GGuest UserWe stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles.
Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.

民宿的院子簡直是夢中情院！綠樹成蔭，鮮花盛開（這個季節尤其美！），葡萄藤蔓纏繞着涼棚，陽光透過葉子灑下斑駁的光影。精緻的維吾爾式涼亭下鋪着民族地毯和靠墊，在這裏喝茶、發呆、看書，感受微風拂面，時光都彷彿慢了下來。夜晚的燈光亮起，院子更是美得如同童話，氛圍感拉滿！拍照根本停不下來，隨手一拍都是大片。

清晨，在美麗的院子裏享用民宿提供的特色早餐，是開啟一天的最佳方式！熱乎乎的饢香氣撲鼻，新鮮的時令水果，還有頗具特色的當地小點心……不僅美味，視覺和味覺的雙重享受！吃一頓這樣的早餐，瞬間元氣滿滿。

民宿的服務真的讓人感到賓至如歸！老闆和工作人員都非常熱情友好，笑容真誠。有任何需求，他們都會耐心解答、盡力滿足。入住前就細心詢問我們的行程和需求，還提供了非常實用的遊玩建議。那份發自內心的關懷，讓人感覺像住在遠方的親戚家一樣温暖。

最最讓我感動和必須重點感謝的，是老闆在關鍵時刻的無私幫助！我的無人機在拍攝時不小心飛到了高高的民宿房頂上（技術太菜，實在抱歉！😅）。正當我焦急萬分、束手無策時，老闆二話不説，立刻搬來了高高的梯子。他不畏艱難，親自爬上陡峭的梯子，仔細搜尋。看着他那麼高的地方小心翼翼地尋找，我心裏既擔心又充滿了感激。最終，老闆成功幫我找回了無人機！那一刻的感激之情真的難以言表。老闆的這份熱心腸和勇敢，讓我深深感受到了維吾爾族朋友的淳樸善良和待客如親的情誼！這已經遠遠超出了民宿服務的範疇，這份人情味是旅途中最珍貴的收穫！

GGuest UserThe hotel that came out of Sailimu Lake, newly opened, the facilities are new, the key service attitude is very good, responsive, smart home, the bedding is very comfortable, sleep well, breakfast is beautiful. Downstairs commercial parking lot, the hotel can enter the car number for free parking, and there is a laundry room, everything is fine. It’s a bit far to eat dinner, but I want to eat specialties. Check in Liuxing Street and take a taxi for 10 minutes, which is convenient. The front desk lady also sent apricot peel tea, delicious, and added points on the road! ! Like their enthusiasm and service!

LLinlinLininThis guesthouse is a must-stay when you visit northern Xinjiang and Yining! The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming, and they have two very well-behaved cats! The hostess even picked us up from the airport for free, prepared baked buns for us, and recommended great places to eat and visit nearby. When we left, she also gave us some food and water for our journey! The bed was really comfortable too, I wish I could have stayed longer! 😭

GGuest UserThis stay at the Ji Hotel was exceptionally good. The room was impeccably clean, spotless, and odor-free, with meticulous attention to detail. Yanzi at the front desk was incredibly helpful and efficient during check-in, displaying a friendly and professional attitude. The breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and made with fresh ingredients, making for a very satisfying meal. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. It's suitable for both business and leisure travel and is a hotel I would definitely return to. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserThe B&B is located in the old town and has its own small parking lot, which is very convenient. The courtyard is very cozy and neatly kept. When the weather is good, you can have breakfast and tea in the courtyard, and you can also have a drink at the bar in the evening. The interior of the B&B retains the characteristics of local dwellings. The room we stayed in is not large but hygienic, and every detail is carefully decorated.
The service is especially commendable! Friendly and helpful. Homemade naan, jam and beef sauce are prepared for breakfast. It is delicious and filling. If you are not in a hurry, you can stay and relax.

GGuest UserThe hotel is at the entrance of the alley, close to Liuxing Street, and has an excellent location. I am very satisfied with the room. It is clean and tidy with aromatherapy. The front desk service is polite and efficient. There are two suggestions for improvement: one is that the bathroom shower handle is leaking seriously; the other is the problem of outsourcing breakfast. As a four-diamond hotel, the outsourced restaurant service is a bit behind. There is no fruit, Western food, juice, coffee, etc., and there is a limit of one egg and milk tea. , beef noodles, etc., you have to pay extra. The most important thing is that the restaurant service staff keep shouting not to waste, waste will be fined, we are all adults, why bother? The breakfast was so boring that it really lowered the hotel's quality.

DDuoduomumuYining is our favorite city overall. There are fruit trees all around the road. Apple trees, cherry trees, apricot trees, and most importantly, they are all mulberry trees. You can experience the fun of eating mulberries while walking!
The owner of the B&B is really warm and welcoming. The room decoration and design are also very good. The breakfast made by the aunt in the morning is also delicious. The whole small garden is very beautiful!
Also remember to ask the proprietress for tips and recommendations on local restaurants! Don’t go to the so-called internet celebrity check-in spots

GGuest UserPros: The hotel is very close to Liuxing Street, within walking distance, so the location is great. It's a new hotel, so the facilities are modern, and the stay was very pleasant. They even gave us a small gift.
Cons: Parking is inconvenient. There are very few parking spaces right outside the hotel, and once you turn into the hotel area, it's difficult to turn around. You have to drive quite a distance down a narrow road to get out. I recommend parking in a nearby mall instead.
