The hotel is nice, the staff is very helpful, but their English isn't very good. They do have a translator, so it wasn't a problem. The room was quite spacious. The downside is that we needed the hotel for a transfer, for one night, and it's not located very close to the airport; the shuttle runs until 10 PM. Even when we requested it, the hotel couldn't accommodate us at a later time. We even sent our request to the department via Trip, WeChat, and email. We only received a response by email... but in the morning, our transfer to the airport was right on time, for which we are very grateful! We were pleased with the delicious breakfast. Overall, everything was fine, but these nuances need to be taken into account.

My stay happened to coincide with my birthday, and the hotel reception called me in the morning to wish me a happy birthday, asking when would be a good time to deliver a cake. When I returned after going out, I was even more surprised! The staff had folded towels into the shape of a birthday cake and arranged birthday balloons. The service at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The staff are all incredibly dedicated to their work, which is really rare. They even wrote a handwritten note, which felt very warm and personal. Many thanks to the hotel's attentive staff; you all work so hard!

When I was checking in, someone cut in front of me with a question, and she simply said, ”Please wait a moment,” and continued processing my check-in. That's what I call professional service! The concierge's luggage storage was extremely secure, with a dedicated person always on duty. Even though the hotel has some age, it truly lives up to the standards of a classic five-star establishment. Excellent value for money.

Environment: During the Chinese New Year, Changfeng Holiday Hotel on Yongding Road was festively decorated with joyful lanterns and paper-cuttings everywhere, bringing the Spring Festival atmosphere to its peak. Facilities: The rooms were cozy and comfortable, making guests who checked in during the Spring Festival feel right at home.

However, if you're relying on public transport, be prepared for a long walk. All rooms have balconies, which is great for fresh air. It would be even better if they added more outdoor children's entertainment facilities.
