AAnonymous UserWe stayed here for a few nights during Chinese New Year with our family, and overall it was a very warm and comfortable experience. The butler team, especially April, meticulously tracked our needs and preferences, expertly arranging our room and attending to small details throughout our stay. When we were in our room, the housekeeping staff tried their best to quickly tidy up without disturbing us. Bonnie at the Yanting restaurant carefully observed our needs during our meals, and the Korean gentleman at Vicini recommended a pizza that was absolutely delicious! He also shared many interesting stories behind the dishes, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable (dinner at Vicini was superb). A truly delightful surprise during our stay was the gold leaf painting class taught by Mr. Jerry Li. This was part of the Chinese New Year activities, and not only was his explanation detailed, but he also took a family photo for us and presented it in a frame. What a wonderful surprise! Genuine service truly wins! We'll definitely be back to experience it again in different seasons.

GGuest UserLast year, for National Day, I chose the Wanda Vista Hotel in Beijing and was thoroughly impressed by its luxury and warm service. I immediately decided it would be my go-to hotel for all future visits to Beijing. This time was just as excellent as before. The location is superb, making dining convenient, and transportation to various attractions is a breeze. It's just a few minutes' walk to Dawanglu subway station. The breakfast features fresh ingredients, a wide variety of options, and delicious flavors. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserOur stay was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's decor is simple yet elegant, creating a refined and peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious and bright, with high-quality amenities and impeccable cleanliness. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The service was professional and discreet; they didn't intrude but were immediately responsive to any needs. Breakfast was exquisite and delicious, with a diverse selection and excellent taste. The location is superb, making travel convenient while still being quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle – perfect for both relaxation and work. The overall ambiance is sophisticated yet warm, with thoughtful details evident everywhere. It was a truly pleasant experience, definitely worth revisiting and highly recommending.

GGuest UserThis stay far exceeded my expectations, I loved it! A warm haven tucked away in a hutong. First off, the young lady who checked us in was incredibly enthusiastic and thoughtful. The cleanliness was visibly spotless and comfortable. Though small, the room had everything we needed, and the heated floor was such a luxury – not dry at all. Both the courtyard and the rooftop are not only great for photos but also perfect for families, couples, or anyone traveling with kids. Plus, the nearby shopping and dining options are super convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing. Finally, a big thank you to the front desk lady. On our last day, before checking out, we needed help with a taxi. Even though her shift was over, she stayed with us until the car arrived. That's truly heartwarming and deserves a big thumbs-up!

MMiaomaLocation & Transportation: Excellent. Within a ten-minute walk, you can reach Wangfujing Street. The hotel is also within a ten-minute walk to the subway station (it's located between China Art Museum and Jinyu Hutong stations on Subway Line 8). There are several 'must-try' restaurants from the 'Must-Eat List' nearby, though the queues can be crazy. Dining: I had both breakfast and dinner. The variety isn't huge, but several dishes were very tasty. For breakfast, my personal favorites were the pan-fried buns and roujiamo (Chinese meat burger). I also had a bowl of noodles every day (with many different toppings). The stir-fried dishes changed almost daily and were freshly made and delicious. Service: Very generous, warm, and proactive. Room Facilities: We had a twin room. The beds couldn't be pushed together, but thankfully, they were 1.4 meters wide, which was quite spacious.

YYudan56We chose the 'Little Yellow Duck' themed family room, and my daughter absolutely adored it when we entered – it was just too cute and had a wonderful atmosphere! The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the subway station, and within walking distance to attractions like the Forbidden City and Wangfujing Pedestrian Street. The service was excellent, truly excellent. The downstairs 'Siji Minfu' Peking Duck restaurant is a famous Beijing eatery, usually with a wait time of over three hours. The hotel staff thoughtfully reminded us to get a ticket in advance. After spending the day sightseeing, I asked the staff to help me get a ticket, and they managed to get one three hours early – fantastic! On top of that, my knees were a bit sore from all the walking at the Forbidden City, so I asked the hotel for ice to compress them. They even went to a bubble tea shop to get a big bag of ice, huffing and puffing as they brought it up – truly above and beyond! Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely choose the Manxin Hotel Tian'anmen Wangfujing again.

