Functional and close

One of the worst places that I have stayed, the place is I travel, it has very bad service and I will never return, I do not recommend them, apart from it, it does not have security

I really did not appreciate the behavior of the receptionist ISABEL who was looking for noon to 2 p.m. on the occupants of the room for a reservation paid at 170€ per night! (on my reservation there was me, my wife and a little girl) It's a pity that there are such old staff (approx. 60 years old) because at that age some people are so envious of others that they look for the little beast to ruin the lives of others. Hotel too hectic and too many young people! I recommend GHT BALMES Calella which is more suitable for families and very very quiet.. .

The only drawback is the location and parking. Everything else very well. Very friendly staff and great food. It is a family hotel with many activities
