Room was very clean, quiet and reasonably priced. The check-in process was very easy. The location is great with tremendous access to public transportation (BART/buses)! I would stay here again in the future when visiting the UC & Berkeley area.

I stayed here while attending a concert as it was one of the closest to the venue. Staff was helpful and I was able to walk around and explore the city. Near the bus line. A couple good food options near as well. I would stay here again if I ever find myself back in the city.

This hotel was very clean, staff are accommodating and is very close to public transit. The Bart is one block away and there is a bus stop right outside that takes you to the downtown core in minites.

If you're looking for an inexpensive motel in Berkeley, this is it! The manager was great. The room had everything I needed. It is close to University of California Berkeley and the Graduate Theological Union, which was where I needed to go. The only drawback, and this isn't the fault of the motel, is that the area doesn't seem very safe. I heard sirens each of the two evenings I was there.

They were nice little rooms and very quiet and clean.c No problems here Would go back again if I wanted to It's nice to see that it's been kept up and they care about there property They have a washer and dryer brand new and it's a great price like $150 to wash and 75 cents to dry Love it there

I've stayed at a lot of budget hotels in my day, so I'm used to being ignored, but I was pleasantly surprised at the service here. The manager saw we had small children and went out of his way to move us to a bigger room at no charge. He even offered to help with our luggage, which was a first! Cleaning staff were similarly kind and friendly. It is still a budget hotel, so don't expect the Ritz, but the rooms are clean and have been updated/painted recently, the AC and wifi work great, and it's a safe and convenient location. Plus you can't beat the price. I've never written a hotel review before, but I genuinely want this place to succeed. Good luck guys, and thanks for the great stay!

The property was clean and well-maintained. Some of the clientele was rather sketchy, there was no security, staff was inside an office for which customers have no access. (You spoke through a window). There was no free breakfast as advertised. Staff blames covid. Please!!

The rooms were small and very clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. It is obvious that the property is well cared for. There is parking on site, and walkable to the Berkeley campus, a Trader Joe's, cute little shops, and dining.
