The environment is good, the room is fully functional and clean, and the breakfast is good. The price is reasonable under the current hotel prices in Boston.

Convenient as coming in for a funeral fm out of state ..ez walking distance to all venues reasonable ( for Boston area!) Garage parking.

The property was located close to our activity and the available parking was a relief! We did have a problem with the booking via ******* but I’ll see if there’s a place further on in the survey to explain that. It was NOT the hotel’s fault, however, management was unable to fix our issue.

Furniture in room was not comfortable we were here for a week. Chair at table were so low I need two pillows to sit at table to work or eat

Great location and friendly staff who go the extra mile. Rooms have air purifiers which are appreciated. One concern is that the dishwasher was filthy and broken and there was no dishwashing liquid in the rooms. Front Desk said "you have to request liquid soap"! Dish soap for clean dishes MUST be in each room!

Stayed here for back to back appointments at Children’s for my daughter. It has everything my family needed- pool, kitchen, complimentary breakfast, easy parking and the shuttle to Children’s. Will definitely be back!
