Toiletries were comprehensive, and they thoughtfully provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes – every detail was well-considered. 👍 The self-service breakfast offered a super rich selection, and the food was delicious. Both adults and children could find something they loved! 👍 There's even an astronomical telescope on the 16th floor. You can enjoy the views during the day and stargaze at night – an absolutely fantastic experience! 👍 My child also got their own special kids' room key card, and they were so excited to swipe it themselves to enter the room. Plus, there's a robot delivery service, which was both novel and fun! 👍 The gym and laundry room are well-equipped, making it very convenient for travelers. Upon check-out, we even received a cute pony 🐎 plush toy, which my child adored all the way home! ❤️

The hotel's overall environment is clean and quiet, with a full range of facilities that were very comfortable to use. The location is super convenient for getting around; it's easy to catch a taxi or bus right outside. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, answering all my questions in detail. Check-in and check-out were very quick. My overall stay was extremely satisfying and offered great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing. Every time I ordered takeout, the robot would quickly deliver the food right to my room door. It was not only convenient but also incredibly efficient. Alisa Wang at the front desk was enthusiastic and polite, following up throughout my check-in process and providing detailed explanations. Her service was attentive, proactively anticipating my needs, and showing genuine care everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a wonderful festive atmosphere for the Dragon Boat Festival. The staff were professional and gentle, making my entire stay hassle-free. This is my top choice for accommodation when traveling, highly recommended!

Today, I brought my child to dine here and was delighted to see that the restaurant has a dedicated play area for kids, complete with fun toys like pixel art bead crafts. The hotel room was spacious with huge windows and great natural light. The staff spoke English so I could navigate check-in and eating in the restaurant with ease. They went out of their way to help and accommodate me during my stay. Aurora the duty manager who checked me in was especially helpful. The restaurant staff also offered superior service with kindness.

Environment: During the Chinese New Year, Changfeng Holiday Hotel on Yongding Road was festively decorated with joyful lanterns and paper-cuttings everywhere, bringing the Spring Festival atmosphere to its peak. Facilities: The rooms were cozy and comfortable, making guests who checked in during the Spring Festival feel right at home.

The room was nice, a bit old, but very clean and tidy. There was a small vegetable garden and a cat kennel nearby where you could pet the cats for free. The cats were very well-behaved and clean, and the children loved them. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the check-out process. When we went to check out, the receptionist stared at the plush toy my daughter was holding—something we had brought with us—for a long time without saying anything. She didn't say anything when collecting the room key either. Only after we had walked away did she suddenly ask if we had taken it from the hotel room. I think that if she didn't know it wasn't in the room, then she wasn't very professional. If she wanted to ask, she should have asked when we handed over the room key. Asking so loudly after we had walked away, as if we had taken something from the hotel, is that polite? This needs improvement.

The hotel's ambiance is quiet and elegant, surrounded by greenery. Its peaceful location, away from the city's hustle and bustle, instantly melted away our travel fatigue. The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful, from the front desk's enthusiastic guidance during check-in to the housekeeping staff proactively asking about our needs. Every interaction made us feel truly welcome. The facilities were equally impressive, with high-speed WiFi, smart room controls, and comfortable bedding, making our chats and relaxation especially pleasant. Choosing this hotel for our friends' trip was a brilliant decision. The cleanliness, environment, service, and facilities all far exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely make this our top choice for our next visit to Beijing. Highly recommend it to everyone!
