The Mews Boutique Deluxe Apartments, Sleep 2-6 People , Central Location, Free Parking

Fantastic apartment but we had a couple of problems, communication was extremely poor and we weren’t told about how the entry code would be sent or when it would be sent, after an hour chatting with the agent we booked with, we were put at ease and the code was sent to my phone the day we were due to arrive. It was evening and we wanted to have a shower after driving from Suffolk to the lakes, the shower was not working properly so no shower, the sink was so small the only place to wash was the cloak room which had the biggest sink, to be fair the shower was replaced the following afternoon, again things weren’t checked properly and because the water had been turned off to replace the shower, no one had bled the taps of air, the taps are waterfall style and with a blast of air I got covered in water. It’s a shame, more attention to make sure all the facilities are working properly wasn’t carried out, also better communication and this place would be fantastic.

Wow it was AMAZING stay!!! We arrived earlier (my mistake) and we were able to check in earlier as well - thanks to a very helpful host! Also the rooms were perfectly clean, so tidy and just high class! We will be staying there again!

Had a pleasant 3-night stay, would’ve given it 5 stars had it not been for the uncomfortable double bed. The mattresses are worn and too soft - it appears they are 2 singles put together to make a double. I did contact the number provided to complain and was offered a visit to come and see how it could be resolved. I declined because 1) had a busy day and didn’t have time to wait, not how I want to spend my holiday 2) other than a new mattress, I didn’t see the point. Other than this issue, I would stay again if I were guaranteed a comfortable bed as the location is prime and facilities were very clean.

Great location with parking, place was very luxurious and very clean. Very comfortable. Hot water for shower was hit and miss, could do with some teaspoons! :-)

Stunning ground floor apartment in a perfect location close to all amenities .parking space outside apartment.lovely modern large apartment comfortable bed and lounge area.cooking facilities and fridge coffee maker.a blackout blind would be useful in the bedroom to stop the light in the morning.will definitely be returning highly recommend it.we got late checkout for 2 hours for £25 which was worth it for extra time there. Check in easy you get a key code messaged to you and you use it everytime you enter the apartment so don’t need to carry key around .staff keep you well informed and anything you need they quickly respond .

Looks just like the photos. Well equipped. Spotlessly clean. Parking space a distinct advantage. Easy access via key code.
