I lived here in early February. At first, I made a reservation for two nights, but we liked it so much that we stayed here for two more days. The hotel is located near Lyusin Street, where New Year's Eve events took place in February. There is also a bus station five minutes away by taxi, which I came to from Kazakhstan.
The room itself is decorated in cozy, warm colors and in a national style. The mattresses and pillows are very soft, and there is also a blanket for the bed, which is rare in China. There is also a tatami mat where you can have breakfast or do yoga, overlooking the street. The rooms are constantly cleaned and kept clean throughout the hotel. I would like to separately praise the reception and kitchen staff. The reception staff was always ready to help with any problems or suggest how to get to the sights. The kitchen staff, if you didn't have time to have breakfast or wanted to sleep longer, will let you pick up food in a container and then heat it in the microwave.
So far, this is the best hotel in all of China.

This stay at the Ji Hotel was exceptionally good. The room was impeccably clean, spotless, and odor-free, with meticulous attention to detail. Yanzi at the front desk was incredibly helpful and efficient during check-in, displaying a friendly and professional attitude. The breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and made with fresh ingredients, making for a very satisfying meal. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. It's suitable for both business and leisure travel and is a hotel I would definitely return to. Highly recommended!

Guest UserThe environment is excellent, and the room is very spacious with great service. A special shout-out to Cassie at the front desk. I had a fall on the way and scraped my hand, but I didn't have any band-aids with me. Cassie brought over her own, which was incredibly thoughtful. Xinjiang is a beautiful place—stunning scenery, wonderful stories, and even more beautiful people!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious hotel, which provided all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay for the three of us. The manager was especially kind and generously gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast offered a good variety of local delights and was a great way to start the day. We were also pleasantly amused by the automated delivery robot, which brought our Didi deliveries promptly to our room. The washers and dryers were another thoughtful convenience, and we especially liked the smart home system that allowed us to check which machines were available and whether our laundry was done without having to leave the room. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would gladly return again.

I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training.
Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).

Guest UserI was extremely satisfied with my stay! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was greeted with warm and professional service from the front desk staff. The entire check-in process was efficient and thoughtful. The room design was simple yet elegant, with plenty of natural light. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bathroom facilities were modern, with ample hot water, and the amenities were also of good quality.

Anonymous UserThis was my second stay at the Yili Hotel. I specifically chose it for both the first and last days of my trip. It's a historic garden-style hotel with an excellent location. While some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service is outstanding, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. There's even a famous ice cream shop right in the hotel! It's very close to Liuxing Street and Kazanqi. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, recommending nearby shopping and dining spots. It made for a very nice trip, highly recommend!

It's so comfortable! I've never been to Yili before, and I never expected it to be so good. The food is great, the people are nice, and the accommodations are comfortable. It's simply my dream place. I'll definitely come back next time.

It is a good hostel. However, they have to take care of the daily validating room keys. People go out to the washroom in the middle of the night, and even if they paid for the following day, they get locked, and they can't get in. Regardless of how many days you pay for, you need to get your room key validated, which is a redundant and unnecessary thing to do.it is very frustrating, too. Last night, a girl from the dorm went to the washroom at 3 a.m., and she got locked out until morning when other people in the room woke up to get her in. Also, for these unfortunate circumstances, there is nobody in the reception area to take care of it. I stayed 6 nights, and every day, I had to reactivate the room key. That is something the hostel must pay attention to it or fix it. Otherwise, it is a clean please to stay at.
