The bed was terrible had a terrible night the mattress was so worn out it completely squashed together as I sat on the bed. When I reported it to reception the lady informed me that they were being replaced but for us not soon enough! Sadley as everything else was ok

Spa closed earlier than expected and no footwear provided like other spas visited. Small problem with the system and our breakfast booking but staff were very helpful and it was sorted immediately.

Good, food, accommodation and transportation are all available

We were part of a group of 61 adults who went to the hotel for the weekend. Everything was meticulously planned, the rooms were lovely and clean, the food was brilliant, the bar areas were excellent as were the function rooms. The staff worked very hard to ensure that everything worked seamlessly and could not have been more helpful. Plenty of beautiful countryside and interesting places to visit all around. Would heartily recommend this hotel to anyone organising a group visit of any kind.

We were fortunate to stay in the Spa suite of this luxury hotel. The room was massive and directly above the Spa and Swimming pool. A lovely hotel in a very good location with our room overlooking the Malvern hills. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
