This hotel provided a worry-free stay. It's conveniently located, just a short walk to the subway station, and taxis are easy to hail. It's also close to Peking Union Medical College Hospital and the Children's Hospital, allowing me to easily grab a good meal at a nearby mall after my appointments. I stayed in a king room, which felt spacious. What I appreciated most was the large window; it provided ample natural light during the day, and drawing the sheer curtains at night gave a great sense of security. The cleanliness was meticulous; even the nightstands and telephone were spotless, without that usual dusty feel. The mattress had just the right amount of support, not the saggy kind, and they provided both firm and soft pillows, which was great for someone with neck issues. The soundproofing was surprisingly good; with the window closed, I could barely hear the traffic outside. Unice at the front desk was very pleasant. Not overly enthusiastic, but quick to respond to any requests. I called for nail clippers, and they were delivered within five minutes. The restaurant, though small, had everything one would expect for breakfast. I especially enjoyed the freshly made noodles; the broth was clear, and the noodles were perfectly al dente. During check-out, the front desk proactively offered a late check-out until 2 PM – this small gesture really left a positive impression. From the facilities and cleanliness to the service details, everything at this hotel was well-executed, and it offers good value for money. My entire stay was comfortable and peaceful, with no unpleasant surprises. If I return to this city in the future, I would definitely prioritize staying here again. I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at LeJoy Hotel Beijing! We had a truly marvelous stay at LeJoy Hotel Beijing and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The location is unbeatable — it’s literally a stone’s throw away from Xidan Joy City, with Level 1 of the hotel conveniently connected to the mall by just a door. This made shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly easy, especially when travelling with family. The check-in process was smooth and seamless, but what really stood out was the personalized service from 萱萱 (Candice). She contacted us via WeChat and made everything so convenient. Any hotel information or requests could simply be communicated to her through WeChat, and she was always extremely prompt, helpful, and attentive in responding. One service that really amazed us was the Taobao parcel handling. With all the online shopping we did, we ended up having quite a number of parcels delivered to the hotel. The hotel has a dedicated storage area and a staff member who carefully keeps track of the parcels. Once we provided our name and mobile number, he was able to consolidate our parcels and have them delivered directly to our room. This was incredibly convenient and something we really appreciated during our stay. What impressed us even more was what happened after we checked out. I accidentally left a pair of pants inside the cabinet in our room. 萱萱 immediately contacted me, and without hesitation, she helped arrange a courier service to have my pants sent back to me. That level of attentiveness and professionalism really went above and beyond what we expected. Overall, LeJoy Hotel Beijing gave us a wonderful combination of an excellent location, convenience, thoughtful service, and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to come across a hotel where the little details are handled with such care. A very special thank you to 萱萱 (Candice) and the hotel staff, butler uncle always at the drop off to help us carry our bulky stroller for taking such good care of us throughout our stay. The service on the day of check-in was extremely poor. Upon entering the room, I found the air conditioning completely unadjustable. I immediately called the front desk (a male attendant). He came into the room, pressed the AC settings once or twice, and then told me that the air conditioning system is centrally controlled with the building during the day and could only be manually adjusted after 7 PM. So I went out. When I returned to the hotel around 8 PM, I didn't adjust the AC because I had the window open for ventilation. Later, when I was about to sleep, I closed the window and found the AC still unadjustable. I immediately called another male attendant at the front desk (presumably the night shift). He also said it couldn't be adjusted. I told him there was no airflow, and having to close the window at night would make the room stuffy. He then suggested I just open the bathroom exhaust fan. I told him to show me if other rooms also couldn't adjust the temperature/fan speed... After repeatedly insisting, he finally took me to another room, and in that room, the AC temperature and fan speed could be freely adjusted. He had previously said something about 'waiting until tomorrow morning for a professional to look at it'... What was that? One lie after another. Simply put, they just didn't want to deal with it. I then asked to switch to the empty room where the AC was adjustable. He said he needed to call for approval. Less than two minutes later, he returned to my room with his phone, watching a video (showing how to unlock the AC control panel). After unlocking it, the AC became fully adjustable. And then the next day, the AC was also self-adjustable... In summary, both the day and night shift male front desk attendants were deceptive and lied to guests!!! On a positive note, the female front desk attendant was genuinely attentive and provided excellent service... The hotel's facilities and environment are good, but it's let down by some of the front desk staff.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near the Temple of Heaven East subway exit, making it very convenient to get anywhere. Although the room is small, the overall value for money is good. There's also a laundry room, which is very practical. Highly recommended!

This is a stylish cultural hotel that offers a quiet escape from the bustling city streets. The room was spotless, and the smart controls for lighting and curtains were easy to use. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were attentive without being intrusive. The all-in-one washer and dryer was incredibly practical, perfect for both tourists and short-term stays. I truly recommend it.

Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too.

The room was meticulously cleaned, with soft and dry bedding, and a mattress that was just the right firmness, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, hot water came out quickly, and all necessary toiletries were provided. The WiFi connection was also stable and fast. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and very efficient with check-in and check-out. They also offer free luggage storage and patiently answer any questions you might have. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making dining and shopping very easy – the area is well-developed. The hotel offers great value for money, is clean, quiet, and suitable for both business travelers and tourists. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Beijing and genuinely recommend it to everyone.

I had an excellent stay at 德娜岩酒店（通州宋庄艺术区工厂区店）. The room was extremely spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Clean towels, fresh beddings, a toothbrush, and Colgate toothpaste were all provided — a thoughtful touch that made the stay even better. There are convenient shops and a restaurant just downstairs, which made everything super accessible. The surrounding environment is friendly and welcoming. While the subway is a bit of a distance, the price is very affordable considering the quality of service and comfort offered. If you speak a little Chinese, you’ll get by just fine. Even if you don’t, a translator app helps — though honestly, even without one, I managed pretty well. Only about 30 minutes from Beijing Capital Airport, this hotel is a great find.
