This hotel is absolutely perfection, with only two minor issues- the air conditioning in the room is set to 25° which was too hot for us, and we had a full body pat down by security every single time we came through the front doors of the hotel (only way to enter/exit), and every item on us had to be scanned through machine every time we entered hotel (including handbags, wallets, food delivered to us that was dropped off at designated table outside hotel). Everything else was absolutely perfect! Location, cleanliness, staff friendliness, the art around the hotel. Everything.
*we did ask to reduce temperature in our room and three people came to do it. Though they only reduced to 23° though which was better, but still too warm.

The hotel is on the site of an old temple and is very beautiful. Rooms are comfortable with a good shower, free water & bowl of fruit. It's very accessible to the metro in 2 mins and plenty of restaurants nearby. The park & lakes north of the Forbidden City are also a stroll away.
Yong and his staff on the front desk are so very helpful and pleasant. They cannot do enough to answer queries or help with bookings.

The hotel is located in the south of Tiananmen Square, under the Zhengyang Bridge, close to Qianmen Street, and is the representative of the Beijing Xinpai Courtyard Hotel. The hotel is located at No. 120, Dajiang Hutong, Qianmen Street, with the theme of "Seeking Beijing" to create the perfect fusion of the ancient charm of the old capital and the modern national tide Internet celebrity, that is, the ancient charm and style, and the national tide is fashionable enough. Highly recommended to experience the taste of Courtyard 民宅四合院. Very convenient location, right at Qianmen. No need to worry about food and drinks, as you are just seconds away from DaShiLan street. The subway is also nearby as well as major attractions such as Tiananmen Square and the Palace Museum. The staff are friendly and attentive, always greeting you when you enter and exit the lobby, and even offering warm drinks during this cold winter.

I love this hotel, it’s beautiful with big rooms and a great breakfast. It’s is so pretty and the grounds are gorgeous. It would be a definite 5 stars if they fix one thing. They tell you when you check in that there can be a mosquito issue because it is in the park and there is a lot of vegetation. So, they give you this little mosquito repellant thing, which is nice but the best thing would be to not have mosquitos. In the room, we started looking and there are occasional squished mosquitos on the walls and ceilings and we killed 2 mosquitos while we were there. I don’t think we got bit by them though so it’s not as ifs an infestation. It really is just an occasional mosquito. But, the doors are often open even though the building is cool. The windows are constantly open too. When we come back to our room, the windows are ajar and while cleaning, they keep the room doors open to the hallway where the windows are open. Just closing the windows and doors and relying on the air conditioning would probably solve the problem and this would be a fantastic, amazing hotel. If the hotel responds to this with a mosquito plan, then I would absolutely stay there again and recommend everybody else do too. This is definitely a 5 star hotel with a solvable problem.
The Beijing Pushen Hotel is located inside the World Park. It is a luxury resort boutique hotel with the Jiangnan “Five Phoenixes Building” as its core. It is meticulously restored by the master craftsmen of ancient architecture, preserving the original architectural style and historical information, allowing people to understand more intuitively the construction techniques of ancient Chinese architecture, feel the charm of traditional culture more directly, and realize the traditional Chinese architecture and culture in the experience. The hotel is a combination of guest rooms, all-day dining, specialty restaurants, lobby bar, tea room, multi-functional ballroom, Tai Chi room with gym, SPA and swimming pool, surrounded by a quiet and elegant natural environment, for people tired of the hustle and bustle of the city or revere the ancient culture of the people to come here to unplug, back to basics, to provide guests with a unique and wonderful experience. The hotel has designed a series of customized cultural experiences for guests, blending the natural environment, traditional culture and local characteristics to enrich their vacation experience. Here, you can follow the ancient architecture interpreter back to the governmental hall compound in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, write poems with ink in the lobby, or follow the Tai Chi teacher to breathe in and out the spiritual qi of the mountains and water. The hotel lives with the mountains and sleeps by the water, with the ancient courtyard, quietly listening to the flowing water dialing the clear rhyme, the ancient acacia getting the breeze, and the exquisite beauty of the garden architecture is resident, which makes people mesmerized! At the foot of the Great Wall and along the banks of the Gui Shui River, you can enjoy the natural scenery of the World Park and savor the beauty of the ancient architecture and culture of Pushen.

As the only Golden Diamond Hotel in Yanqing, the service and facilities are seriously mismatched with the level and price of the hotel.
There is no room dining service, no turndown service, and the girl at the front desk is a typical ”very polite perfunctory”. Although she can't solve your problem and doesn't want to help you, she deliberately says a lot of irrelevant nonsense in order to avoid being complained about by you. The breakfast restaurant is even more outrageous. There was no waiter to take the breakfast on May 1st. Customers need to go in and find a seat by themselves, which is very chaotic. In addition, the coffee machine in the breakfast restaurant is capsule coffee, which is also amazing. The hotel has a shuttle bus service, but it will not take the initiative to inform you. If you want to go to Gate 7, you have to ask by yourself. In addition to the antique building, the entire hotel is a highlight. The rest of the place is at the level of a four-star hotel.
After staying for less than 4 hours, I lost confidence in the front desk service and hotel service. I feel that all the standard services of a five-star hotel are asking for trouble here. I won't come again!

