Although the President Hotel in Cairo is located in the old town, the facilities inside are quite modern. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is plentiful

Good location and the staff was friendly, the room was good.

Location was okay easy to get to to the main city centre via Uber. There are nice shops around the local area five minute walking distance you’ll find Indian you’ll find takeaway burger shops pizza shops and a small supermarket. Hotel, not the top five star quality a bit old-fashioned but standard okay 

So clean and kindly hotel.

The hotel itself is not big, but the price-performance ratio is good. It is very close to the Chinese Embassy. It is actually right next to it. It is very safe. The bar on the basement floor is also very good!

The check-in experience is good. There is scented tea service and the environment is very good. It is the first choice for business trips.

The price/performance ratio is extremely low, and the surrounding is dirty and messy, but the whole city of Cairo is like this

The hotel reception is upgraded so it looks nice the room i stayed in wasn't it had the smell of closed old space not well ventilated the carpet at the corridor was awfully smelly i didn't know when i did the reservation than there was better rooms if i did i would have definitely picked it as for the bathroom I couldn't take a shower in it it look not clean enough and very old although the service was fine The restaurant looked nice yet the open breakfast buffet was tinyyyy with so little variety in the food and i think after staying there 3 nights the price was high compared to what we got

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, a small family owned business, economy hotel located on a tree-lined street of villas and apartment houses in Zamalek, very clean friendly staff and clean air-condition rooms with bathroom inside, satallite TV & phone line. Close to all amenties and good location. Highly recommended for a 2 star hotel in Cairo.

Nice Hotel located in quieter Zamalek area of Cairo. The rooms are warn but clean and the staff is very friendly. We stayed there twice, room 219 which had a large patio overlooking the city from the 11th floor and room 304 which was very large but had no balcony. The air conditioning was not the best but as we were only there nights it was no problem. The Cairo Cellar is an English style pub located in the hotel and was very cozy with average prices and good food. Breakfast was basic continental with great pastries but no meats. We would stay there again.

Had a wonderful experience at the President Hotel - so much so that I stayed a week longer than expected. The staff was always attentive and treated me like family. The food was delicious at the restaurant and solid room service options available 24/7. A highlight was the Nev Spa on the ground floor - the Thai massages were phenomenal and became a part of my daily routine. Highly recommend the President Hotel!

This is a very nice, comfortable hotel on Zamalek Island in Cairo. We stayed there for 4 weeks and the staff was wonderful. They treated us like family. The neighbourhood is safe and we had no issues walking around day or night. The restaurant is excellent with a nice breakfast buffet and excellent meal choices the rest of the day. The rooms are comfortable and there is an excellent gym on the top floor overlooking Cairo. I would definitely stay there again.

With a couple of friends, we stayed at the President Hotel in October for a total of 3 nights, the hotel in itself was a major success, despite being quite low key online. The neighborhood it's located in is very secure and calm, Zamalek overall is a nice part of the city, with many places to visit, and cute hidden gems. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained; and the room-service was excellent. If there was one thing to be brought up as a downside, it would definitely be the Pyramids tour we had the misfortune of going through with the agency they work with. However, after having reported the horrendous experience we went through to the reception, our complaint was taken seriously immediately and the hotel managed a partial 45% refund of the money paid and apologized continuously for the inconvenience; kudos to Ahmad at the reception.

All was very very good until one guest decided to smoke in their room and set off the fire alarm at 3 AM - during three of my six night stay. We complained bitterly, but it continued. All else was excellent, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast omelettes by the big chef were amazing.
