Zhaolin Grand Hotel

Overall, it was excellent! The experience was fantastic and definitely worth a visit. The butlers were very attentive, the food was superb, and there were plenty of activities suitable for children.

The hotel's environment and service were okay, but the room facilities were quite old, and the hygiene was unbelievably bad!!! There were hairs that hadn't been cleaned up, and the most outrageous thing was inside the hairdryer box: lots of hair strands and dust, plus a large patch of unknown powdery substance resembling mold. Touching it was absolutely disgusting 🤢

Every time I visit Chaolin Songyuan Hotel, I have a new experience. The butler service is as considerate and thoughtful as ever. This stay coincided with Children's Day (June 1st), and they even prepared a surprise gift 🎁 for the little one. When checking out, the butler helped carry our luggage to the parking lot. The breakfast is getting richer and richer, among other things. Looking forward to my next visit! ❤️❤️

An extremely satisfying stay! The hotel is impeccable in both its facilities and services. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's attentive hospitality. The head butler, in particular, provided warm and considerate care throughout my stay, which deeply moved me. I will definitely choose this hotel again given the opportunity.

The emotional value was off the charts! The butler service was excellent. The kids' club and children's pool were very clean, and my child had a blast. Breakfast was also fantastic.

This hotel truly sets the bar for service excellence. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly professional. The butler confirmed our needs a day in advance, and we received various gifts upon arrival and departure. The room was clean, comfortable, and had fresh air. The heated pool was very pleasant, and the kids' play area was a fantastic way for them to burn off energy. A truly wonderful experience! 👍

The hotel's decor is absolutely magnificent, truly a super five-star standard. All the staff are incredibly welcoming and warm. The housekeeping auntie was also exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive. They even provided a baby playpen, which was incredibly thoughtful! And the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied! My whole family unanimously gave it high praise!! This was our baby's first time playing in the water here, and they had an absolute blast!!! After dinner, we headed to Zhiku City in the evening!! It was perfect for burning off the kids' boundless energy!!! The experience was truly excellent. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance!

This is our second time staying here with the kids, and I can't praise the service enough! We had an exam at 2:30, and I asked the concierge if there was a quiet room we could use. The hotel manager personally searched several meeting rooms to help my child take the exam, which was absolutely amazing! All the other activities were also really fun! My child said they want to come back every year!

This is our second time here, and with two adults and two kids, we've been showered with gifts big and small from check-in to check-out! Our butler was incredibly attentive, immediately taking care of any requests we had, making the whole trip stress-free. The water park is clean and has a consistent warm temperature, so the kids didn't want to leave. There were also plenty of activities at the Smart Cool City. We happened to catch the Qingming Festival Spring Garden Fair and the kids got to play Touhu (pitch-pot) and Cuju (ancient football), and we even made kites and Qingtuan (green rice balls) together – it was both fun and meaningful. I also tried the sound healing, which was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The food was excellent too. The fish hotpot used fresh ingredients, and the fish was tender and delicious. Both lunch and dinner were very satisfying. The hotel also has a bar with a nice atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing drink in the evening.
