This time, my girlfriend and I chose to celebrate a special day of love at the Mandarin Oriental Qianmen in Beijing. I had heard that Qianmen MO ranked 14th in the 2026 World Top 50 Hotels, so we decided to experience it ourselves. To summarize: Hotel Service - full marks; Cultural Experience - full marks; Hotel Decor - full marks. I communicated our check-in time with the butler in advance. Upon arrival, the Director of Housekeeping, our butler, the doorman, and about 5 other staff members greeted us warmly with a bouquet of roses. From that moment on, whether it was the decor evoking old Beijing hutongs or the warm welcome service, I immediately fell deeply in love with it. Once we entered the room, the special occasion decorations and welcome amenities were all perfectly arranged. I'd like to specially commend our butler, Miss Melody. She truly treated us with sincerity and meticulously met our needs. From booking Ten Triggers Bar to arranging transportation, breakfast requests, and late check-out, everything was communicated through a dedicated WeChat group and arranged perfectly in advance. Many thanks! Regarding the stay experience, this was my first time staying in a hotel with a private courtyard. We stayed at Dongcheng Caocang 3 Tiao, and the entire small courtyard was ours. I even felt like I had a home in Beijing, a siheyuan of my own. (On a side note, the butler told us we were very lucky to be staying in the same room where Dylan Wang once stayed). It was a perfect, happy, and unforgettable stay. I hope to return here again for another stay on a snowy winter day.

I specifically booked this room for my parents, and the overall experience was incredibly reassuring. The hotel was clean and tidy, the room had great lighting and ventilation, and the bed was just the right firmness, ensuring my parents slept soundly. The front desk staff were patient and attentive, check-in was quick, and any requests were handled promptly. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation, is quiet and not noisy, and the facilities are safe and worry-free, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay for my parents. The value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for future family trips. Highly recommended for families!

My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Beijing was incredibly efficient and comfortable. The hotel's location is a major plus, being close to Beijing West Railway Station, making travel around the city very convenient. There's also a subway station within walking distance, which was handy for transferring to meetings in the city center. The room design is modern and minimalist. The workspace had plenty of power outlets and stable internet, so handling emails and online meetings was stress-free. The bedding was just the right softness, and the blackout curtains were excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep every night, which meant I was refreshed for client meetings during the day. The room cleaning was meticulous, and the bathroom had constant hot water and strong water pressure, making showers very invigorating. Breakfast started at 7 AM and offered a rich mix of Western and Chinese options. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made noodle station. The staff even proactively offered to warm my milk, a thoughtful detail. At check-out, Unice at the front desk processed everything quickly and proactively asked if I needed a taxi or coffee to go, which was a huge bonus for a business trip. The laundry room and fitness corner were also well-equipped, making it a hassle-free choice for short business trips. Among hotels in the same area, this one stands out for its service responsiveness and well-maintained facilities. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on future business trips to Beijing.

I will like to say that our 8nights stay at le joy hotel has been nothing short of excellent! Xuan Xuan from guest relations has been awesome from day 1 and she has been handling all our requests promptly and answered everything to our satisfaction. Special mention to the housekeeping lady 张恒娟, her service has been superb and goes beyond her call of duty to help with the folding of clothes prompty from the dryer to prevent creases. This was done with her own initiative. You have a very good staff here Le Joy! The counter staff 小梨 was also very friendly and helped us greatly when approached. Air conditioning was strong and cooling. Rooms were make up daily and comfortable for my family after a day’s tour in beijing. LocAtion wise was fantastic as it was near line 1 & 4 of metro, around 300m from hotel. There are many many restaurants nearby at malls that you have to try, from peking duck (shiji minfu) to mushroom hotpot… it was awesome! There is also a supermarket 盒马 nearby where you can get like fruits, snacks & drinks etc although nearby the mall have 7-eleven. If you are taking didi (taxi), do pin from the west side of the mall so that it is easier to get on and off. The only downside is that the elevators are going on renovation so only 2/4 are working. It might be a little slow during peak hours but in general was ok. Bathrooms were a little open concept if you are looking at a little more privacy esp with kids. In short, we had an enjoyable time in Beijing and would definately recommend Le Joy to our friends and family. 5/5 for everything in service and hospitality 👍🏻

The location is superb, allowing for easy strolls along Wangfujing Street anytime. The modern hotel, adorned with a classically charming entrance, truly stands out. I especially loved the spacious walk-in closet in the room, perfect for families to store their luggage! The bathroom fixtures were also exactly to my taste. The hotel staff were all incredibly enthusiastic, making us feel very much at home despite traveling from afar. When we needed an iron for the room that evening, the housekeeping staff promptly delivered it, set it up, and ensured it was ready for our use – exceptionally efficient. Furthermore, the breakfast offered unique Beijing specialties, and I was particularly delighted by the presentation of the breakfast tea, served in an English silver tea set, adding a wonderful sense of ritual. If I hadn't been in a rush, I would have savored every moment! I will definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel's location is excellent, with very convenient access to public transport and the subway. Most importantly, right outside the hotel is Tianqiao Roast Duck (the branch near the General Administration of Sport, where even athletes and celebrities queue to eat). A 500-meter walk takes you to Ya'er Li Ji for breakfast with their tofu pudding and beef buns, then braised pork noodles for lunch, and mutton spine hotpot for dinner... there are countless delicious food options, though I only have one stomach! The room service was great; the cleaning staff were very thorough and meticulously cleaned, also thoughtfully replenishing our bottled water daily. Overall, it was a very comfortable and satisfying stay with a fantastic experience. Plus, you might even bump into some athletes! 😯

Having stayed at Rosewood Beijing, I now understand what 'understated luxury' truly means. Located in the heart of the CBD, yet hidden behind lush greenery, it's a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The charm of Rosewood Beijing is subtle and just right. When checking out, I thought to myself, this truly embodies 'a home away from home' – you don't feel the constant need to be a 'guest' here. Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too.

My stay at Qiqiao House Hotel exceeded expectations, so a five-star review is a must. I booked a standard room through Ctrip, and during check-in, the front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful and offered a complimentary room upgrade, which was a delightful surprise. The upgraded room was significantly more spacious, well-lit, and felt much more open and comfortable. The room's cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was fresh, soft, and odorless, and the bathroom was spotless with a proper wet/dry separation. The hot water was consistent, and all toiletries were well-stocked. The soundproofing was also quite good; with the windows closed, outside noise was barely audible, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's location is a major plus. It's very close to the subway station, making commuting incredibly convenient. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making dining and shopping hassle-free. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and responded quickly and efficiently to any issues. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and the free room upgrade significantly enhanced my experience. It's a great choice for both business trips and short getaways. I was extremely satisfied and will definitely prioritize this hotel on my next visit to the area. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I found this place online by chance. The environment is okay, and overall it's pretty good. Considering the price is very reasonable, it's good value for money. I recommend it to everyone!
