Excellent stay at JW Marriott Bucharest The hotel is truly impressive, beautifully maintained, and elegant. From the moment you enter, you can feel the attention to detail and the high standards throughout the property. The rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable, and well kept, and the public areas of the hotel are equally impressive, stylish, and welcoming. The facilities and services offered by the hotel are excellent, especially the spa, which provides a relaxing and enjoyable experience and adds a lot to the overall stay. Above all, I would like to highlight the outstanding service provided by the hotel team. The staff are professional, attentive, caring, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome and valued. I would especially like to mention Anna from the Concierge Department, who was exceptional. She was extremely professional, kind, attentive, and always willing to assist with any request. Her personal attention made our stay even more special. JW Marriott Bucharest offers a wonderful combination of luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. A highly recommended hotel for anyone looking for a premium experience in Bucharest.

The hotel breakfast was delicious and the dinner was very standard. Better than the restaurant outside the street. Hotel room hygiene. But there are music parties on the periphery for two days. There is still a lot of music at about 12 o'clock in the evening. I can't sleep at noon.

A lovely relaxing get away ,was travelling with family location was great check-in was smooth. was greeted my staff, lobby and public areas was so clean we also had complimentary breakfast was also included which was a bonus for me would definitely go back again.

For the price it’s pretty good for a penthouse apartment on the top floor. The only negative I would say is that despite being a smart home when you need heating on it wouldn’t heat up the room. Overall the host is a lovely person and is helpful and attentive and it’s a location I would recommend if ever in the area.

The toilet and shower room are separate, so if you want to wash your hands, you have to go to a different room. There's no bottled water in the room; you have to get it from the water dispenser in the hallway. I was on the 12th floor, and the water dispenser was broken, but no one answered when I called, so I had to go to the 11th floor to get water.

The stay was really great! the communication was smooth. The flat is clean and has everything one needs. I would ask the owner to consider adding a small trash bin in the bathroom, for women who need to dispose of certain things, without having to go back to the flat (my flat had a completely separate private bathroom, so I had to go through a small corridor to go back and forth, but this corridor is protected by a main door and gives access to only the flat and another one). The second suggestion would be to leave a roll of plastic bags, for the bin in the kitchen. The location is a bit far from the center, so if you want to stay for a short period, I would advise another location (it takes around 30min to get to the center). The area is rather quiet, although Bucharest is known for the heavy traffic (and, apparently, many speed drivers and cars with tuned exhausters?). The washing machine and the drying rack was a very nice bonus, they even leave some pods to do two loads. overall really great!

Because the plane was four hours late, arrived at the hotel after midnight, the staff was still waiting, the elevator was broken, and the staff sent the suitcase to the room and felt very warm. The room I stayed in was very quiet, the windows were large, full of sunlight, and the trees outside the window were shaded, which was very suitable for rest. There was a surprise for breakfast, gave a menu, let yourself order, make it now, enjoy delicious meals. On the day of departure, I left the hotel at 6:50, the staff sent the suitcase down, and packed the breakfast in advance, and my heart was warm.
