I had stayed in this hotel several times in past ten years. The service is getting worse. The front desk staff became unprofessional. They told me that I could stay in the same room if I book extra days on the same travel site for the same room type. I did. Later on they told me that I have to change room to accommodate the hotel, in a very arrogant way.

The room was so comfortable and quiet and large and wonderful temperature despite cold outside. Everything was perfect in the room. One staff could speak english. This was a problem for my husband. He speaks no chinese but I do.

The environment has local characteristics. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The staff in 2007 is very professional and enthusiastic. They helped me introduce the routes of Beijing's delicious food and scenic spots. 2007 is really great.👍
