Overall good with good shower and can sleep very well. Only day time a bit noisy because of the hop from car in the road

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. I believe I was treated unfairly and disrespected because I am Chinese. First, the front desk assigned me a very bad room. I had to leave my room to use a bathroom and toilet located in another area. They claimed it was for my private use only, but people kept knocking on the door while I was using it. This is very inconvenient and uncomfortable. Second, when I ordered orange juice, I noticed the staff were laughing among themselves, which made me feel strange and uncomfortable. When the juice was served, I took a sip and realized something was wrong—it tasted odd, as if they had mixed other things into it. Only after I noticed the problem did they apologize and change it to strawberry juice. This behavior is rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Only one front desk staff was polite, but the room she arranged was still terrible. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The location is decent, right at a busy intersection. There's no elevator, and the room was quite small; I was told I'd get an upgrade but didn't. Cleanliness was just okay, but the bed was pretty comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful.

The photos are completely misleading; the room looks nothing like them. The toilet was incredibly dirty and constantly leaking, making it impossible to walk in without soaking your feet. The shower floor was heavily rusted and stained yellow. The entire room was tiny and cramped, barely enough space for one slim person to move around, even with the bed pushed against the wall. The cleanliness was truly awful, both on the floor and the bedding. And then, pulling back the curtains was a shocker... Avoid this place at all costs!

Cairo Inn is a great choice for a stay in the heart of Cairo. Its location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and food options just around the corner. The staff are friendly and always ready to help, making the stay even more pleasant. The room is simple but comfortable, providing a good place to rest after exploring the city. Overall, a convenient and welcoming stay in Cairo.

Amazing service. Friendly staff. We did laundry, and it was only 20 Egyptian pounds per piece. $2 for 2 jeans and 3 shirts! We were upgraded to a larger room with a balcony. Breakfast was included and was delicious.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Town, surrounded by famous restaurants and trendy cafes. It's very welcoming for Chinese tourists and a must-stay for anyone visiting.

The so-called Cairo Hotel is just a small guesthouse near Liberation Square. The rooms are very old and incredibly noisy, making it impossible to sleep. The only advantages are decent service and a great location. They claimed to have free parking, but it's just in a back alley, and they still tried to charge me 200 Egyptian pounds. They're just trying to rip me off. This Ctrip partner is such a rip-off.

In China, this would be equivalent to a guesthouse along the street. It's quite noisy because there are many people on the street. It's close to the old museum, so it's okay for one person to stay one night.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the service is good. Breakfast is delivered to the room. But don't ask them to hire a car, it's very expensive; the hygiene is very poor. My feet were bitten by bed mites on the first night I stayed there.
