GGuest UserWe liked the stay very much especially their hospitality. From food point of view they offfered delicious food & all varieties were there. Kids okay area ***** with swimming pool was real fun for all of us especially for my kids. Hotel staff was also very professional & cooperative. Mr Ishaan & Ms Nandini (Executive) were very supportive & always ready to help & guide. Spa services were also very good. Overall perfect staycation for family . Loved the entire resort. SShivaI was last time two days in this hotel. I would like to special mention Niraaj. He welcomed us very gentil and his service was very friendly.
The breakfast was included. There were many dishes like samosa, Idli, sambal, rasmalai and many more. The flavour was very good. There are also cofee and tea by choice.
We had a standaard room. The bathroom was okay but there are things that can inprove to get a better experience.
Overall I recommed this hotel.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Grand Uniara Heritage Hotel. As a heritage property, it offers a unique charm, and I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the Royal Family Suite. The front office, restaurant, and bar staff were all welcoming and friendly, adding to the positive experience.
The room was beautifully furnished with royal-style furniture, creating an elegant and comfortable ambiance. The breakfast spread had a good variety of food and drinks, making it well worth the price.
However, housekeeping service could be improved in terms of timeliness, and the night reception staff could be more attentive and friendly when handling guest queries.
Despite these minor areas for improvement, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for a heritage experience in Jaipur.

KKEFEIHotel location is good, there is parking lot, welcome drink is delicious, service is warm. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel. The room is designed in a gallery style, and friends can talk softly at the sofa area on the inner gallery, which is very convenient. Breakfast is Indian, Dosa is delicious, and there is also a Western breakfast. There is also a McDonald's option opposite the hotel, suitable for children.

GGuest UserAwesome! The classic business room is very cost-effective! Wyndham and Raddison are so far behind! The room, breakfast, and service are really worlds apart. We are especially grateful to Mr. Ashutosh in the lobby. He has a strong sense of service, makes guests feel at home, is very friendly, and is an absolute ***. Next time we come to Jaipur, we will also book here and look forward to seeing Mr. Ashutosh again. Wish you all the best. Namaste. :)

IivarbhardwajFirst of all, warm cookie was delicious. Hotel is located outside the city and near Amber/Amer Fort. Me & my partner like it as it was calm and quiet. Hotel staff is very polite and well behaved. Mobile network here is not that great so had to depend on hotels WIFI(speed is just good enough to get your work done).
For food our overall experience was great but for morning breakfast buffet, need to add more ***power in live kitchen.

CCLAUDIAWe stayed 2 nights here, me and my 2 older teenage daughter and son. The room was big enough. Amenities were the usual for this type of property.
Breakfast buffet was very nice.
Christmas buffet was wonderful!
Normal dinner buffet was so so. I would suggest to have more non Indian options (we like Indian food but the spice in it can be too much when you’re travelling in India for a long time…).
Overall experience was quite nice, would recommend and repeat.

JJIEThe biggest room in this trip to India, the double bathroom is very good. There are a lot of group tourists, both in India and China. They also met two Indian weddings. They are full of hot days and breakfast.

许许We arrived at Jaipur at 9 o'clock in the evening, so we chose a hotel near the airport. The tall and thin brother at the front desk gave us a free upgrade to the suite. So I had to eat here, and the on-site settlement would have to be tax-efficient than the Ctrip package. The rich breakfast at the hotel is not the key to a vegetarian restaurant to appease my little stomach that desires meat