ZZhuangrumaoniuLet's start with the downsides: the soundproofing isn't great. You can hear people walking around upstairs, and the doors don't block out sound at all – it's like people talking outside are right in your room. Also, no one helped with luggage when I arrived, and sometimes the concierge didn't even bother to open the door. On the plus side, the front desk service was excellent and they answered all my questions patiently. Breakfast was just okay, not a lot of variety. The biggest advantage is definitely the hotel's location; it's super convenient for getting around.

AAnonymous UserCame here to play with ice and snow, but the ice park was closed, but the snow park was. Came here with children and the elderly, and booked a suite and standard room in the VIP building. The VIP building is newly renovated, the environment is very good, the lobby is large and grand, but there are relatively few guests, even on weekends. You have to drive to another building to eat and soak in the hot springs, which is a bit far to walk, and the snow park is closer to the dining place. It is worth praising that the staff of the snow park have a good attitude, a good experience, and everyone is very enthusiastic. It is worth complaining about the toilet in the snow park, which is a simple one, cold and unclean. There is only one, and you have to queue. It would be better if the snow park opened a few cafes with better environment. There is a small beverage shop with a very bad environment, which is very crowded. The elderly were sitting inside waiting for us to play with snow, but later they felt uncomfortable and went back to the hotel room. . . It is close to the city, and it takes more than an hour to drive there. . .

GGuest UserI've been to this hotel several times for internal department meetings and team-building events, so I brought my family here for Chinese New Year. The hotel's location is super convenient, about an hour's drive from the city. The rooms are individual villas, offering a wonderful sense of harmony with nature âœŒđŸ», providing peace and tranquility for those busy with work. This is a five-star hotel under the international Hyatt chain, and during Chinese New Year, they were very well-staffed. Besides their consistently professional regular services, they also had thoughtfully prepared activities to celebrate the New Year and special dishes. Sunny, the lady who checked us in at the front desk, was beautiful, kind, and incredibly helpful, responding to every request with enthusiasm 😍. My family was very happy and satisfied with this short Chinese New Year trip, and we'll definitely be back when the spring flowers are in full bloom!

YYuyeyoumingAfter looking at three or four hotels, I decided to stay at the Grand Millennium Beijing for my trip to Beijing, mainly because of its proximity to the subway, making it convenient for getting around. The hotel itself is quite grand, and while the service is very traditional, it gets the job done. I contacted the hotel in advance and asked the front desk to book a room on the highest floor within the same price range, with a view of the CCTV Tower. They managed to arrange all of this, which I was very pleased with. However, the hotel is a bit old-fashioned; if you order takeout, there's no robot or staff to deliver it, so you have to go down and pick it up yourself. The room itself is quite spacious and also has a traditional feel. One quirky thing is the power outlets: one nightstand has an outlet, but the other doesn't. This made it impossible to charge my phone while lying in bed, so I had to go to the supermarket the next day to buy an extension cord. Also, the power outlets are quite old-fashioned, not the new national standard, and many of them are loose. The bathroom has two showerheads, a main one and a side one. I assume the side one is for people sitting down, but one thing they might not have considered is where to put clean clothes for changing. If you put them inside, they'll get wet during the shower. If you put them outside, isn't it a bit awkward to walk out naked? The breakfast buffet at the hotel is quite good, with a wide variety of dishes. The mini hash browns, in particular, taste exactly like the ones sold at McDonald's and KFC. Finally, I want to especially thank the bespectacled housekeeper on the 24th floor. Her service was excellent, she was very polite, and the room was cleaned impeccably. She left a particularly good and warm impression. I didn't take many photos of the hotel, so consider these for reference. Also, the Hema Supermarket is about 600-700 meters west of the hotel, which is convenient for buying things.
