Anonymous UserThere's a decent amount of parking space in front (including charging stations). The staff, both inside and out, were very welcoming and enthusiastic. They promptly replied and arranged a shuttle to the airport the next day even when booked late at night (huge thanks! 🙏). The business van got us to the airport in 15 minutes, and the staff genuinely shared insights about traveling in Xinjiang. Currently, the navigation is inaccurate due to road construction in the alley, so expect some minor traffic jams.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Compared to corn served elsewhere, theirs was a bit stiff. Given there weren't many guests, I'd have preferred a freshly fried egg, made to order, to make it more refined (what they served was a slightly overcooked egg that had been sitting out; I don't like those stiff eggs that have been left for a while).
The hand-pulled rice restaurant just across the road was excellent. After I added them on WeChat, the customer service proactively sent guests a summary of nearby recommended eateries, which was very helpful. After finishing the hand-pulled rice, there's a newly opened local specialty store at the intersection that offers great value for money – much better than the specialty shops on Liuxing Street!
The room decor was very cozy and satisfying, and the lighting was good. The air conditioning was especially quiet (and the cooling effect was impressive). At night, the room windows faced the garden, though there was a bit of noise from a few guests playing cards and drinking.
The complimentary snacks in each room were quite generous and were also Xinjiang specialties sold at the front desk. Finally, thanks for the souvenir gift (very thoughtful, a fridge magnet and a lavender sachet).
A small suggestion: your excellence is evident, but minor flaws are inevitable. While maintaining enthusiastic and efficient service, please also keep a calm mindset (don't constantly remind guests to give a five-star rating). If everyone gives five stars because of this, then the reviews lose their comparative value, right? Lastly, I hope the hotel continues to thrive. Its quiet yet central location and cozy rooms are truly wonderful!

Y.yy_27The most perfect hotel for this trip. Because I like to feel the ethnic characteristics, I fell in love with this hotel at first sight. I was a little nervous when booking. From the moment I entered the door, I knew it would be worth the trip. I highly recommend it.
The whole building is like a work of art. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will see pure wool carpets and hand-carved wood. The public area alone is dazzling. The room layout is also very meticulous. The hand-carved big bed is very exquisite, the mattress is super comfortable, and all kinds of furniture and soft furnishings are very attentive. I like to pay attention to the details of the hotel, so the washing and care of Aqua de Parma hits my heart, even the razor is Gillette. The housekeeper is also very considerate, the service is considerate and thoughtful, and the breakfast is also very good. Although there are only four of us in the off-season, the breakfast preparation is also very rich, and the hand-cut beef is great. Every place in the hotel is suitable for taking pictures and checking in. It’s a pity that I didn’t bring my baby this time. I will definitely bring my baby to check in next time. The texture of oil painting is too good. I also gave a souvenir before leaving, and once again felt the hospitality of Xinjiang. In short, it is recommended!

MeishiqushaishaitaiyangheyueliangThe room is good, the bathroom has the smell of the sewer. It should be not handled well. A suite cannot be changed. The landlord’s aunt is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is also a special local breakfast. They make it good-looking and delicious. There are no restaurants around. You have to go far 😂 But the neighborhood in the village is beautiful. The experience of staying at Baiyunjian B&B in Yining City is simply amazing! The design of the homestay combines modern comfort with Xinjiang style. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and natural light fills the entire space, truly realizing the dream of ”sleeping in the scenery.” What surprised me most was that Baiyunjian B&B not only provides high-quality accommodation, but also incorporates rich local cultural experiences. There are free ethnic costumes to wear, and the boss has good photography skills. The area where the homestay is located has convenient transportation. It is very convenient whether you go to Nalati Grassland, Kalajun Scenic Area, or visit Liuxing Street and Kazanqi Folk Village in Yining City. Baiyunjian B&B is not only a place to stay, but also an unforgettable travel experience. If you plan to drive to Yili, it is highly recommended to stay here and experience the perfect fusion of nature and humanity!

