The room isn't very large, but it's tidy and clean. The service staff are very friendly, and there's a front desk agent who speaks Chinese. The breakfast selection is extensive and quite good. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, making dining very convenient. It's also very close to the airport, about a 20-minute taxi ride.

The hotel has complete facilities and is suitable for a family staycation with small children, offering many amenities that provide comfort for kids. The food is quite good with a wide variety. One thing that needs improvement is room readiness at check-in. It took over an hour to check in because the room wasn't ready, even though the hotel's policy states check-in is at 3:00 PM, the room still wasn't prepared. We could only enter at 3:XX PM. This was the longest check-in process we've ever experienced, with no explanation given to us while we waited in line.

I still have some feedback to say for the hotel's improvement, but I want to give the full 5 stars anyway to tell them that they have the potential. First of all, the location and the interior of the room were great! I booked the De Luxe but we were upgraded to a much bigger one. The room is really a 4-star hotel! On the other hand, I can see that after a year of operation, facilities are starting to show signs of wear and tear. They have continuous renovations but I don't think everybody is doing their best to clean or maintain the cleanliness (especially the toilet) and to assist the guests. When you request something, it will take a long time before they deliver even if they already have the robot (which is actually amazing). The bathroom is fantastic but I see that they can still improve on cleaning to remove the stains in corners and toilet bowl. These are important simple things I believe to maintain the aesthetic of your hotel. They have a space for Work or meetings and the laundry room and gym are just so amazing. Don't get me wrong, despite my negative comments, I have to say that Elong hotel is a great hotel in PIK (worth the price). I will definitely book again, why not? More power to you, Elong hotel!

From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice. Located conveniently yet quietly, the hotel welcomed me with warm smiles and efficient service. The lobby felt elegant and cosy, with soft lighting and a fresh scent that instantly made me feel relaxed. My room was bright, spacious and spotlessly clean. Large windows opened up to a beautiful city view, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with soft linens and fluffy pillows – I had the best sleep in ages. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged: adequate charging ports, high-quality toiletries, and even a small welcome snack and bottled water waiting for me. I enjoyed breakfast at their dining area every morning. There was a wide selection of delicious food covering both local favourites and international dishes, all prepared fresh and served nicely. The staff were always friendly and attentive, ready to assist whenever I needed anything.

The sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases were very dirty; it felt like they hadn't been changed in a long time. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great, and I was woken up very early by roosters crowing, even though I had asked the front desk staff to put me in a quieter location. The service staff, however, were all very good and had a great attitude. Breakfast was just okay.

The room was okay. We had 3 bedrooms, the aircond was good. The breakfast was delicious, but that’s about it. The furnitures in the room were pretty old and a bit sticky. Both bathrooms had no bidet, and we only got 3 towels even though we booked for 5 people. The wait for the lift during early breakfast hours was way too long, as there were so many floors - we were on floor 19. And there were a total of 4 lifts for all to use! Would consider this only as a last resort, and wouldn’t really recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable stay.

Facilities: The facilities are new and well-equipped. Cleanliness: It's clean and tidy, with dedicated staff for cleaning. Environment: The environment is great, very quiet around, and convenient for getting anywhere. You can see the sea from the room, which is delightful. Service: The service is very attentive, and the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to nearby attractions. Although it only provides one-way service, it's still excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at All Sedayu Hotel Kelapa Gading, Indonesia. The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived until my departure. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable atmosphere for guests. What impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality shown by the Duty Manager and every member of the staff. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests were well taken care of. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made my stay truly memorable. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for their excellent service and dedication. I highly recommend All Sedayu Hotel Kelapa Gading to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional customer service. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

I find the room to be bigger that other Ibis hotels. It's good that guests can access the swimming pool at Novotel but you need assistance as the Ibis keycard would not allow you to open the pool entrance door. Breakfast is good but I wish that there are more variety.

The hotel amenities are complete, the environment is beautiful, and it's clean and tidy with no strange odors. Check-in was convenient and quick, and it feels quite safe. There are many Chinese businesses and dining options nearby, making it very suitable for business travelers and tourists.
