You will really enjoy to stay here. No one here cannot speak English, but their service is extremely great. And, I can use washing machine in my room for cleaning my clothes.

It was my first time visiting Atour hotel. I chose this hotel because it was near the city centre. The room was very clean and light. The hotel uses all new technology in the room. Reception stuff was great. They always were helpful, polite, and intelligent. They know their work very well. There is a free laundry.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night. This hotel truly exceeds 5-star standards. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

The staff at the hotel were beyond helpful when we arrived. Zaynula and Guligeilan assisted to correct the booking we made, being very patient and friendly throughout and we really appreciated their service. The hotel building looks dated from the outside but we were pleasantly surprised when we entered the lobby and rooms as the interior is modern and well appointed (I believe it may have been newly renovated). Overall, this was a great stay and we would recommend it

Stayed one night to catch an onward train. My short stay was very pleasant and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and the location being about 20 minutes from the touristic cultural area by taxi and about 25-30 minutes from the main station by taxi. Breakfast is oriental style. A big thanks to the staff who were all so welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Hotel upgraded us to this suite (which we had booked for our 1st night) for our 2nd night. But they had only informed us in the afternoon when we were at nalati, after we had packed the luggage and left them with the reception. If they had informed us the night before, we wouldn't have to pack and check out

First time in Yining, and choosing this place was absolutely the right decision! As an out-of-towner, the biggest fear is picking a bad spot, but the Binglv Kunlun Hotel completely exceeded expectations! The location is superb, right next to Xinyuemao, so after an evening of shopping, you can head straight back to your room – safe and convenient. The room was clean and bright, with plenty of hot water and stable Wi-Fi. Even the slippers and toiletries were individually packaged, showing great attention to detail. The front desk staff even patiently recommended local eateries in Mandarin (we went to an amazing BBQ place!). For travelers unfamiliar with the area, this hotel isn't just a place to stay; it's like a warm guide. Highly recommend it to all friends visiting Ili!

I took my children to Yili for a trip on May Day. I booked a standard room. When I checked in, the two brothers at the front desk learned that I was with two children and upgraded us to a parent-child suite for free. I was moved by the warm and thoughtful service attitude of the brothers at the front desk. The hotel room is clean, spacious and comfortable, and very quiet at night without noise.