A nice courtyard. Stayed for two days, one sunny day and one rainy day, each with its own charm. Paulownia flowers bloom in mid-April, which is unique. The small terrace on the rooftop is highly recommended to sit. The room is generally good, the service is also OK, there are many foreign guests, and the overall evaluation is not bad. If you want to experience the courtyard, it is indeed a good choice.
A few suggestions. The light switch is not divided into zones, and can only be turned on and off, which is not very convenient. The breakfast is average. If there is porridge, it is recommended to add pickles from Liubiju. The alley outside the courtyard is very primitive, relatively messy, and the road is small. It is difficult for cars to drive in. Be mentally prepared to stay.

Loved the hotel. The location in the hutong was excellent. We could walk to other hutongs to observe local life. All the Didis we booked could drive us right to the front of the hotel, even our airport transfer van.
The service was excellent. Our room's toilet had a bidet that didn't work. The front desk sent a workman immediately. He checked and said it needed a repair. The front desk changed our room and even gave us an upgrade.
Breakfast was plentiful. Taste was so so.
Free self-service laundromat. 4 washing machines and 4 dryers.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Nuo Beijing, the room was spacious and very comfortable but we did find it rather cold and were unable to adjust the temperature. The hotel obliged by upgrading us to a newly renovated room which was also very spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is close to the subway and also to Wangfujing area and a short commute to Tian’anmen Square and The Forbidden Palace. However more than anything our stay was memorable for the outstanding service. In particular Gustav and Luke at the concierge desk and the front office manager, a Russian lady whose name escapes me. She was equally accommodating and generous with her time as our concierge team and we are grateful to have the pleasure of meeting them.

My family loved and will miss this hotel so much and overall made our trip so memorable and wonderful. It's not a 5 star hotel though as we were looking for a good location local warm feel. Our family theme room were nice and clean with provided slippers is a really awesome thought.
Staff were very helpful and the free supper every night is a plus point why you should pick this hotel. The breakfast were good too but everyday same for 8 days were a bit bored so we decided sometimes to eat out as well. They provide good food for lunch and dinner as well as the famous Beijing duck is equivalent as good as outside any restaurant yet cheap. Hotel also provides free laundry. All I can say is this hotel boss is very generous and Yes definitely will come back to stay again shall we visit Beijing in the coming future. 😁

GGuest UserLocated at the foot of Beijing's imperial city, the Waldorf Astoria Courtyard Hotel perfectly blends traditional Beijing charm with luxurious services, creating a quiet and peaceful place for guests hidden in the bustling city. The courtyard surrounded by blue bricks and gray tiles, carved beams and painted buildings complement the contemporary art furnishings. In the morning, you can hear the sound of wind chimes on the eaves, and when you return home at night, the stone path has quietly lit up the warm yellow courtyard lights.
The housekeeping team has engraved ”guests first” into the details: Ella took us in and taught us how to use the room card. From serving seasonal cakes and fruits, welcome gifts, to birthday cakes and champagne in the afternoon, Judy also prepared coffee for us, and Xiao Xiong personally brewed coffee for us. Will enthusiastically took the initiative to help us take photos and take luggage for our couple. From adjusting the fragrance of the room according to the weather to secretly recommending the best time to shoot in the corner tower for photography enthusiasts - this oriental hospitality that seems to be able to predict needs has made countless travelers sigh in their comments that ”the service is like a spring breeze, without a trace but appropriate everywhere.” When the morning light of the Forbidden City passes through the courtyard, staying here has already surpassed the accommodation experience and has become a local cultural therapy that awakens the five senses.

Excellent
FFogPenguinThis is a hotel that exceeded my expectations. First of all, there are basically no hotels that can do authentic old-fashioned decoration so seriously now, but Mishe has done this. At least half of the furniture is real furniture from the Republic of China, and the texture is so good. The atmosphere of the decoration period is full, and it really feels like old Shanghai in the 1930s. The size, temperature, furnishings and quietness of the room are quite good, much better than most four-star hotels. I only had breakfast in terms of dining, and the main meal should be very authentic Cantonese cuisine. For breakfast, let alone the chef's carefully made real chicken soup wontons and authentic steamed pork ribs with black bean sauce, it is excellent enough, not to mention the exquisite side dishes and preserved egg porridge. I must stay here when I come to Changping in the future. If you come, you must go around, it's very interesting.

PPatdbWe arrived very early in the morning (06:00 - flight) and that was clearly not foreseen (Trip.com does not foresee the possibility to inform the hotel by mail, only by phone, but there is a language barrier). So we had to wait 3 hours before we could check in. Quite tiresome. But at check in the people were very friendly, so ok after all. They also helped us to buy a local SIM card.
The room is quite big and nice with a nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast is good with a big choice of local and European food. The people in the restaurant are friendly and helpful. The hotel is not too far from the subway which is very interesting to visit the different places in Beijing.
