The room was spacious, and the shower was also generously sized. I appreciated the unlimited complimentary bottled water. Although the towels weren't full bath towels, having four in the room was perfectly fine for two people. They cleaned the room regularly, and I felt reassured knowing that the towels were replaced each time. While the lighting was a bit dim and the elevator felt a bit old, these were minor issues. Overall, it was a perfectly functional hotel with a relatively good location, making it very convenient.

The location was great, close to the city center. However, parking was a nightmare, and the staff member who was supposed to guide us was very unhelpful and indifferent when giving directions.

Fairly good hotel with excellent value for price paid. Located on road very close to BIFF, metro and bus stops, this hotel has fairly spacious rooms, window with some natural light and all basic amenities you would expect. We were able to check in late at mid night and they even agreed for 1 hour late checkout. We were able to store our luggage and also use their common area to have our packed lunch. Would highly recommend for those seeking good value for money

I was able to stay at a discounted rate again this time, and I really appreciate the convenient location! The staff were also very kind and helpful. I'd like to stay here again next time if the timing is right. ^_^

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the location is excellent. The luggage storage after check-out was also very helpful. Having a convenience store next to the hotel is a nice bonus.

The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were even larger. We were traveling with two families, but the only inconvenience was that we booked three rooms for five people, which felt a bit wasteful. Very convenient location, busy night street, metro station and bus stop nearby. 7 minutes walk to the fish market. The room was cleaned every day, the room itself is clean, you can check in without anything. Slippers, a robe, all soap and toiletries are given. The cost per day for the trip was 1800 rubles. On site they asked for 25,000 per day. 🤣 Overall rating on my own scale 4 out of 5.

It used to be a very good hotel. Now it's tired. Clean, robes, slippers, perfect bed linen, comfortable bed. Good view from the window of the luminous streets and the tower. Elevator. Not only is the bathroom door glass (frosted glass), it also doesn't close at all. It's a little warped and comes off. And the room had a terrible stench of a smoke-filled room. It didn't go away. Very disgusting. Generally okay for one night. Doubtful for longer.

I stay here a lot during my trip. The staff is very considerate and the rooms are the best.

The check-in time for this hotel near Jagalchi Station is a bit late, so it seems more suitable for business trips than for general travel. The location is not bad because it is connected to the subway, so there are many restaurants and convenient facilities nearby.
