For a friend's hotel, he lives in this hotel in Berlin! Feedback location and eating are more convenient. I will live here directly next time I travel, and experience it myself.

Very nice hotel, good price and convenient location. 5 minutes by subway, you can choose to park your car for 10 days a day. You can also choose On the side of the road, there is no charge after 18:00 on Saturdays after workdays until 9:00 the next morning. Clean and within walking distance to the metro station Möckernbrücke, the hostel has a great location. We booked the double room with ensuite bathroom. Each floor can only be accessed with the room key card. There is a nice chilling/working place in the ground floor. Service is alright.

I had a really nice stay! The hotel looks a bit dated but is still comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast while simple, had a lot of choices. The window was open in my room when I checked in, so while the air in the room was fresh, it was cold since it was an evening in February. I had to turn on the radiator in the bathroom to try to warm up the room. The location is convenient, next to the u-bahn, multiple grocery stores and the huxley neue welt. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this area if you’re a tourist as it has a bad reputation and isn’t near any touristic attractions but if like me you have plans there then definitely book a room at this hotel. I know I’ll be back if I need to go to a concert there again.

We really liked the hotel itself. It's clean and modern, and our room was well-maintained and had everything one could wish for, except for air conditioning. The room size was absolutely fine, and the hotel's location is also really good. Unfortunately, the positive impression was significantly marred by a receptionist. The lady was exceptionally unfriendly and unhelpful, both during check-in and throughout our entire stay – not only towards us but also towards several other hotel guests. For example, we inquired about a late check-out, and we were told by this particular staff member that it was generally not possible. When we asked another staff member later that night, a late check-out was easily arranged. Such contradictory information is, of course, very annoying for guests. We also found it particularly unpleasant that the staff member made fun of other hotel guests in our presence. Overall, she conveyed a very unfriendly and unprofessional impression throughout our stay, creating an unpleasant atmosphere for several guests. Since she worked mainly in the late afternoon all weekend, we unfortunately encountered her regularly. Overall, the hotel is definitely recommendable due to its cleanliness, modern facilities, and good location. However, the service at the front desk significantly negatively impacted our stay. In our opinion, there is an urgent need for improvement here.

Very good location, with convenient transport accessibility to any part of the city. All the joys of Kreuzberg are nearby. The room is very clean, cleaning on request, check-in and check-out is possible independently. We were kindly allowed to leave our bags on the last day of our stay in Berlin. We liked everything!

My accommodation fee included breakfast. On the third day of my stay, I reported my room number at breakfast. A waiter asked me to wait and checked whether breakfast was included on the computer. However, he did not check other people's room numbers and went straight to eat. What happened?

ホテルの従業員の方はみんなとても親切でホテル自体は5つの星では足りないくらい満足でした。 ただ場所が安全な所ではなく殴られて強盗に遭いそうになったので出かける時、特に夜は注意が必要です。 この地区ではアラブ系の人を多く見かけ、強盗しようとした人もアラブ系でした。

Очень достойный отель за свою цену. У меня был отдельный номер на 5 этаже, справа и слева не было других номеров, так что ночью было прекрасно тихо :) когда кто-то проходил по коридору- было слышно, стены не очень толстые. Горячая вода была всегда, напор отличный. Вай-фай ловил прекрасно. В номере было довольно прохладно, одна из батарей не работала, я выкрутила на максимум остальные батареи - стало теплее. Гель для душа и мыло хорошие. То, чего мне не хватало - чайник в номере. Но на ресепшен можно просить налить горячей воды. Через дорогу большой продуктовый магазин REWE. Также в 3-5 мин ходьбы 2 разные станции метро. Пешком можно дойти до основных достопримечательностей (20-40 мин). Однозначно рекомендую этот отель.

Simple and not necessarily beautiful, but for the cheap price with good location, cleanliness and good breakfast completely OK. Want to come back!
