Holiday Inn Hotels in Beijing

Everything was great! Clean, conveniently located, and there was a shuttle service. The drive to the airport took about 30 minutes. We didn't have breakfast, so we can't comment on it. The only downside is that the hotel could use a facelift... the rooms are already tired.

My stay happened to coincide with my birthday, and the hotel reception called me in the morning to wish me a happy birthday, asking when would be a good time to deliver a cake. When I returned after going out, I was even more surprised! The staff had folded towels into the shape of a birthday cake and arranged birthday balloons. The service at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The staff are all incredibly dedicated to their work, which is really rare. They even wrote a handwritten note, which felt very warm and personal. Many thanks to the hotel's attentive staff; you all work so hard!

I stayed here with my family, and everyone loved the nostalgic decor in the hotel corridors. It had a wonderful vintage feel that was really interesting, and even the kids stopped to look at it for a long time. The front desk staff were warm and patient, and a special thanks to Maria for the delicious breakfast. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. The location is also very convenient for getting around, making it perfect for both a relaxing getaway and a short trip.

The hotel boasts a modern, minimalist design that feels both cozy and luxurious. 👍 Stepping into the room felt just like coming home, so relaxing and comfortable. ❤️ The bedding 🛏️ was soft and plush, and my child, tired from playing, fell asleep peacefully in no time. 😴 The bathroom was immaculately clean with a wet/dry separation, and the smart mirror even had a built-in light. Toiletries were comprehensive, and they thoughtfully provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes – every detail was well-considered. 👍 The self-service breakfast offered a super rich selection, and the food was delicious. Both adults and children could find something they loved! 👍 There's even an astronomical telescope on the 16th floor. You can enjoy the views during the day and stargaze at night – an absolutely fantastic experience! 👍 My child also got their own special kids' room key card, and they were so excited to swipe it themselves to enter the room. Plus, there's a robot delivery service, which was both novel and fun! 👍 The gym and laundry room are well-equipped, making it very convenient for travelers. Upon check-out, we even received a cute pony 🐎 plush toy, which my child adored all the way home! ❤️

The hotel itself is fantastic, the bedding is incredibly comfortable, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. We had an excellent experience overall. We'll definitely choose Lidu again if we get the chance next time. Highly recommend!

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel facilities are excellent overall, and the room was comfortable and spotless. What impressed me most was the hotel's robot service. Every time I ordered takeout, the robot would quickly deliver the food right to my room door. It was not only convenient but also incredibly efficient. It's genuinely practical for guests, saving time and adding a lot of convenience, making the whole experience feel more high-tech. You can really feel the hotel's dedication to service details; this intelligent service definitely enhances the overall stay.

The hotel has a pleasant environment and good service. The breakfast is plentiful, and it's convenient for those traveling by car. However, if you're relying on public transport, be prepared for a long walk. All rooms have balconies, which is great for fresh air. It would be even better if they added more outdoor children's entertainment facilities.
