Parking fine issued by mistake and we have to pay 80 pounds admin fee for 2 parking tickets send by our car rental company which can’t be revoked.

paid 7 pounds per night for the car parking but still need to press the `ring` button to get access/exit after register the car plate. parking fee is too expensive coz its middle of nowhere and cannot believe it charges for parking. room is a quite small but breakfast is good

The stay was calm and peaceful, besides the smell we were exposed to in the initial room the stay turned out okay in the end. The bar staff and receptionists were helpful especially the gentleman working as a breakfast waiter. Nice lounge with Olympics on

Services and foods are ok. But not found tooth brash and others. No locker. I think need to provide those things. The front desk is cordial and the place are clean.

Room was smaller than I had imagined. Also there was a door leading to another room. You can hear people talking in the next room. Decent shower but toilet not so much! 3 out of 5

just average really. hit and miss with breakfast service. the restaurant doesn't seem to want to put salt and pepper on tables. Food average, nothing to write home about. servicing and cleaning of rooms usually happened quite late in the day. but staff overall friendly and helpful.

I like the Specials that the Kitchen chef put son occasionally. Breakfast is decent good selection and can even ask for an Omlette too.

Comfortable stay in a relatively recently refurbished room. Room was quiet, heating worked well in winter, shower was powerful. Car park plenty of spaces. Location next to A2 is great if driving, plus 10-15min walk to Bexley train station for overground train to central London. Breakfast buffet was adequate, although coffee could be better. Would be ideal if trip could do a deal so IHG Rewards status recognition & points earning was available.

Extremely bad experience. Although the staff were very nice and cooperative but overall the rooms, amenities and location of the hotel were not even fair.

Despite not being disabled ourselves, we were given a disabled room which had obviously just been refurbished. The room was excellent, spacious and well appointed. We've never slept in such a large bed - it was wider than it was long!

The area around the hotel is very quiet and there are no commercial facilities. It is about a 15-minute walk from Bexley train station, from which you can take a train directly to London Bridge or Charing Cross Road. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the nearest shopping center. The room is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast variety is not large but the quality is good. The water temperature of the bath is low and the pressure is not very comfortable. The toilet flush is also small and needs to be flushed several times. When checking in, the front desk did not give a regular introduction, such as the location of the room, the surrounding environment, the breakfast time, etc., and even completed the check-in procedures almost without speaking. But the service at check-out was very different. Because I was in a hurry to go to the airport, I couldn't get a taxi on my mobile phone. The front desk helped me find a car to take me to the airport with great effort.
