Set in Bucharest's Sector 3, Botev Design Apartments - Walk to Old Town - Pumo Properties is positioned to meet the needs of those traveling for fun or business.

"For those not used to the way these appts work check in was a bit awkward, esp if you didn't set up your esim properly first abd are new in town. The key is in a small black box on the rails outside the door. Apart from that the amenities are top notch the location not bad around 10 mins walk from the old town"

"This is an outstanding property - I returned to Rosetti several times during my travels in Romania, and each time was a wonderful experience. A great amount of attention to detail has gone into the design of the hotel; it is modern yet inviting. The rooms are well appointed, with a full range of amenities. Public spaces are cosy and welcoming. As can be expected, it is spotlessly clean and well maintained. However, the greatest asset of the Rosetti is its staff, who all went over and above expectations to make my stay comfortable and memorable. This is what really set it apart from most of the other establishments I have stayed at during this trip. The hotel is not in the centre of town; however it is a pleasant 15 minute walk. And Uber works well in Bucharest, and is very affordable. I highly recommend this lovely hotel!"

JJoeTmStayed for 3 nights in early September 2025. The hotel is located near the old town which is very convenient for sightseeing, as most of the places are within walking distance. It is refurbished from an old bank and retains the charm of the former building including a nice lobby which was previously the banking hall. They also have a vault with a bar within. The room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities including a safebox. They have USB charger built in as well. Wifi was fast. The hotel also does have a swimming pool in the basement with wet and dry sauna facilities. The old town is right behind the hotel. Staff were professional and I managed to have slightly early check in thanks to a trainee lady (I did not catch the name) who took time to helped look for available room.

GGuest UserA good, well-maintained, and clean property, quite close (a 5-minute walk) to Piazza Romana, where you can catch buses and the metro to explore the city. There is parking available (about 3 spaces), but it's not guaranteed, so if the property is full, you may not find a parking spot unless you're paying for it in the blue parking spaces in front of the hotel or nearby. If I have a complaint, it's about the spring mattress and duvet sheets (I can't stand them; they cause extreme temperature changes while I sleep). The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Moxy recently and have mixed feelings. On one hand, the hotel itself is great and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the facilities. On the other hand, the service we received regarding a flight cancellation left a bitter taste. We were originally booked for Feb 18–21. Due to a severe snowstorm on the 18th, Bucharest airport was closed and our flight was rescheduled, meaning we could only arrive on the 19th. When we contacted the hotel to explain the situation (a clear case of ”Force Majeure”) and asked for some flexibility with the dates, the staff was quite dismissive. They claimed that because the booking was made through a third-party app and not directly, they couldn't help us at all. While we understand the technicalities of third-party bookings, the rigid and empathetic-free approach was disappointing. Despite this, we chose to extend our stay until the 22nd because we liked the hotel itself, but the way our initial request was handled definitely cast a shadow over our experience. Bottom line: A cool hotel, but don't expect much help from management if something goes wrong with your travel plans.

AApache ATI had a wonderful stay at House4You - Praporgescu in Bucharest on the night of October 2nd. The automatic check-in process was incredibly convenient and hassle-free. My room was spotless, pleasantly fragrant, and beautifully designed, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Despite the chilly weather outside, the room was perfectly warm thanks to the efficient heating and air conditioning. The staff were very friendly and attentive; because my flight was late and it was cold and rainy, the hotel kindly offered me a free late check-out from 11:00 to 13:00 and complimentary luggage storage. I especially want to express my gratitude to Luciana, who patiently helped me call taxis to the airport multiple times during rush hour. Thanks to everyone at House4You, I had a truly great stay here.

GGuest UserLovely clean modern hotel with friendly staff. Coffee shop linked to hotel is perfect with a huge range of drinks on the menu. No oat milk though! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Did get quite warm in room and couldn’t work air con. As it’s on a busy road there was too much road noise if you wanted the window open. About a 30 minute walk to the old town and about 39 mins from the airport. Taxis are so cheap that it didn’t matter where it was. One night our group sat in Ricks bar which is attached to the hotel and ordered a bolt delivery from a local Greek restaurant which was great. Food stops at 8pm at hotel. Hotel was a great price and served us well for the trip.

GGuest UserJust back from a 3 night stay. Clean apartment but some marks in the shower but otherwise no issues. Plenty of space, nice touch with the drinks and water in the fridge on arrival. Beds are slightly hard for our liking but comfortable enough. Good shower, although it ran out of hot water on the last morning. Nice kitchen area - we did not cook but used the coffee machine and kettle. Nice decor and very modern. Liked the blinds on the outside windows made it all snug and dark for relaxing sleep. Easy check on online and access with digital keys were great as no worries about loosing the keys. Good access to local shops and short walk into old town. Overall a very good stay and would visit again.

GGuest UserHello, This is my second time staying at this establishment. Everything was fine, except for a persistent sewage smell that lasted for a few hours upon my arrival. I would happily return to this establishment, but please make sure this kind of problem doesn't happen again. Even though I didn't report it this time, I won't stay if it recurs. As I said, I really like this place.
