The room cleanliness is good, but the front desk staff are somewhat cold and lack friendliness. However, if needed, they are willing to help.  The most inconvenient thing is that the hotel does not provide bottled water. You have to use the hotel's provided kettle to get filtered water outside the room, which is extremely inconvenient and feels unhygienic. This should not be the service provided by a five-star hotel. All was good and clean!

Everything was great except when it was cold at 7 degrees. I tried to take a hot bath in the tub and the hot water turned cold after few minutes and there was no more hot water after that. The next morning the heated pool was also not warm enough. I was told by the pool guard the that the heating system for the rooms was out of order the night before but only the rooms were affected. Rooms are spacious. Would be great if hotel can provide shuttle service to town, night markets, places of interest or major hot spots on demand.

Very nice stay

The overall hardware and software are good, and it is highly recommended for families and couples to stay together. The SPA aromatherapists are also very good and professional. The price is reasonable too. The hotel staff are also very friendly.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. I will stay at your house when I go to Taichung next time.

The room environment is great, the staff attitude is also OK, there is a McDonald's downstairs which is quite convenient, and it is also convenient to go to the mall by MRT or taxi. The overall experience is very good

The location is good and the service is great. We stayed in a connecting room with a door facing each other, which is very suitable for a family of four. It is really great to have unlimited supply of sparkling water. It is considerate to provide stress-relieving bath salts. The breakfast is also great.
