The room was fantastic, very spacious, and the view was great. Everything was pretty much automated, which was super convenient. I especially loved the lighting design – no need to press individual switches, you just pick one of the pre-set scenes. Service: The service was excellent. Zhang Dong at the front desk had a wonderful attitude, was incredibly thoughtful, explained everything clearly, and was very efficient. They also gave us breakfast vouchers.

My birthday stay here was absolutely wonderful! The hotel environment was clean and elegant, and the room was spacious and comfortable with soft, cozy bedding that made for a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; they even surprised me with a thoughtful birthday treat and helped decorate the room, which was a lovely touch. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. Plus, the breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted great. Overall, the service was attentive and meticulous, making for a truly pleasant stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommended!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The location is very convenient. There are several good restaurants nearby, and the metro station is within walking distance, making it easy to get around Beijing. For Jewish travelers, the hotel is also about a 15-minute walk from the local Chabad House, which is very convenient for anyone looking for kosher meals or synagogue services. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Plus, the view from the window was lovely and really brightened our mood. A huge shoutout goes to Ms. Yu at the front desk, who was simply wonderful! She had a sweet smile and provided excellent service, even surprising us with a complimentary room upgrade, which was a delightful bonus for our trip. When we needed a late check-out, she was very accommodating and enthusiastically helped us arrange it, allowing us to pack without rushing. She also kindly stored our luggage after check-out, saving us a lot of hassle. Ms. Yu was consistently gentle and patient, always ready to assist, truly treating guests like family. Thanks to her attentiveness, this trip felt extra special and warm. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Returned during peak check-in time, and the lobby was packed. I was worried about a long wait, but a special thanks to Sabrina, the duty manager at the front desk. She was incredibly efficient with the check-in process, patiently answered all my questions, and maintained a warm attitude throughout, never once rushing things despite the crowd. This made my stay particularly pleasant. The breakfast was also rich and delicious.

This stay was absolutely flawless! The location is superb; it's incredibly convenient for shopping, getting a taxi, or taking public transport. The lobby has a wonderful ambiance, and Moon at the front desk (Xiao Feng) was very efficient with check-in. All the staff were polite and friendly, and Manager Zhang from the lobby even proactively offered tips for local sightseeing. The guest room was spotless, and the bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, was impeccably clean. The mattress was just right—not too hard, not too soft—allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway. All the amenities were well-stocked, and the hot water supply was stable. When I had a last-minute request, housekeeping responded super fast. This hotel would also be perfect for families traveling with children or elderly relatives. Every detail shows thoughtfulness and care, making it suitable for both leisure travel and short stays. I've already saved it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!

The hotel has a pleasant environment and good service. The breakfast is plentiful, and it's convenient for those traveling by car. However, if you're relying on public transport, be prepared for a long walk. All rooms have balconies, which is great for fresh air. It would be even better if they added more outdoor children's entertainment facilities.

Service: Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly polite and always had a smile on their faces, which made me feel so welcome. I especially want to commend a specific front desk staff member. The hotel's latest check-out time is 2 PM, but I was in Beijing for the ”Voice Wonderland” awards ceremony, which was delayed until 3 PM. The front desk staff specially requested and got approval from their supervisor to extend my check-out time. I'm truly grateful! 🙏 Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely stay at the Starlight Holiday Hotel again.😊

I loved this comfortable hotel near Daxing Airport! It was a spontaneous decision to stay near the airport because it was getting late, and I figured I could explore the surroundings the next day. I didn't expect to have such a wonderfully pleasant surprise! They have a gym and a laundry room, so after a run, I could head back to my room for a shower and a good night's sleep – it was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was superb and varied, offering both Western and Chinese options, and everything was delicious! I enjoyed sitting in the lobby bar reading a book; it was clean and cozy, perfect for a short trip, and even offered great photo opportunities.

酒店服務非常好，到酒店時沒有找到停車場入口，前台小哥哥Nick郝耐心幫我指路導航，怕我找不到，還在停車場接應我。因為帶着小朋友，還提前預判了我的需求，感受非常好！ 酒店的早餐不錯，特別喜歡那個煎餅，好吃！ 可能是新開業，房間有一點點味道，但是可以開窗通風，瑕不掩瑜。 整體感受很好，下次來門頭溝還會選擇這裏。
