Had a really early flight in the morning and chose this place. The owner was easy to get in contact via WhatsApp. A modest yet tidy place to stay overnight next to the airport.

The guesthouse rooms were small and simply furnished, looking a bit old but fairly clean. The soundproofing wasn't great; the room I was initially assigned to at the back was quieter, but because there was no hot water in the bathroom, I had to move to a room closer to the street, which was much noisier. Besides car noise, there was singing, and I could still hear music outside at 3 AM, and roosters crowing in the early morning. However, the guesthouse's advantage was its good location. There were many restaurants just across the street, and a park nearby for walks. Later, I found the bed quite comfortable, and hot water was provided! Breakfast included bread, scrambled eggs, coffee, and juice—simple but delicious.

Booked via *******. No sign that this is the hotel, just a house number 365. When arrived no one opened doors, no one answered phone calls. Taxi driver tried to help but no luck. He said the area was extremely unsafe so after trying to reach whoever available for 10+ minutes we followed his suggestion and left to another hotel in a better area of Lima. Avoid.

This property is safe and close to the airport and the staff is nice they provided transport to the hotel. But the floor of the room was very dusty and there was no curtain in the bathroom and the curtains in the room were difficult to close. But I would go here again if I needed to as it is close to the airport and Limas traffic is crazy. Breakfast was nice.

Hosts were very nice- but room smell musty and lots of dust on the air fan and behind tv. Pillows were stained. Was cheap to stay just one night and then go back to the airport.

It’s a perfect place to stay for a day or 2 before a flight out of Lima. The hosts are incredibly friendly and breakfast is good. I would recommend this place.
