GGuest UserThe hotel was nice and the front staff were very attentive. The second day we were there we left for a funeral at 12:00 noon and asked the front desk to please have our room cleaned and fresh towels. We got back to the room at 11:00 PM and no service.

GGuest UserThe hotel was clean enough. The service at check in was ok. At night it was very noisy with the person next to us playing loud music banging around and yelling with friends until 3:30. Also, the road was very noisy with cars racing up and down the street. In the morning, the attendant selling breakfast appeared annoyed and didn’t want to engage a minor request for a lemon wedge.

黄黄After rushing for one night, it is difficult to give a sufficient and reasonable evaluation. The location of the hotel is in the city, there are still a lot of places to eat around, there are not many places to visit. The hotel itself is ok.

YYongbudiaolingdelanlianhua1. The location is very good, in the center of the historic district of Richmond, walking to the State Parliament Building and Davis's former residence (that is, the Southern ”White House”) are relatively close;
2. The room is clean and hygienic;
All services are good;

Guests who have not been to the hotel need to be reminded: Apple car navigation will mislead to another open-air parking lot near the hotel; In fact, the car should drive to the entrance of the hotel first (the mark is not obvious, see the photo for details) and pause for a while. After going to the front desk to check in, you can drive into the hotel's indoor parking lot with your room card (the hotel's exclusive parking lot is 5-7 floor). Vehicles must swipe the room card to enter and exit this parking lot, remember!

GGuest UserI wonder if the sheets have been changed? The sheets of both beds are dirty! A hotel that costs more than 1,000 yuan a night is really not worth it. There is not even a bottle of bottled water! The hair dryer is broken again! Very bad, very bad
