CcarrascooHonestly, staying at this hotel for my first time in Beijing truly broadened my horizons and changed my perception of the city. My wife, our child, and I came to Beijing for the May Day holiday. She said since we're here, we might as well splurge and experience a traditional Beijing courtyard. It truly delivered a top-tier luxury experience. The room layout was excellent, the courtyard views were charming, the service was impeccable, and the location was superb with an abundance of food delivery options. Breakfast was all made-to-order. The only thing we missed out on was the bar and hotel activities, but there's always next time. I do have two minor points of discomfort to share, just for reference: 1. When our taxi pulled up to the hotel entrance, a staff member immediately asked me what I was doing there. I was a bit taken aback at first, then explained I was checking in. I'm not blaming him; perhaps I was dressed too casually, but it did feel a little off-putting. 2. On our last day, breakfast felt less crowded, but the food service was incredibly slow. We went at 10 AM, thinking half an hour would be plenty for breakfast, especially since the day before our food arrived in about 15 minutes. This time, we waited half an hour just for the dishes to arrive. Overall, it was absolutely wonderful, and I'd definitely go back if I get the chance. It left a lasting impression, and thinking about it now still brings back such lovely memories, especially sitting in the courtyard at night, listening to music and watching the stars 💫

EEmerald IslandThe hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for transit: it’s only a 10-minute drive to Beijing Capital International Airport Terminal 3, and around 20 minutes to Terminal 2. The smooth ride from the airport let me rest quickly after a long flight, completely easing my travel fatigue. From coordinating the airport pick-up to checking in, Mr. Hou, the Hotel butler, provided meticulous, attentive service. He followed up on my stay throughout and was always responsive to my requests, making my layover trip feel completely at ease. The huge immersive aquarium in the hotel lobby is the absolute highlight! The massive tank is home to a wide variety of tropical fish from different sea areas, and you can watch them up close. This one-of-a-kind experience is a rare treat for an airport-area hotel, and stopping to admire it during my waiting time instantly soothed my travel tiredness. Additionally, the hotel’s 24-hour self-service vending machines are extremely thoughtful, stocked with daily necessities, snacks and food. I could grab whatever I needed at any time, whether arriving late at night or before heading to the airport, with no extra trips needed—total convenience!

Oo77oThis five-star hotel is absolutely superb, offering seven-star service. They called me before check-in to confirm my arrival time and ask about any room preferences. As soon as I arrived, they promptly arranged a room on my preferred floor and in my ideal location. They even provided a latex pillow for my neck issues. Since there were many people coming and going for a conference, they replenished our bottled water supply daily, allowing us to relax and enjoy tea and conversation. Housekeeping was also excellent; they only cleaned our room after we had left, ensuring they never disturbed our work or rest. Thank you!

GGuest UserThis stay was a significant improvement over my last one! I'd informed the front desk in advance about my room preferences, and they specifically arranged a high-floor, quiet room for me. My sleep was undisturbed throughout the stay. The soundproofing was excellent with the windows closed at night, and even with them open during the day for ventilation, there was no disturbance. My baby slept incredibly soundly. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable. As a new hotel, the facilities are all very new and well-equipped. The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; they addressed my concerns about room orientation upon check-in, and their responses were consistently prompt. My experience was absolutely fantastic! You can really tell they genuinely care about every guest. All the previous issues I encountered were gone, and there's no need to worry about the noise problems mentioned in older reviews. I highly recommend staying here; just let the front desk know your needs in advance!

Their consistently thoughtful service and excellent food proved my decision was spot on, haha~ The location of Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing is unbeatable; it's very close to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, with plenty of shopping malls and great dining options nearby. The large terrace on the 5th floor offers stunning views, and this time I even managed to capture the Forbidden City at sunset~ The semi-buffet breakfast with a la carte options is very convenient, and all the pastries are handmade daily, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed~ Many thanks to Rosie from Guest Relations, as well as Aimyon and Stena, who made my four-night stay truly delightful!

LLee_koIt's been a long time since I've been to Beijing, and I'd almost forgotten the city's layout. Choosing Xidan, especially staying at the Pan Pacific Hotel, was an absolutely brilliant decision. The location is superb, with excellent transportation links to everywhere. It's less than a ten-minute drive to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, and there are several shopping malls nearby to cover all your daily needs. From the moment I checked in, the hotel's service was consistently outstanding. Throughout my stay, no matter how many times I came and went, a staff member would always promptly open and close the car door and greet me warmly. All my requests during the stay were also fulfilled immediately, a level of excellence that even many hotels in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region don't quite match. My stay coincided with the Dragon Boat Festival, and on that day, every room received hot Zongzi, which was such a warm and thoughtful gesture. A big thank you to all the Pan Pacific Hotel staff and Cindy at the front desk for their enthusiastic hospitality. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Beijing!

The hotel's location is superb, right next to Chang'an Avenue, and very close to Tiananmen Square, Financial Street, and the Xidan commercial area. It's super convenient whether you're sightseeing or on a business trip. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained; the indoor pool is crystal clear, and the gym is well-equipped – perfect for relaxing in your downtime. The room was spacious and tidy, with excellent natural light. The mattress was soft and supportive, ensuring a stress-free night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and odor-free, and the large showerhead offered a fantastic experience, showing the high quality of service. Standing by the window, you could overlook the magnificent Chang'an Avenue, with a wide-open view. The attention to detail made us feel incredibly comfortable. The restaurant offered a rich variety of breakfast options, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes, and the food was delicious. The overall service upheld the 'Tangla Hotel Elegance' standard, being meticulous and thoughtful. This place offers incredible value for money. Next time we're in Beijing, we will definitely choose to stay here again!

GGuest UserOriginally, I had booked another hotel for the May Day holiday. After staying there for one night, I decisively checked out and rebooked at the Hilton. Manager Ding Yuzhu handled my check-in, and she was incredibly patient and thorough, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was also delicious; my two kids looked forward to it every morning! We travel a lot, and the children always have high praise for Hilton! We will definitely stay at the Hilton again next time!

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at the Grand Millennium Beijing, and it exceeded my expectations by far. It wasn't overly crowded, so it felt very peaceful and quiet. The swimming pool is a major highlight, integrated seamlessly with the gym on a different floor, creating a spacious, high-ceilinged area with a Southeast Asian vibe. I encountered many Hong Kongers there, from business travelers in the elevator to an elderly couple in the executive lounge; they were all very humble and friendly. The surrounding area boasts a wide variety of restaurants, and the Fortune Plaza Mall is practically a canteen for Beijing's white-collar workers. The night view is also top-notch, with the CCTV Headquarters lit up beautifully. A pleasant surprise was bumping into a celebrity while working out – the 'rooster among roosters,' haha. The Grand Millennium is fantastic, giving me every reason to return. The male manager who handled my check-in was very gracious, and the service was just perfect.
