The host was very friendly on the phone, and even though we made a reservation for two and added one person after arrival, he was very friendly, so we had a great family trip. We will definitely come back again next time we go to Busan.
Busan City Hall, Sajik Baseball Stadium, close to Sajik Baseball Stadium, review of the new hotel W Stay Busan City Hall, which opened in 2025 and used when attending an away game at Sajik Baseball Stadium.
1. It is a 1-2 minute walk from Yeonsan Station, so it is really convenient to move around, and Busan City Hall and Sajik Baseball Stadium are also close, so it is perfect for watching baseball or going on a business trip.
2. As expected from a newly built officetel-type hotel, it has a wide balcony, marble floors, and a clean interior! Each room is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric pot, washing machine, and cooking utensils, so you can rest comfortably like at home. You can control the heating and cooling as well as the hot water as you like with an individual boiler, so comfort is a given!
3. “There is no smell, and the bedding and bathroom are completely clean!” It is a condition that even those who are sensitive to hygiene will be satisfied with.
4. There are convenience stores, Daiso, and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance, and delivery food is no problem. The front desk staff is friendly, and non-face-to-face check-in and long-term stay are also possible, so it is recommended for both business trips and travel! 5. Please be aware of the structure where you have to bring your own shower and tower/paid parking. When visiting Busan, be sure to spend a comfortable day at W Stay Busan City Hall! #BusanHotel #BusanCityCityHotel #NewHotel #WStayBusanCityCity #SajikBaseballStadium #DirectAccommodation #YeonsanStationHotel #BusanTravel #BusinessRecommendation #CostEffectiveAccommodation
Nice hotel with nice location. Staffs are so kind and patient to help and solve the problem efficiently. There’s lots of barbecue restaurants near the hotel.

In this regard, I searched for this hotel for about 20-30 minutes in hot weather! When I got to the hotel, I came across an annoying receptionist (an older man). I showed him my voucher, he didn’t believe me that I paid for the hotel room, showed my ID card so that he could check my name, he still didn’t want to give me the key to the room, after that I saw the papers where my name was written, that I paid, forced him to show these papers, and after that they gave me the key...
I liked the room, it had everything for a comfortable stay: TV, computer, large bed, comfortable bathroom, hairdryer.
In the morning, from 11:00, the same man started calling me to ask me to leave the room, although it was indicated that I could stay there until 12:00!!!
It was nice because it was spacious, but it was an old hotel, so there was a lot of mold and old dust in the corners. Breakfast was provided, but it was not replenished quickly when it ran out.
Really dry air, made me ill. Hated the way the shower was set up attached to the mirror and over the sink. Other than that I thought it was excellent. Washing machine was a huge convenience. YouTube and Netflix can be viewed on the tv. Soft bed. Huge fridge. Balcony (no smoking sign posted). Excellent location, tons of shops around. No daily housekeeping. There is no front desk staff, the key code is emailed to you. If they’d put a small humidifier in the room I’d stay here again
My husband and I chose this hotel for a couple of days, as it is located in the center of Busan and has approximately the same access in all directions and a convenient subway line. Near Yeonsan and Geoje metro stations, you can go in any direction, it’s very convenient. There are mostly hotels nearby so it is not noisy to sleep at night.
The hotel has very friendly and pleasant staff. Check-in was at 17:00, but we arrived in Busan early in the morning, at 8 am. We were allowed to leave our suitcase in storage until check-in, they didn’t take payment 🥹 The ticket price included breakfast, it was written - buffet, but in fact the name is too loud 😅 Breakfast from 7-9 in the morning, it included cereal and chocolate balls with milk, toast , strawberry jam, drinks: orange juice/coffee/coffee/instant/green tea/water. On the first day there were baked eggs, on the second day there were none, although we came for breakfast at 7:20 🤷🏻♀️ You need to collect breakfast right at the reception in a tray and then eat it in your room, there is no dining area. The room itself was clean, but a little old. There were stains on the duvet cover 🙈, the room included a bathtub with a hydromassage, but it didn’t work, the toilet was in trouble, but it didn’t work either 🙈 the toilet and bathtub were separate 👍🏻 there were no large towels, 2 small ones per person and a robe) I couldn’t hear my neighbors) Overall, very good for this price)
I really liked the location of the hotel. It was close to the subway station, the alley of delicious restaurants, and the subway station was close when going to other tourist attractions, so it was convenient during my trip.
However, since it is an old building, you shouldn't expect the latest technology. It has a 7080 retro atmosphere, so it's romantic in its own way. ㅎㅎ
The front desk staff was friendly, and the cleaning was clean, so I recommend it as a cost-effective accommodation! I think I'll visit again next time.
This place is far from a tourist destination, so it seems like there is a considerable price discount. The overall facilities are neat and good. But we had bread and cereal for breakfast. Don't look forward to it.

랴랴인하르트I made a reservation through a friend's request. Yeonsan-dong has good food and things to do, so I had a comfortable stay. Arban City is good. Yeonsan-dong is okay.
QQasymThe hotel in general is good, but the room was quite dark with yellow light colors and there was a smell of smoking in the corridor. The window view was not good in our case, it was a wall of the building next to the hotel. In general, I rate the hotel as good
GGuest UserThe location is very close to the subway station, and it takes only two stops to go to the Lushan Comprehensive Stadium. The convenience stores around are also very complete. Although it is not as good as a star hotel on the road, it is very suitable for this price as a temporary accommodation. The room is ok and the refrigerator is a bit noisy.
