Hilton Haikou Reviews

The Hilton hotel is a very busy hotel, but they have relatively good service. Check in was efficient and I could go to my room even though I checked in before 1pm. So thank you for that, when I went to my room there was a bad sewer smell in the hall, but housekeeping got an air purifier installed in The hallway and that smell was gone for the rest of the stay. The room was clean, bed soft and view lovely. The hotel is a little off from the main attractions of Qilou old street/ century bridge but a short didi ride brought me to those locations in no time. Breakfast was delicious but had a small variety. The breakfast time is very busy make sure to check the little note at the front desk, I didn’t see it and went at the busiest time of breakfast rush. I had a nice stay here only thing to complain about is, the hand wash/ lotion is placed so far away from the sink, I had to squeeze myself between the tub to go and get some after a shower. The checkout process was excessively protracted. The hotel had only one staff member at the front desk at 7:00 AM, which is unacceptable for such a large establishment. While the rest of the hotel was satisfactory, the inconvenience caused by the last day is evident. Our flight is scheduled for 10:00 AM, necessitating our departure from the hotel at 7:00 AM. Despite our request to have breakfast prepared the day prior, it was unfortunately forgotten. The other amenities were satisfactory, but the last day’s experience has tarnished the overall impression.

generally , overall is pretty alright . however maybe the hotel should check the sockets in the room because it seems faulty . aircon in hotel lobby and public is weak . considering the temperature in haikou is extremely hot .

Good location. This hotel is just 20 minutes from both the city center and Haikou Meilan International Airport

Staffs were all very well trained and took good care of us and our needs

We stayed three nights at Hilton Haikou and got the residence apartment. The view was gorgeous at lvl 29, the bed was comfy and room was spacious. It was very easy to take a didi car to qi Lou old street and haikou century bridge. There could be a bit of a jam during peak hour so do be mindful. At the back of the hotel, it's linked to a mall with a supermarket and coconut steamboat so it's pretty convenient. Buffet breakfast was yum, the waffles were the best compared to other hotels at Sanya and ocean flower island, the hainan rice noodle was delicious and the freshly fried youtiao. We wish there could be more variety but overall we enjoyed our stay

Hotel excellent, room , view but services not good at restaurant. Few employees to attend and messing . Didn’t get a nice experience, sorry. It’s a pity .

Rude and unfriendly service staff. Always jammed at the entrance due to coaches/buses.  Skip this hotel

The room is comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, and there are plenty of seats with a great view on the 33rd floor. Billie provided outstanding service, promptly addressing all our needs.
