This spot’s such a rare cozy safe haven on the road—solid 5 stars, no cap! （reviewed by a Vietnamese 🇻🇳) My stay here blew every expectation out the water, I just gotta leave a proper glowing review. I hit up the host way ahead to sort out my itinerary, and they were super patient and thorough the whole time. Check-in was quick and hassle-free once I showed up. They even hooked me up with local hidden gems for sightseeing and great eats, saved me tons of time stressing over travel plans. The room was cleaned spotless, every nook and cranny—floors, bathroom, everything’s immaculate. Bedding’s fresh, soft and lightly scented clean. The mattress hits just right on firmness; after a long day running around, I crash straight into a solid night’s sleep. The complex is dead quiet with top-tier soundproofing, zero annoying disruptions at all. All amenities you could ask for are here: steady hot water, fast Wi-Fi, every little daily essential covered. Super convenient location too—shops and restaurants right nearby, and parking’s a breeze if you’re driving. The host never bugged me nonstop, just thoughtful touches everywhere. It doesn’t feel like some generic commercial rental at all; more crashing at a buddy’s place, warm and genuine. Total bang for your buck! The room is good, the bathroom has the smell of the sewer. It should be not handled well. A suite cannot be changed. The landlord’s aunt is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is also a special local breakfast. They make it good-looking and delicious. There are no restaurants around. You have to go far 😂 But the neighborhood in the village is beautiful. The most perfect hotel for this trip. Because I like to feel the ethnic characteristics, I fell in love with this hotel at first sight. I was a little nervous when booking. From the moment I entered the door, I knew it would be worth the trip. I highly recommend it. The whole building is like a work of art. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will see pure wool carpets and hand-carved wood. The public area alone is dazzling. The room layout is also very meticulous. The hand-carved big bed is very exquisite, the mattress is super comfortable, and all kinds of furniture and soft furnishings are very attentive. I like to pay attention to the details of the hotel, so the washing and care of Aqua de Parma hits my heart, even the razor is Gillette. The housekeeper is also very considerate, the service is considerate and thoughtful, and the breakfast is also very good. Although there are only four of us in the off-season, the breakfast preparation is also very rich, and the hand-cut beef is great. Every place in the hotel is suitable for taking pictures and checking in. It’s a pity that I didn’t bring my baby this time. I will definitely bring my baby to check in next time. The texture of oil painting is too good. I also gave a souvenir before leaving, and once again felt the hospitality of Xinjiang. In short, it is recommended!

I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training. Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).

This stay far exceeded my expectations! From the warm welcome upon arrival to the thoughtful farewell at check-out, the service was incredibly attentive. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a rare good night's sleep. The location is superb, with lovely views from the window. The breakfast was varied and delicious, making for a perfect stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city, and I highly recommend it to all my friends!

We stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles. Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.

The room decor blends vintage charm with simple elegance. The hotel's restaurant feels like a state guesthouse with its delicious food, and the courtyard is like a small forest. The air is fantastic, it's quiet and secluded, and even the trees are numbered and certified. Most importantly, it's a hotel with history and stories. We canceled other guesthouses and extended our stay here precisely because it's irreplaceable and one-of-a-kind. Breakfast is superb, with a wide variety of options for all tastes, at 58 per person. The ice cream shop in the courtyard is also in an old building, with many flavors and a great vibe! 👍

The hotel is a standalone building with its own courtyard, offering convenient parking. It's a bit of a walk from Liuxing Street, about a kilometer, but manageable. The service could use some improvement; the coffee machine is behind the counter, so guests can't use it themselves, and it wasn't offered during check-in.

Yining is our favorite city overall. There are fruit trees all around the road. Apple trees, cherry trees, apricot trees, and most importantly, they are all mulberry trees. You can experience the fun of eating mulberries while walking! The owner of the B&B is really warm and welcoming. The room decoration and design are also very good. The breakfast made by the aunt in the morning is also delicious. The whole small garden is very beautiful! Also remember to ask the proprietress for tips and recommendations on local restaurants! Don’t go to the so-called internet celebrity check-in spots

It's so comfortable! I've never been to Yili before, and I never expected it to be so good. The food is great, the people are nice, and the accommodations are comfortable. It's simply my dream place. I'll definitely come back next time.
