Nice modern hotel with some good amenities. Good and cheap breakfast. A nightly snack after 9:30, free laundry and a comfortable library and working area. Lots of free bottled water and a great and helpful staff. What more could you ask for?

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night. This hotel truly exceeds 5-star standards. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

The staff at the hotel were beyond helpful when we arrived. Zaynula and Guligeilan assisted to correct the booking we made, being very patient and friendly throughout and we really appreciated their service. The hotel building looks dated from the outside but we were pleasantly surprised when we entered the lobby and rooms as the interior is modern and well appointed (I believe it may have been newly renovated). Overall, this was a great stay and we would recommend it

We chose this hotel for its location inside the Liuxing Street Scenic Area, and the location was indeed perfect. For a property that advertises itself as 2 stars the accommodation is impressive. The rooms are big, the ceiling is high, the bed is comfortable and the floor heating is warm. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property for its simple but direct service, good ambiance and fantastic location. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit on the low side. Apart from that everything was great. Highly recommend

Best for someone who want to stay nearby city centre and lot of good & delicious and even halal restaurants nearby. Near to the famous liuxing street and can be a transit place to go to Sayram Lake, Nalati and other beautiful scenic area!! Really recommend this hotel for foreigners traveller! The breakfast is also muslim friendly and the staff is also very friendly and considerate

First time in Yining, and choosing this place was absolutely the right decision! As an out-of-towner, the biggest fear is picking a bad spot, but the Binglv Kunlun Hotel completely exceeded expectations! The location is superb, right next to Xinyuemao, so after an evening of shopping, you can head straight back to your room – safe and convenient. The room was clean and bright, with plenty of hot water and stable Wi-Fi. Even the slippers and toiletries were individually packaged, showing great attention to detail. The front desk staff even patiently recommended local eateries in Mandarin (we went to an amazing BBQ place!). For travelers unfamiliar with the area, this hotel isn't just a place to stay; it's like a warm guide. Highly recommend it to all friends visiting Ili!

The location of the hotel is very good, with wide roads nearby and easy access. Very large, convenient transportation, lobby, room hygiene is really good, facilities are very safe, the room arranged by the lady at the front desk is really good, and the breakfast is excellent, really delicious. I will stay in this hotel next time.
