Best hotel in Busan and I will 100% be back! Good location and quiet and nice decor and amazing vibe and also good price and amazing breakfast coupon I loved it and want to go back! Perfection!

It was clean when I visited in three years, but this time the bathtub hot water is not easy to control, the tiles are falling. The back was not repaired. Every corner was not cleaned.

A staff in the reception was kind and helpful though but the cleaning staffs were not following the standard of guest service. We left few things in the refrigerator and checked out, then we realized that we’ve missed the things in the room. We called and asked for the receptionist if it is found however it never returned back as we were informed that the cleaning staffs could not find it (whilst thanking to the receptionist for reminder call since we’ve requested for searching out). Except this, overall it is good enough considering to the price. Just few meter behind of the beach and few meters closed to the train station (blueline tour train).

호텔은 최근에 지어져서 시설은 매우 만족. 깨끗하고 위치도 송정해수욕장 바로 앞이라 이용하기 매우 좋았음. 아침에 조식으로 제공된 센드위치도 간단히 아침을 해결할수 있어서 매우좋았음. 다만 프런트 여직원의 안내는 최악임. 여행의 기분을 완전히 망쳐놨음. 트립닷컴에서 예약을 했을때 분명 인원체크를 4인(대인2명 어린이2명)으로 했으며, 예약시에 어떠한 추가비용 지급에 대한 사이트내에 안내는 없었음. 체크인을 하려는데 기준인원 2명 초과에대해서는 8세이상은 초과요금을 내야한다고 말을함. 어디에서도 그런 안내문구는 없었다고 말하니, 한숨 푹푹쉬면서 자가네들은 다 안내했다고 말만함. 트립닷컴 고객센터에 문의를 해서, 당연히 추가요금없이 입실을 했지만, 입실하는 내내 짜증스런 말투와 짜증스런 표정에 어찌되었던 호텔과 트립닷텀간의 과실인데 마치 안되는거 요청하는 진상취급함. 지금까지 여행하면서 호텔프런트에서 이런 기분나쁜경험한건 처음임. 호텔의 시설과 상태가 좋은걸 직원의 태도로 다 망친 그런 호텔

I liked the hotel. We slept well with the sound of the waves. The air conditioner remote didn't work. The furniture is already a bit old. The bathtub is also shabby. But everywhere is clean. There are plenty of different hygiene items. No one smelled it. The location is wonderful, right on the seashore, you can walk along the shore barefoot. There is a shopping center and a temple nearby by bus.

A good hotel, only on one day they took away the towels, and for some reason they decided not to provide new ones.

Someone has stayed in other rooms in this hotel and felt that this room was inferior. The room was rather dirty, and there were many traces of use. In addition, the shower gel was empty, which troubled me very much. Moreover, the room had a stinky smell. It took a long time to dissipate, but the whole room was filled with the smell of the bathroom. On the contrary, the space is relatively large. The only advantage is that it has a clothes dryer and a washing machine, which is very suitable for traveling guests.
