I was very positively surprised. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. The room is very nicely decorated and it was clean. There is even a kettle (also clean, not calcified) with tea and instant coffee. Great for allergy sufferers: no carpet in the room. My highlight: the breakfast buffet. There was a lot going on during my stay, but the service kept up and kept refilling everything. There really is something for everyone, very diverse, fresh and delicious. I would recommend the hotel to everyone and book it again and again.

Very good communication between employees and guests. Small attention was here on the agenda that some have learned in the hotel industry. Great indoor pool. There was nothing missing at breakfast. We would book this stay at any time like this.

Good location, small rooms but basic facilities and clean. It is convenient to travel, there are many attractions around, and the airport is about 26 Euros. The room booked did not include breakfast, but there was a buffet on the first floor, 12 euros for one person. To experience the local breakfast in Berlin, we chose to go out and have breakfast in the bakery. The hotel helps to make a reservation for a taxi and needs to pay for the service. The actual taxi at the entrance of the hotel is not difficult to call. When leaving the hotel, it is a black taxi. It feels like being bypassed.

My lovely wife Ping and I enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express while visiting Berlin. The room was clean and comfortable. Our check in and check out was seamless, especially with the friendly and accommodating reception staff. I special shout out to Kristian whose friendliness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. Also, to Mane for her kindness and friendliness. Please pass on my thanks to both of them. Lastly, the breakfast was abundant and satisfying.

The hotel is good, the room size is good, the sanitation is completely no problem, the facilities in the room are also very new. There is a Lido supermarket behind the hotel, which is very convenient. The only uncomfortable thing, my power adapter plug was forgotten at the hotel, hehe.

We loved breakfast buffet because it was varied and very rich. The room was spacious and the bathrooms are fully equipped with everything necessary from the conditioner and bath cream to hair dryer. In short, a great hotel from which to enjoy Berlin City. Very recommended

The staff at the front desk, particularly the ladies, were delightful and provided excellent service. However, I did encounter some challenges during the check-in process due to the initial inefficiency of one staff member (one of the men) Once settled in, I was immediately captivated by the enormity and impeccable decor of the bedroom. It was a truly luxurious space. The bathroom was equally impressive, boasting a generous size that enhanced the overall comfort of the stay. Given these remarkable features, I can confidently say that I would choose to stay at this place again in the future. Regrettably, there was a noticeable issue with the sheets. They emitted a particular smell that slightly detracted from an otherwise outstanding experience. It would be beneficial for the management to address this concern promptly, ensuring that guests can fully indulge in the exceptional qualities of the accommodation.

The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast room was bright and nice. There are many picture frames in the hall and corridor, so it's fun to appreciate the work. The subway station and bus station are close, so the transportation is convenient and the mart is close.

There is a parking lot nearby, but I do n’t have a car rental so it is not very clear, but there are good Chinese restaurants nearby. The satisfaction with this room is beyond my expectation, it is very spacious, and there are sofas and armchairs to make light meals by yourself. The heating and hot water supply is sufficient. Berlin is very cold these days. When I go out to take a hot bath, my body is warming up, especially comfortable. The hotel staff was very nice. It is also close to many attractions, and the transportation is very convenient. It is only 20 minutes to the central station. It is highly recommended for friends who want to visit Berlin.
