We stayed on a 2 Beds Single room with a Nice scenic View of Hallstatt Village. The front disk Manger Elsie was so Accommodating, Helpful and Kind always checking on us on what we need. She was also a Good on speaking English. also giving us some complimentary gifts and others. Also the restaurant staff Joey was so accommodating and prepping us some late diner and also attending on us on the morning breakfast. If you want to have a relaxing place to stay, walk around Hallstatt village will really recommend this place. people here are so nice and Kind. Really enjoyed the stay....

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which gave the room a warm and inviting feel. The bed was soft and plush, and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. Overall, I was impressed with the room and felt right at home.The service is very good 香香[强][强]

Great hotel with lots to do. Unfortunately did not have enough time to enjoy the amenities. Also, Xiao Pan at the front desk was very helpful.

A great little resort and perfect for families. We had a car so we drove to the mountains and did some rafting and ate in some 农家乐！The pool was the highlight for my kids they spent most of their time there. Complimentary breakfast was simple yet fulfilling. House keeping was always more than happy to bring us more towels for the pool and bottled water. We book two rooms and stayed two night and no complaints from my family. You are a little away from shops though so having a car was an advantage. Lots of beautiful gardens perfect for morning walks. Will come back again.

Good for one night if you are visiting the Austrian village. There is not much to do in the area at night as all stores and restaurants close at 7pm, but the hotel has great views, and nice breakfast.

On the last night of the May Day holiday, I chose an Alice theme room, which created an atmosphere and gave the children a happy holiday. The hygiene was OK, the surrounding environment was good, the service was OK, and most importantly, the children were very happy

The room was generally good, the service was good, the environment was good, and I saw the fireworks show at night. But the buffet was a bit bad, and there were not many things to do in Hallstatt.

The room was OK, I have to say that some of the town's facilities are still under repair. The hotel has a paid laundry room for self-service, which is very good. The breakfast food is not bad!

Although the Wukuang Stadt Town has been temporarily closed and re-arranged, it does not affect the service quality of the hotel. The room is still clean and sanitary, and the lake view outside the balcony makes people feel happy. The breakfast is also rich and varied. Whether it is the front desk or the restaurant, the service is also first-class, especially the beautiful girls and handsome boys in the restaurant, who are polite and thoughtful. There are not many people for dinner, so it is changed to a set meal, but it is also rich and delicious. Zhang Xiansheng at the front desk has thoughtful and meticulous service, and also helped us to delay the check-out until 2 o'clock, which made our trip worthwhile. Thank you! 🙏

The hotel is built by the lake, and the lake view rooms have a great view. There were not many guests staying on Friday, so it seemed very quiet. I thought that breakfast might be sloppy with few people, but surprisingly, the breakfast was very rich and unexpectedly rich. The road by the lake is relatively primitive, but it is a pity that the town cannot go around the lake because of the upgrade and maintenance. It is said that it will be completed by May Day in 2025. By then, you can visit the fairy-tale lakeside cottage next to it, which should be a better experience. I especially recommend the hotel's 188 yuan double set meal, which is worth the money!

I traveled with my teammates on Women's Day. The overall environment of the hotel is very good, and the decoration is very design-oriented. I like it very much. The room is clean and comfortable. The service is great, the staff are very nice, and it is a very suitable place for family travel and vacation. I will come again!