I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training.
Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).

Guest UserThe hotel was the most delightful surprise of my Xinjiang trip. It was incredibly clean, and the courtyard was spacious and comfortable. The moment I opened the gate, the fragrant flowers filled the air, instantly relieving my fatigue. I loved spending my days drinking tea and enjoying the breeze in the courtyard. What started as a one-night stay felt like three! The kids especially loved it. They had squirrels, kittens, a proud little hen, and lots of flowers, watermelons, sunflowers, tomatoes, pumpkins, walnuts, and other plants! The washing machine and huge drying area were essential for long trips – perfect for disinfecting clothes! Breakfast included porridge, and the owner, hearing we liked fresh milk, even bought some and boiled it for us. Xinjiang's fresh milk is truly delicious! The hotel is located right inside the scenic area, opposite a family making naan bread (a type of flatbread), which was lovely. The owners were also very kind, always finding time to cut watermelons and enjoy good food with us. Their little boy, Cola, was also very generous. Thank you! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yining! Oh, and there were also these ethnic costumes for taking photos in the courtyard!

Guest UserThis guesthouse completely exceeded my expectations for this trip, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a high-quality travel experience.
The overall environment of the guesthouse is beautiful, retaining the local cultural and ethnic characteristics. The interior decor is cozy yet stylish, with soft lighting and quality furniture that avoids the generic commercial feel. It truly allows you to shed the fatigue of your journey instantly.
The guesthouse's location is excellent. It avoids the hustle and bustle of the city center while still offering easy access to core attractions. It's incredibly convenient to find authentic local snacks and explore unique shops. If you want to visit more distant scenic spots, getting a taxi right outside is easy, so you don't have to worry about transportation at all.
The facilities at the guesthouse far surpassed my expectations. Not only are they comprehensive, but the attention to detail is also incredibly thoughtful. The bedding in the room was soft and comfortable, and the Mousse mattress had just the right firmness – I slept through the night without any of the usual aches and pains from travel. The Dyson hairdryer was excellent, and the air conditioning cooled down the room very quickly.
Cleanliness definitely gets full marks. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the guesthouse's strict adherence to cleanliness. The floor in the entryway was spotless, and the bed sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases in the room were pristine, with no odd smells or stains, feeling soft and pleasant to the touch. The bathroom counters, mirrors, and tiles were sparkling clean, and the toilet was thoroughly flushed and odor-free, with no hair left in the shower drain. The meticulous cleanliness and attention to detail at this guesthouse completely dispelled any concerns I had about accommodation hygiene, making my stay both comfortable and reassuring.
My best experience was the service from the butler and the owner. Their professionalism and enthusiasm added many warm memories to this trip. On the day of check-in, the manager called me in advance to inform me about the parking spot and was waiting early at the parking lot to help us with our luggage and introduce the room facilities. This thoughtfulness made me feel exceptionally warm. For me, this was a flawless accommodation experience; the environment, location, facilities, hygiene, and service were all excellent. If I visit Liuxingjie again, I will definitely choose this place again.

Guest UserTraveling solo, I stayed for three nights and found the place to be quite clean. It's not far from Six-Star Street, which is a convenient walk. For Kazanqi, you'll need a taxi, and Sayram Lake is about 150km away by car. The front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. A big thanks to them for helping me send a package (I couldn't fit it all in my luggage for the flight). P.S. There's a minced meat noodles shop near the hotel that is absolutely delicious, haha~

Yining is our favorite city overall. There are fruit trees all around the road. Apple trees, cherry trees, apricot trees, and most importantly, they are all mulberry trees. You can experience the fun of eating mulberries while walking!
The owner of the B&B is really warm and welcoming. The room decoration and design are also very good. The breakfast made by the aunt in the morning is also delicious. The whole small garden is very beautiful!
Also remember to ask the proprietress for tips and recommendations on local restaurants! Don’t go to the so-called internet celebrity check-in spots
