Apartments in Beijing

Visited on August 2023. Stayed for 4nights. Location is not ideal. Its 15-30mins walk to either train stations. No straight path. Nearest shopping mall of any repute is 25mins walk away. Good thing is its vlose to a row of economical eateries that serves a wide variety of cuisines: from local to European. Convenient stores and massage spas nearby. Reception staff is generally polite and professional. Their command of English is not strong, but they tried to be as helpful as possible. They always booked my car rides for me when I asked them to. Pet friendly hotel..i cane across a few dogs going to the rooms. One of them is huge mixed. Room is spacious with lots of storage spaces. Fittings are a bit dated. They are undergoing scheduled renovations, so hopefully it will be better. Housekeeping staff are polite, but expect very little English. Gym: air-conditioning control is not working. The equipment is old. There's a cat den right outside the window tho..so if you are a cat lover, there's lots of purry little ones playing in the garden space outside. Cafe: its converted from one of the rooms..not a full cafe. Breakfast is whatever they have. Almost the same everyday. Toast, hard boil eggs, porridge, and a selection of cooked items.

Excellent location. 2 mins away from Subway station. Walking distance to CBD. Shopping mall, restaurants, supermarket are nearby. Housekeeping staff are friendly and nice. The premises is a bit old but it didn't prevent me from revisit.

The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful. All questions raised can be solved in time. The room is clean and tidy. The transportation is convenient. There is a supermarket and a fruit store opposite. I will choose this hotel next time. Recommend it.

The price is reasonable, the location is very close to the Bird's Nest, and there are commercial areas around. If you go to the Bird's Nest to watch a performance, it is very convenient to eat, stay and travel. The room is well decorated and large, clean and sanitary, with an unenclosed small balcony. The service attitude is also very good. If I watch a concert next time, I will book this hotel again. I forgot to take pictures, so I can only use the pictures I took of the concert and the Craft Museum, which are all nearby. There is also a history museum nearby. I will make an appointment to see it next time I watch a concert.

It is rare to find such a clean, comfortable and comfortable apartment hotel in Beijing. The layout of the room is very good and the colors are warm. I feel like I don’t want to get out of bed when I stay in it😄. The bed in the room is very soft, the cabinets and tables provide enough storage and office space, and the TV and microwave allow me to enjoy food and entertainment conveniently. The design of the entire room is very practical, and the color combination is also very warm. Overall, it’s great and highly recommended.

In this location, the price/performance ratio is very high. The hotel also upgraded me to a suite. The room is large and very friendly to people on business trips because it has complete facilities. The staff has a good service attitude and will meet the needs as soon as possible. I am very satisfied

Service: The receptionist who received us was very good. He told us accurately and patiently how to get to the hotel and how to check in. We booked a family room and upgraded it to a suite for free. We were very satisfied! Environment: It is very close to Dajiaoting subway station, at most 100 meters away. There are many shopping malls around and the transportation is convenient. Hygiene: The room is clean. In addition to the standard decoration, the room decoration is very classical. The only drawback is that the furnishings are slightly old, some wallpapers are peeling, and the furniture is not properly maintained. Overall, I am very satisfied. The service and location are absolutely excellent. I will consider staying next time.

It was my first time staying in a hotel apartment. The location was amazing. We walked to the visa center for 5 minutes. Downstairs was the World Trade Center. There were many places to eat, watch movies, and eat. The apartment housekeeper was very enthusiastic and patient throughout the whole process. The room was also very clean and tidy. The property was worth it. I would recommend it to my friends when I go back.

I’ve stayed in this hotel with my family for about 29 days. Overall , we were happy we felt home staying in our apartment. I would definitely recommend it for any family visiting Being. The reception staff offers us a complimentary upgrade from two rooms to three rooms apartment. Many thanks. The breakfast is excellent and has high variety of foods. The location is fantastic. You have an attached mall with many luxurious shops and high brands. Also, there is a walk distance large mall with supermarket and many restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Sometime you may need to use your translator is you don’t understand Chinese. Special thanks to Mr. Taki Xu from front desk staff. He has help us a lot in booking many attractions and ordering meal using the food delivery application. His help added more comfort and happiness to our stay.

This serviced apartment was very close to where I needed to be for meetings, so it was extremely convenient. However, the furnishings are old and outdated, but the apartment was relatively clean. I like having a little kitchen and washing machine for a week's stay. The staff was helpful, although food deliveries were a bit inconvenient, since the property requires guests to go to B1 to collect deliveries. If you like a cold room, the air conditioner worked great, and the room is very quiet at night. I would stay again.
