AAnonymous UserWe stayed here for a few nights during Chinese New Year with our family, and overall it was a very warm and comfortable experience.
The butler team, especially April, meticulously tracked our needs and preferences, expertly arranging our room and attending to small details throughout our stay. When we were in our room, the housekeeping staff tried their best to quickly tidy up without disturbing us. Bonnie at the Yanting restaurant carefully observed our needs during our meals, and the Korean gentleman at Vicini recommended a pizza that was absolutely delicious! He also shared many interesting stories behind the dishes, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable (dinner at Vicini was superb).
A truly delightful surprise during our stay was the gold leaf painting class taught by Mr. Jerry Li. This was part of the Chinese New Year activities, and not only was his explanation detailed, but he also took a family photo for us and presented it in a frame. What a wonderful surprise!
Genuine service truly wins! We'll definitely be back to experience it again in different seasons.

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel a night. I have contacted with someone and talked for 9 minutes about scheduled a shuttle bus with the phone number at Trip.com a day ago we arrived.
But there was happened several things as shown below,
1. There was no one were waiting for us at the Arrival area of the airport.
2. Then we find the information desk of the Beijing Capital International airport to ask her to call to the hotel. The phone number was the same number was talking yesterday. But the reception of that hotel was now nothing about we are arriving and told her that the shuttle bus after 8:00 PM will be 100 RMB.
3. I was confused and cached taxi, so it was only 20 RMB distance. Also the taxi driver was trying to have more money. So I gave him 30 RMB.
4. The reception of that hotel was completely nothing understand in English and seemed have no possibility to discuss about this happen. Also didn't explain us anything about breakfast time, wifi password, dining places, working time of swimming pool and sauna, also shuttle bus to the airport.
5. We have arrived at 8:30 PM, and we needed to have dinner and asked a guy from hotel about where to find restaurant and he called us a taxi and told us will be call a taxi for us, so we changed our Wechat addresses. Then the guy wrote us to catch a taxi yourselves from the street. Then restaurants cashier said no to us to call a taxi.
6. So we go out and show the hotel address to several taxies, but no one knows that address. So we walked and luckily asked a taxi who tried hard to find the hotel address and found it after long time find thought applications. But the taxi asked us much more money to take us to the hotel. But that was only 10 min drive distance.
7. I called to the room service which is pushed 0 from room phone, and a lady who was speaking in English said their manager will contact me back when I told her about shuttle bus didn't arrive. Then there are no ones contacted me back.
8. I have talked with another guy who was speaking English when I get my room, with a phone of the guy who let us to our room, he said that the swimming pool and massage will be start at 10:00 AM in the morning, but it was opened 8:00 AM when I come to the swimming pool and SPA. So I wondered why customer service of this hotel working so poor.
But the hotel and room was nice, but the customer service is so poor seemed for me.
I just wanted to write about this for other hotel guests to be careful.

LlilyThis is an older, well-established hotel with excellent service. A special thanks to the front desk staff for their patient and polite assistance. The hotel facilities are good, and the location is absolutely fantastic, very convenient to the subway and right next to the TV station and China Zun tower. My friend was very satisfied with the trip. Looking forward to staying here again!

AAnonymous UserService: excellence- prompt and sincere. The front office manager brought me to the shop that sells Beijing snacks. The receptionist helped me to place food order from meitu after 30min I tried to place order but wasn’t successful.
Cleanliness: great. Every part of the hotel smell great and no cigarette smell at all.
Facilities: great. gym,washing machine, dryer, robots that deliver your deliveries to your door

Environment: Overall, it has a very elegant feel, and there are quite a few foreigners.
Service: I had some issues that I communicated about, but the hotel's male manager came to address them immediately with a very good attitude. Afterwards, Ms. Elena also followed up on the issues. I'm very grateful for the promptness and professionalism of both of their attitudes.

Rose was incredibly kind and meticulous, patiently answering all my questions throughout. Mika's thoughtful care made me feel so welcome, and Terry was professional and efficient, responding to every request immediately. The phenomenal service from these three staff members truly elevated my stay experience. The hotel facilities are also impeccable; the hardware is high-end and exquisite, and the environment is clean and elegant, showing attention to detail everywhere. It was incredibly comfortable for both resting and relaxing. Encountering such a fantastic service team and top-notch facilities made for a truly perfect experience. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

MMrFineFineFineBooking was a breeze, and the cancellation policy was flexible, which was great since it's so close to Beijing South Railway Station. Check-in at the front desk was super efficient. Wendy, who assisted me, was incredibly clear and organized, explaining everything from upgrades and breakfast options to elevator directions. She really turned my mood around after a frustrating experience with a taxi driver. The room was spacious and wonderfully bright. It had all the amenities, including a capsule coffee machine. I especially loved the creamer pods the hotel provided – a shot of espresso with a pod of creamer was perfect. One small thing: there's an iron burn mark on the luggage rack. Also, be aware that the shower defaults to the overhead rain shower, even though there's a sign. I didn't notice it at first and got a cold shower right away! Not sure what the design intention behind that is. Breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee, and many items were freshly prepared, showing the chefs really put thought into their offerings. Xidan, with all its dining and shopping, is just a short walk to the right from the hotel entrance. For anyone with a budget under 1200, I highly recommend this place. A tip for getting from South Station to the hotel: don't take a taxi. Drivers will often refuse short fares. Use a ride-hailing app instead. Unfortunately, my company's policy doesn't cover ride-hailing, so I ended up with an unnecessarily frustrating business trip experience.

XXuelijiuBH3AGMoving from the Tangla Hotel to the Yanjing Hotel, the standards and service remained consistently excellent, still offering outstanding value for money. The service quality was superb, especially considering the hotel was fully booked, they still maintained their high standards. Requests for extra mineral water and towels were delivered very promptly. What particularly stood out was that before check-in, the customer service manager even added me on WeChat to confirm my needs in advance. I had mentioned needing a power strip, and when I got to the room, I found they had actually purchased a brand new, branded, extended power strip just for me! It was incredibly convenient during my stay. My sincere thanks to all the staff who provided such great service!
If I had to point out any minor shortcomings, it would be that the facilities are a bit dated. Specifically, the in-room Wi-Fi speed was a bit slow, and the TV was also slightly old-fashioned, with clarity not on par with current mainstream configurations. I'd suggest the hotel consider phased renovations and upgrades.

GGuest UserFirst off, the room was super spacious, especially the bathroom, and there was even a walk-in closet! Plus, the hotel is right on Wangfujing Street, making it really close to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. The location is absolutely fantastic.

Ddfgts..........n85...2I frequently stay at the Grand Millennium Beijing, and every time I check in, the front desk, especially Nancy, always arranges my preferred room. However, my breakfast experience during my last two stays hasn't been great. You have to queue to swipe your card to enter the restaurant, and some of the staff seem impatient. Once inside, it's hard to find a seat, and no one guides you. It's like a pure self-service, free-for-all, much like a marketplace. The staff in suits standing at the restaurant entrance didn't seem to be doing anything. They asked me which company I was with and why I was in Beijing, almost like an interrogation, which was a very unpleasant experience.
