Hotels Near Palacio Municipal de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires in Buenos Aires

First I'd like to say that the young man who assisted me when I arrived late at night at Up Tribeca was entirely professional and courteous with me, even though I checked out almost immediately after checking in. So: I initially booked three nights at Up Tribeca because the reviews for the hotel were all positive; however, the hotel ”ambience” is entirely artificial and - to put bluntly - weird. All the rooms are centered around an open-air courtyard (btw, that courtyard is the only fresh air in the hotel), and because I checked-in late at night, I had a very hard time trying to find my room number while walking the hallway along the courtyard, as it was lit by a few neon lights that (I guess) gave off a cool vibe, but no actual light. Because it was so dark, I mistook the wrong room for mine and kept trying to open the door with my card, until I noticed (again, hard to see with no light!) the ”do not disturb” sign on the door handle (sorry to whomever might have woken up to me trying to open their door.) I then continued down the dark hallway to my correct room, and when I opened the door, I was greeted to a completely windowless box of a room that reeked of synthetic air-freshener, making it smell like I just walked into a Zara Home Furnishing store. The smell was suffocating, and of course there was no way to open a window to get rid of it because no window existed. If you've ever watched the Apple Tv show ”Severance,” then you'll get the kind of atmosphere this room had: it felt completely claustrophobic and dystopic. I didn't spend more than thirty seconds in that room before I grabbed my suitcase and went down to the front desk, requesting a different room that had a window, only to be informed none of the rooms have windows. At that point, I asked him to call me a taxi, and I left for another hotel. To sum up: if you don't care that you're staying in a windowless box that smells like a home furnishing store in the local mall, you'll be fine at Up Tribeca. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend you book elsewhere.

Hotel muy confortable, la atención es excelente y las habitaciones muy amplias (nunca había estado en una habitación que tuviera un baño taaan grande, es enorme literal jaja. El hotel se encuentra en un muy buen punto, a pasos de los restaurantes de Puerto Madero. No puedo aportar nada sobre el desayuno porque hicimos el check out muy temprano y no tuvimos acceso al mismo.

It is not a hotel, it is practically a hostel, the room I touched had no air conditioning, only a roof fan and a key that acted something like a extractor, a muuuuy hot room, The bathroom has no bathroom so after bathroom**** if or if you have to pass a dryer and take the water to the dishwasher, the bathroom had a constant water loss so the floor was wet all the time. The hotel is located in the city centre and is located in the city centre. Location good, just a few squares of the obelisk but located next to a ”metall bar”.

Booked online based upon recommendation from nearby hospital I was visiting. Room rate for high season was very reasonable…and it is located just one block from the Florida Street shopping and galeria! Very clean, quiet and team was outstanding in guest support, tips and recommendations for things to do (and watch out for). I collaborated online to arrange transportation from EZE (an hour away in traffic) for my pickup, as well as for my trip to the hospital and back to EZE. Billing was made to the hotel, very easy to coordinate! Breakfast buffet was very tasty and plentiful options. Well worth staying here…I will come back on future trips to BA!

The hotel is very close to the ferry terminal and it takes less than ten minutes to walk. From the hotel, walk to May Square, July 9th Avenue, the obelisk, and the Port Madeira area are very close. If you want to shop, you can go to the pedestrian street where the nearby Pacific Arcade is located. The hotel service is also very thoughtful. At first glance, you are a foreigner and take the initiative to help you call a taxi to avoid poor communication with the taxi driver, and avoid being slaughtered by the taxi driver. Not all rooms have electric kettles. Compatriots who want to drink hot water can bring a thermos cup to the bar to ask for hot water.

This is a fantastic hotel ! Location , Quality of Rooms , Breakfast but above all else it's the Staff , at Reception, in the Dining Room and the people who clean and service the rooms ...all without exception ...superb. Friendly , efficient , eager to assist with all requests and always with a smile! They have made our holiday in Buenos Aires a great one and congratulations to NH Hotels for their staff selection and training processes. It's a winner and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Buenos Aires. Near to main shopping streets , a variety of restaurants and a short taxi ride away from all visitor attractions. Thank you NH Hotel Tango and your excellent staff.

This Novotel is located on the most prosperous street near the Jianfangbei. It is crowded in the morning and evening, and there are many restaurants nearby to visit attractions. This is the biggest advantage. The breakfast environment is good (see Taihua 🌸). However, the software is very general. First of all, check in and check out are super slow. There is always a person working, and the average stay or leave for at least ten minutes. The second room is very old and has an old taste. There are many small moths in my room, at least seven or eight flying around.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! Overall good, there is Chinese food nearby, close to tourist attractions such as the Capitol; pay attention to not live in a room close to the main road. Too noisy!

Holiday inn is this standard. In order to catch the early flight on the next day, there is an airport shuttle. It is too early to go to breakfast time in the morning. The hotel has a small snack and coffee and other drinks on the table in the lobby. Use the pad to hungry.
