lot of options around the hotel for eating out. Overall, I had a good experience. But if you are not planning to visit Universal Resort Beijing, it would be better to find another hotel close to the city center.
