Wonderful location near major attractions on foot. Friendly staff with great smiles.

The staff at Bisonte Libertad were excellent and helped us with everything - taxis, currency, booking a tango show etc. The location is unbeatable; very close to Teatro Colon, Obelisco, tourist walking streets, and only a 20 minute drive from the ferry dock. The breakfast is mediocre. The rooms have seen better days and feel a bit grubby because they’re so old. The Wi-Fi is terrible.

The service was excellent! Everyone working there was incredibly friendly and helpful. The only complaint is the room I was staying in had very few outlets in the room. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Located in the center of the city, the transportation is very convenient. There are subways, BRT, buses, and there are many restaurants nearby. Tourist attractions can be reached on foot and the price is moderate.

Excellent hotel, very well located, impeccable service but the bathrooms are very wet and from the photos, it is understood that there is a bathtub in the rooms, but it is not. The hotel also did not take responsibility for the images on trip.com when I asked about the bathtub.

Conveniently located one block from July 8th Boulevard. Staff at the front desk have a good impression with polite correspondence. The negative point is that the tap water was cloudy.

The room is clean and tidy

The arrival very well the boy at the door in the mornings, throughout the stay, the staff in the afternoon, did not even want to open the door even though it was raining. The attention service in parts, derogatory, and the prices do not coordinate with those of the network. On the internet they promise 5,000 pesos and at the entrance the man asked me for 14,000 pesos. The next day, however, I heard that another man was being asked for 5,000 pesos each night. Something like that is unacceptable and doubtful. The bathtub without a plug, the curtains dirty and the tv did not work well. Bed and mattress fine but blankets are missing, it was cold. Very slow internet in the rooms. Generally good, to get out of trouble.

Very good service and facilities. Friendly attention from the hotel staff. I recommend the hotel for its location, a strategic point in a central area, near the UCES Faculty for students who need to stay while pursuing their studies.

Breakfast is weak. In addition, there are two price standards and the service does not vary almost at all.
