The hotel is centrally located, about 800 meters from the Parliament and a couple of kilometers from downtown Bucharest. It's well-equipped; during our four-day stay, the rooms were cleaned every day. Hot water was available in the bathroom immediately, the room was very well heated, and tea and water were provided. Very friendly staff. I recommend it.

Had a wonderful one night stay for my birthday. Was kindly upgraded to a high floor with stunning balcony views, and left a cake and bottle of fizzy. Room was large, comfortable bed and extremely quiet. Bathroom was large with powerful shower. Hotel staff were polite and efficient. Recommend to all, hope to return .

Great Location – But Book Entire Stay Upfront to Avoid Price Jump Hilton is in a great location – right on the border of the main road and pedestrian-friendly areas that lead straight into the old town. Perfect for exploring the city on foot. When I arrived, I checked out the available rooms and asked the receptionist for the current rate. The price through Trip.com was considerably lower, so I booked it online and received a substantial discount for the same room. I enjoyed my stay enough to extend for a second night. However, I was surprised to find that the price for Monday night had jumped up significantly and matched the original reception rate—much higher than my first night. Same room, just a higher cost. Tip: If you're planning to stay more than one night, I recommend booking the full duration upfront through Trip.com to lock in the best rate. Prices can change daily, and you may not get the same deal by booking night by night. Overall, a comfortable stay in a great spot—but be smart with how you book.

Staff were friendly and happy to help. Great location. Rooms are clean and spacious (stayed in premium single). The bed is comfortable, the place had heated flooring as well as the a/c. Breakfast was simple and good. If i had to complain about anything, and i’d be really nitpicking, it took a couple minutes for the hot water to come through. It’s a great place to stay

The hotel exterior is historical but the interior is very spacious modern well equipped like an apartment. I stayed 3 nights here and enjoy so much. Location is central near old town. Metro station is around 7 mins away on foot. The breakfast is very tasty. Price great. But there's street noise when opening the door of the balcony.

Overall a good stay for the price. A good in-between for the airport and the old town part of the city. The only gripe I had was the shower head holder was broken, but otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Conveniently located, a 5-minute walk from bus and tram stops. The reception was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was a bit lacking. We found the room dirty upon check-in, a result of not properly scheduling housekeeping shifts. The property is very large, as are the rooms. The maintenance of the rooms is definitely lacking, especially the bathrooms, which are unfinished and have exposed and/or damaged pipes. The price is very reasonable. You get what you pay for. Next time I visit Bucharest, I'll choose another hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights which included breakfast. Lovely clean room, staff are pleasant, location is great. Only thing I could fault is storage space (limited space for clothes/coats and shoes in wardrobe). Also there is a spa onsite which is free to use, you get robe and slippers in room. Would recommend staying here for 1st timers visiting Bucharest.

Lovely hotel! The hotel is 10 min walk from the old twon. Our room was very clean and spacious with great shower! The staff are incredibly polite, welcoming and friendly. The staff from cafe at the front went out of their way to get us vegan cake in the evening. The bar staff was lovely as well and drinks and food reasonably priced. The breakfast had good selection for anyone including nice vegan options. Definitely try the vegan strawberry cake, it was the breakfast highlight for us. As they are renovating spa we couldn't use the hotel ones (we will have to come back to try). They offered options nearby but we opted for a different place for our massages in the end. Overall great stay and we will definitely come back.
