AAnonymous UserWe stayed here for a few nights during Chinese New Year with our family, and overall it was a very warm and comfortable experience.
The butler team, especially April, meticulously tracked our needs and preferences, expertly arranging our room and attending to small details throughout our stay. When we were in our room, the housekeeping staff tried their best to quickly tidy up without disturbing us. Bonnie at the Yanting restaurant carefully observed our needs during our meals, and the Korean gentleman at Vicini recommended a pizza that was absolutely delicious! He also shared many interesting stories behind the dishes, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable (dinner at Vicini was superb).
A truly delightful surprise during our stay was the gold leaf painting class taught by Mr. Jerry Li. This was part of the Chinese New Year activities, and not only was his explanation detailed, but he also took a family photo for us and presented it in a frame. What a wonderful surprise!
Genuine service truly wins! We'll definitely be back to experience it again in different seasons.

LlilyThis is an older, well-established hotel with excellent service. A special thanks to the front desk staff for their patient and polite assistance. The hotel facilities are good, and the location is absolutely fantastic, very convenient to the subway and right next to the TV station and China Zun tower. My friend was very satisfied with the trip. Looking forward to staying here again!

AAnonymous UserService: excellence- prompt and sincere. The front office manager brought me to the shop that sells Beijing snacks. The receptionist helped me to place food order from meitu after 30min I tried to place order but wasn’t successful.
Cleanliness: great. Every part of the hotel smell great and no cigarette smell at all.
Facilities: great. gym,washing machine, dryer, robots that deliver your deliveries to your door
Location: great, close to liuliqiao station and Beijing railway station (West of Beijing)

GGuest UserA hidden gem of a courtyard hotel in Nanluoguxiang! It's super convenient, tucked away in a quiet spot but right near the bustling streets. You can step out into the lively area and then come back to peace and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable, with a charming antique feel combined with modern conveniences. The service was incredibly thoughtful – hot tea, snacks, and luggage assistance were all perfectly arranged. The breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, and the rooftop terrace is fantastic for photos. I felt so at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Beijing!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, offering views of the Forbidden City and Beihai White Pagoda right from the room. It's super close to the National Art Museum station, making it really convenient to get around. The pork buns at breakfast were delicious, and the fruit selection was fresh and abundant. We also had lunch once at Wanli Xuan, and everything we ordered was tasty – not a single disappointment. Our room included executive lounge access, which took care of a few dinners, and the dishes there were also quite good. Beijing truly has amazing food and so much to see and do; our whole family was very happy with our stay.

YYudan56We chose the 'Little Yellow Duck' themed family room, and my daughter absolutely adored it when we entered – it was just too cute and had a wonderful atmosphere! The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the subway station, and within walking distance to attractions like the Forbidden City and Wangfujing Pedestrian Street. The service was excellent, truly excellent. The downstairs 'Siji Minfu' Peking Duck restaurant is a famous Beijing eatery, usually with a wait time of over three hours. The hotel staff thoughtfully reminded us to get a ticket in advance. After spending the day sightseeing, I asked the staff to help me get a ticket, and they managed to get one three hours early – fantastic! On top of that, my knees were a bit sore from all the walking at the Forbidden City, so I asked the hotel for ice to compress them. They even went to a bubble tea shop to get a big bag of ice, huffing and puffing as they brought it up – truly above and beyond! Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely choose the Manxin Hotel Tian'anmen Wangfujing again.

MMrFineFineFineBooking was a breeze, and the cancellation policy was flexible, which was great since it's so close to Beijing South Railway Station. Check-in at the front desk was super efficient. Wendy, who assisted me, was incredibly clear and organized, explaining everything from upgrades and breakfast options to elevator directions. She really turned my mood around after a frustrating experience with a taxi driver. The room was spacious and wonderfully bright. It had all the amenities, including a capsule coffee machine. I especially loved the creamer pods the hotel provided – a shot of espresso with a pod of creamer was perfect. One small thing: there's an iron burn mark on the luggage rack. Also, be aware that the shower defaults to the overhead rain shower, even though there's a sign. I didn't notice it at first and got a cold shower right away! Not sure what the design intention behind that is. Breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee, and many items were freshly prepared, showing the chefs really put thought into their offerings. Xidan, with all its dining and shopping, is just a short walk to the right from the hotel entrance. For anyone with a budget under 1200, I highly recommend this place. A tip for getting from South Station to the hotel: don't take a taxi. Drivers will often refuse short fares. Use a ride-hailing app instead. Unfortunately, my company's policy doesn't cover ride-hailing, so I ended up with an unnecessarily frustrating business trip experience.

The service is very considerate, the front desk check-in is super fast, and they also help with luggage. The breakfast in the restaurant is rich and varied, and the taste is also great, especially the freshly fried eggs and fresh juice. The surrounding environment is beautiful and convenient for travel. This stay experience is very good, and I will come again next time!

Ddfgts..........n85...2I frequently stay at the Grand Millennium Beijing, and every time I check in, the front desk, especially Nancy, always arranges my preferred room. However, my breakfast experience during my last two stays hasn't been great. You have to queue to swipe your card to enter the restaurant, and some of the staff seem impatient. Once inside, it's hard to find a seat, and no one guides you. It's like a pure self-service, free-for-all, much like a marketplace. The staff in suits standing at the restaurant entrance didn't seem to be doing anything. They asked me which company I was with and why I was in Beijing, almost like an interrogation, which was a very unpleasant experience.
