There's a decent amount of parking space in front (including charging stations). The staff, both inside and out, were very welcoming and enthusiastic. They promptly replied and arranged a shuttle to the airport the next day even when booked late at night (huge thanks! 🙏). The business van got us to the airport in 15 minutes, and the staff genuinely shared insights about traveling in Xinjiang. Currently, the navigation is inaccurate due to road construction in the alley, so expect some minor traffic jams. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Compared to corn served elsewhere, theirs was a bit stiff. Given there weren't many guests, I'd have preferred a freshly fried egg, made to order, to make it more refined (what they served was a slightly overcooked egg that had been sitting out; I don't like those stiff eggs that have been left for a while). The hand-pulled rice restaurant just across the road was excellent. After I added them on WeChat, the customer service proactively sent guests a summary of nearby recommended eateries, which was very helpful. After finishing the hand-pulled rice, there's a newly opened local specialty store at the intersection that offers great value for money – much better than the specialty shops on Liuxing Street! The room decor was very cozy and satisfying, and the lighting was good. The air conditioning was especially quiet (and the cooling effect was impressive). At night, the room windows faced the garden, though there was a bit of noise from a few guests playing cards and drinking. The complimentary snacks in each room were quite generous and were also Xinjiang specialties sold at the front desk. Finally, thanks for the souvenir gift (very thoughtful, a fridge magnet and a lavender sachet). A small suggestion: your excellence is evident, but minor flaws are inevitable. While maintaining enthusiastic and efficient service, please also keep a calm mindset (don't constantly remind guests to give a five-star rating). If everyone gives five stars because of this, then the reviews lose their comparative value, right? Lastly, I hope the hotel continues to thrive. Its quiet yet central location and cozy rooms are truly wonderful!

A nice hotel that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room is cozy with warm downlights, and a thoughtful design feature where all lights can be turned off at night, but motion-sensor backlighting automatically guides you to the bathroom when you walk—very practical and well designed. I didn’t book the room with breakfast initially, but they had a breakfast promotion available on the spot, which turned out to be quite worth it. The breakfast selection was good with quite a lot of variety, including a noodle station. One thing that really impressed me was the “invisible staff” at the laundry room. I placed my clothes in the washing machine with a sticky note, and when I returned to move them to the dryer, everything had already been transferred. After drying, my clothes were neatly folded and placed in a basket. It was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, a very convenient and well-managed stay.

The hotel environment is beautiful and pleasant, with an elegant decoration style. Parking is also very convenient, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are warm, thoughtful, always smiling, and meticulous in their work! Any issues during the stay are actively and efficiently handled by the staff. The environment is quiet with good soundproofing, and it's convenient for getting around. Staying here made our trip to Yining particularly worry-free. The overall experience was excellent and it's definitely worth staying here!

This stay far exceeded my expectations! From the warm welcome upon arrival to the thoughtful farewell at check-out, the service was incredibly attentive. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a rare good night's sleep. The location is superb, with lovely views from the window. The breakfast was varied and delicious, making for a perfect stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city, and I highly recommend it to all my friends!

This was my second stay at the Yili Hotel. I specifically chose it for both the first and last days of my trip. It's a historic garden-style hotel with an excellent location. While some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service is outstanding, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. There's even a famous ice cream shop right in the hotel! It's very close to Liuxing Street and Kazanqi. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, recommending nearby shopping and dining spots. It made for a very nice trip, highly recommend!

My wife couldn't connect to the room. There was no disposable bag in the bathtub. It was said to be sterilized, but I still felt a little uncomfortable so I didn't take a bath. I hope there is a disposable bag to put on it to make it easier to use. It was not easy to get into the water, so I had to wait for a long time before getting out of the water.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was greeted with warm and professional service from the front desk staff. The entire check-in process was efficient and thoughtful. The room design was simple yet elegant, with plenty of natural light. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bathroom facilities were modern, with ample hot water, and the amenities were also of good quality.

So glad I chose this hotel for my trip to Yining! The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Liuxing Street, and it's super convenient for dining and getting taxis. It is a good hostel. However, they have to take care of the daily validating room keys. People go out to the washroom in the middle of the night, and even if they paid for the following day, they get locked, and they can't get in. Regardless of how many days you pay for, you need to get your room key validated, which is a redundant and unnecessary thing to do.it is very frustrating, too. Last night, a girl from the dorm went to the washroom at 3 a.m., and she got locked out until morning when other people in the room woke up to get her in. Also, for these unfortunate circumstances, there is nobody in the reception area to take care of it. I stayed 6 nights, and every day, I had to reactivate the room key. That is something the hostel must pay attention to it or fix it. Otherwise, it is a clean please to stay at.
