TTheotoroAll hotel staff that I met were extremely friendly. Room was clean, windows opened to give fresh and cool air to the room which is necessary due to the lack of air conditioning. Fan is available to circulate the air. Bed is comfortable, and there’s a shoe horn in the room! Water pressure is average and TV is not smart, but who needs a TV when you’ve got such a great view from the balcony

MMiao miaomiaomiaoThe room is big, the bathroom is also big, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk service is great, and check-in and storage are very convenient. The breakfast is standard, and the dining environment is good. Snow-capped mountains, churches, cherry blossoms, green trees...
The hotel is in a great location. Going out to the left is the main street, where you can eat and shop; going out to the right for a few minutes is Interlaken East Station, which is very convenient to go to Jungfrau!
PS: The paragliding gathering point is just across the road from the hotel, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Interlaken West Station. The room is quite large and you can see the snow-capped mountains. The soundproofing of the room is average. The breakfast is quite rich. Other aspects are pretty satisfactory.

GGuest UserThe location is great, right by a park and with a Coop supermarket conveniently located next door. It's an excellent base if you're planning a trip up Jungfraujoch or want to go paragliding. My only minor gripe is that the power in our room tripped twice, and I'm not sure why 😅.

YYour BestMatesThe room is so comfortable, there are 2 times cleaning a day, normally in the morning once and in the evening will be offered the second time. They will offer chocolates too and it’s tasty. The concierge is very helpful also, they help us arrange skydive during our stay and the experience was so nice. Will stay here again someday.

The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable with 2 sinks !
The room service was great! It was always kept up to date and cleaned!
I would definitely recommend, it’s 10 mins walk away from the Interlaken OST, coop supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Interlaken central cut across to eatery places (like Chinese, Indian, western cuisine, and even macdonalds ) !
Hotel view was wonderful too!

GGuest UserVery close to Interlaken West station, just a 5-10 minute walk. Interlaken's main commercial street is right by the train station. There's a large Coop supermarket right next to the hotel; if it happens to be Sunday and it's closed, you can head to the one on the main street. There's also a Cantonese restaurant nearby with good food. I noticed a highly-rated cheese fondue restaurant on Google Maps nearby, but didn't get a chance to try it this time. Although the bathroom and toilet were shared, it felt like I had them all to myself. My single room was in the attic, which got very hot during the day. Turning off the lights and opening the skylight at night helped a bit.

LL.DuThe hotel is conveniently located near the station with plenty of shops around, and you see tourists from all over the world. The hotel itself is quite large, and our room had a double bed and a sofa bed, which was perfect for our family of three. There were also two TVs in the room, along with yukata and slippers. The breakfast selection was extensive and varied!

CCherryThis is an antique hotel with Swiss traditional decorations. Every direction is very clear and accurate. Swiss! It is sparkling clean. The services is comparable to the 5-star hotel.
The breakfast lets me taste the local style Swiss food, not just the traditional hotel style.
The fresh air here is the natural air-conditioner. Should not have any air-conditioner which destroys the tradition here.
If you are planning to have the Swiss style trip, this hotel offers you the taste!

GGuest UserThe hotel location is great. Staff are nice and let us check in a bit early. The most concern is the room has no aircon ( which we know this is very common in Europe but the room is really lack of ventilation)
