All was good but one of the cups was dirty like someone drank coffe with it and they didnt clean it second 22$ for parking?!

I've visited Gefinor Rotana in Beirut every time I land in Beirut. It always kept its class. The rooms are always top notch and best view. The reception is also as always excellent, highly trained in hospitality, super helpful and like most Lebanese multilingual. The food and shisha are excellent. Everything at this hotel feels more than a 5 stars hotel. Even the taxi from the hotel to the airport was punctual on the dot (I think the taxi company is called Saad), the reception booked for me a day earlier. It's my go to hotel in Lebanon for the past few years and well always retun back to it.

I believe the staff and the hotel need to review and implement to more than side inside the hotel

入住的時候專門讓他幫忙儲存葯物，葯物要2-8度儲存，你存不了你就説我想其他辦法，酒店將葯物凍上了，拿出來的時候冰已經梆硬了，低於0度，無法確認葯物是否失效。結賬的時候前台完全不承認問題，1000多一晚的酒店啊哥，坐等攜程如何解釋。

Gefinor Rotana location is the best though traffic is congested However the staff never fails you and always makes you feel at home. I visit Beirut more than 6 times a year and will NEVER change my stay in Gefinor Rotana It’s home for me

The experience was phenomenal and a great value. The location of the hotel is convenient to downtown Hamra, and the AUB. The hotel is very clean with lots of amenities. The breakfast buffet was incredible

Ideally situated within easy walking distance of Hamra Street, this hotel really did live up to its five-star categorisation in all respects. Any issue we had was always promptly resolved. But it was the service above all that impressed us and nothing was ever too much trouble for the smiling staff. Special thanks to Rasha, Youmna, Sally, Anita, Mohammad, Ali and Ashraf in Concierge/Reception for making our stay so pleasurable. Recommendations by staff were spot on with the exception of Babel restaurant which was highly disappointing.

One of the most convenient hotels in Beirut in terms of location, facilities and staff. Thanks to Mr. Francis Mubarak and his generous hospitality my Mum and I enjoyed the trip a lot. Business facilities are truly impressive as well. Would only wish to see more variety on the breakfast buffet. This was my first trip to Beirut in over 14 months, and I wanted to spend one night in this great city, so I booked my room in advance at the Gefinor Rotana. Now, after this last short stay I must admit the Gefinor Rotana is now: “My Home Away from Home Hotel in Beirut”. The Gefinor Rotana is, in my humble opinion, the best five star hotel in Beirut! There are many, many reasons why the Gefinor Rotana is so, so good. First when I drove up to the main entrance I was greeting warmly by Mr. Hassan, the Gefinor Rotana Doorman for the past umpteen years! I could not imagine how he remembered my name after such a long time. The front Desk receptionists also recognized me and asked how was my drive from Damascus to Beirut? The check in process is very fast and professional. I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite with a beautiful view of the sea and the city. I did enjoy sitting on my balcony for many hour’s! In my suite waiting for me was a fantastic Fruit Plate with seven different fresh fruits, three scrumptious deserts and one bottle of my favorite Lebanese Red Wine – a 2019 Clos St. Thomas Les Gourmets Rouge! During the morning, I wanted to make use of the hotel’s roof top Swimming Pool again, so I simply called the Front Desk and asked for a later check out time, and they at once accepted this important time extension. All the rooms at the Gefinor Rotana have been recently refreshed with new decorations and added additional work space in the living room. The rooms are fresh and very, very clean. Finally, and maybe the most important factor during each of my stays at the Gefinor Rotana I get a fantastic nights sleep as the beds are extremely comfortable. Then you must add the other important items such as the hotels main restaurant, the Olive Garden, it serves a fantastic Breakfast Buffet and has a great á la carte menu for dinner. The Gefinor Rotana has a very nice roof top Swimming Pool, which I used many times even on this short stay plus a very comprehensive Gym that has all the necessary equipment to ensure a safe and thorough work out. I suggest, if you have never stayed in the Gefinor Rotana Hotel, that you try it as you too would believe, like me that this hotel is: “Your Home Away from Home Hotel in Beirut”.

Very warmly received The rooms are good and spacious The bathroom is also of good size and has all the necessary needs including dental kit and mouthwash The towel quality is moderate The housekeeping is superb The restaurant has excellent breakfast, and other dinner options; I recommend the steak sandwich; it’s superb! The staff really make you feel like you are at home
