這次旅行非常感謝酒店，服務非常好，我們夜裡到之前，空調就打開了。所有枕頭，杯子都安裝了一次性的被套，太有心了。酒店配備一次性洗漱用品，一次性浴巾，真的很貼心。管家服務熱心，體貼。✌🏼離各個景點都很近，打車非常方便。晚上也很安靜。下次來還住這裏。

房間位置很不錯，去天安門還有故宮什麼的都還挺方便的，旁邊吃飯也很方便，早飯烤鴨都有，還有紫光園和稻香村。房間也很乾凈衞生，都是一次性的。

北京情懷民宿離地鐵口步行大約10分鐘，周邊都是寫字樓，周圍有早餐店，但是沒有特別大的超市。
民宿面積夠大，5個房間完全夠一家人使用。晾衣架冰箱洗衣機應有盡有，沙發和茶几質量也不錯。每個房間都有牀頭櫃。牆體有些油漆脱落，該修補了。
工作人員服務態度好，問題響應及時，每天有阿姨收垃圾和打掃衞生。

我本人出差挺多，酒店住過高端的住過連鎖的，這次出差住這個情懷民宿簡直是太好了，乾淨、方便、舒服、温馨，家一樣的感覺，房間安排合理，一家人出遊的首選，孩子就和在家裡一樣沒有約束感，這裏的負責人服務好，靠譜👍👍👍房間內別提多全了，洗衣機、微波爐、晾衣架（衣撐）、洗衣液、冰吧等等……樓下就是便利店，對過是慶豐包子鋪，低價格、高享受！

服務就美女一個人，沒有同事， 凡事都微信聊，讓客人按指示做 不會親自來看，雖然網絡在線工作到很晚 飛行也不忘在線， 可惜房間並不適合未有供暖時入住，因房間和客廳很冷 衹有一個小取暖器， 有再送來一個， 可總跳閘 客廳包括冰箱和灶台都沒有電無法使用，不敢再開小取暖器， 期間也沒有師傅來維修也沒有解決辦法！
不過得誇一誇兩個衞生間， 有風暖很足還是智能馬桶，也不會間斷熱水， 洗漱非常好！
大樓附近有24小時超市， 慶豐包子鋪， 水果店和稻香村， 很方便但這套房間內部配置不行， 配不上每晚一千多的價格。
對了， 不提供一次性拖鞋，但是給浴帽、水、一次性浴巾等很大方，有阿姨會主動每日打掃👍
